instead of having this set up I'm just know I don't feel comfortable remoting myself especially I [Music] think there too many face to face operations face to face things between just answering questions interviews doesn't make sense well we have people en need aace Lily we have be able to OCC and can even be occupied when school starts to some extent so that we finish this on that's out doesn't that's if I remember right that's do you remember the buy sell oh I I could go back that was my impression we had not my impr we'll look at it we just put this maybe as a discussion item in January time put it on as a discussion item we byes okay is there any other questions and comments any public comment actually I'll [Applause] give wait
a second because is not on our agenda so I don't think we can look at graph tonight we only have sou admin on our agenda we need to wait the next can wait [Music] if you wouldn't mind staying around for a little bit as we do a tour you could yeah for sure I think I have a pretty good grip on it as far as what we're doing if you have any questions thank you later um we were too fast soent that'll be the first meeting in December because we only have one meeting in December so we'll get that okay um okay so moving on to our tour of South so if you want to come with us you're welcome to come with [Applause] us on very thank you for being here thank you with
us and us okay is there any other questions or comments from the board or the public okay so we will move along to the consent agenda I have a motion motion to approve the consent I have a motion to approved by Chris the second by Donnie is there any questions or comments from the board is there any questions or comments from the public [Music] than okay hearing none we will go ahead and vote we have a motion to approve by Chris a second by Donnie all in favor say I I any opposed say n motion carries now we'll move on to action items there are policy updates we can either approve them as a group or we can approve them individually I have a motion I motion to approve the first reading of policies 2
week 132 3235 3 31 3416 a motion by lash second by chisle is there any questions concerns comments this is a first reading so they will come back to us at the next meeting I don't think there was any weren't a lot of changes anything that was really of substance is there any public comment hearing none we will go ahead and vote we have a motion by Chris lash and a second by Chris Bley all in favor say I I any oppose say nay motion carries move along to approval of new out of District students for 2425 move to approve the [Music] appli motion to approve by Donnie a second by Jenny um this is a direct result of the change we made to the policy that gave us the ability to accept students at
semester what application yeah [Music] is in the Jolette district is there any other questions comments from the board any questions comments from public hearing none we will go ahead and vote we have a motion by Donnie and second by Jenny all in favor say I I any opposed say nay motion carries move on to the fifth grade library book list do I have a motion I Mo to approve the fifth gr library book list second a motion by Jenny a second byar is there any comment questions from the board any comments or questions from the public hearing none we will go ahead and vote we have a motion by Jenny and a second by Chris L rash all in favor say I I any oppose say motion carries to D the vending machine book list
by motion I move to approve the vending machine book L motion by Jenny a second by Donnie is there any comment question from the board anything from the public hearing none we will go ahead and vote we have a motion by Jenny a second by Donnie all in favor say I I any opposed say n motion carries will belong to e the graph donated book list a motion to the graph donated books I'll second that a motion by Jenny and second by Renee is there any comment or question the Lord um the only question I had is where are being donated from that is a good question I don't know she just say that they were donated and that she went through the protocols you know I never asked where they were actually Don it
from I didn't either it was a lot of yeah that's what I just that wouldn't come from like the book sale can uh that is how we are going to deal with those so and that's that's what I'm thinking so what he's asking is when we have like a book fair we sell let's say we sell $1,000 in books or something like that then Scholastic says all right um go ahead and uh you get $400 in free books so before those books could go on a shelf then they would have to be approved by you guys and uh maybe fact I'm sure at one point I told the principles to call Their donation because I don't know what else to call it I'm buy them so uh uh they still have to be all approved
before they go on show and I don't know if that's what this is but that's I know that could happen fine so will this be followed up with a donor letter not if it's Scholastic CU they're we're selling we're there but these are a donation I'd have to check where the donation came from then they should they be donated to the school I just want to add some context to H Peterson to the Scholastic Book Fair I talked to Katie sinki about it and you can get your book fair books two ways you can get cash and receive 25% of the proceeds or you can get 50% of the proceeds of books so you have the either or option cash is just L great would it be related to so like we buy like if
the teachers have that wish list are those books on here too would they be on here so like we bought all the books on our teachers wish list when we were in there they they all had like a you know hey I'd love to have these folks in my classroom are those on here too is that I don't know if that's what this list is off top my head I don't know yeah I just thinking maybe that's why it's longer I will find out because that's good question well I mean I think that yes they need to come through this process because it falls within the policy but just when we get donated books it would be nice to know they're coming from or how we're obtaining them um whether if it is the Scholastic
that we're getting that those free books from the sales that we had that's whatever but if there's somebody donating these books that we know that as well for an organization any other question or comments any public comments or questions okay hearing none we will go ahead and vote we have a motion by Jenny and second by Renee all in favor say I hi any opposed say n motion Harries so we'll move along to information item the student board report um good evening good evening everyone of the bo Spectators High School members everyone um so we sent out a survey a couple weeks ago uh to talk about the current schedule that uh we have at the high school um and we got the results back and we had three key areas that we were focusing
on which was the current weekly weekly schedule the period time frames as loone and then also the mixture of blocks and then the tradition um we'll walk through the data and share our conclusion based off the feedback that we have and I'll hand it to and also I remember the last student we sent out that survey with the schule and then in addition to that we also talked about the situation we'll look more into that since the wish you watching and then that'll probably be our next top but for the schedule um the average rating for the weekly was a 3.84 and so we did it from one strongly enjoy two enoy three neutral four dislike and then five strong dislike so a 3.84 is kind of not good and then specifically 45% of our
students it as a four or a five which points to a significant amount of dissatisfaction and so many students Express concerns about the rigid nature or schedule or it's confusing long stretches of time or back to back long periods so I'm going to go over our period time FR frames um for context I think we had 156 responses total um from students across all grade levels um so the average rating on the period time frames was at 3.56 which again is leaning dissatisfaction or morality um and 46% of students rated it as a 405 which kind of makes it difficult because we see it the general dislike with periods and a general dislike with blogs um so there don't really know how we fix that I just hate the hours you're in school that that
seems um um a lot of students found that periods were too short for Effective learning um as like I see now we get into English we have around 45 minutes each time um and that's really not enough um because we do a lecture and then we do an assignment and there's usually some like bu moved up afterwards um and it's not really enough time to fit that but at the same time we see that blocks are too long um we found that we would have nothing to do um a lot of students felt exhausted during the longer periods um especially non-core classes so ban classes um there's simply too much time we don't need that much time um and a couple uh suggestions we had from students because we did have a suggestion box just
to see what they wanted um they stated that they would like an adjustable length of individual periods um so if there was any way that we could add their schedule differently so if they could have two periods for one class technically but somebody else could just go through that was just something they talked about we don't know what that would look like but uh that's all I help then I'm going to go over uh we asked the question of the Mias between the blocks and periods uh and back to kind of the schedule that we have currently but just a little more uh adjusted um the average rating that we got was a 3.76 uh which has other categor show was a dissatisfaction towards say that one more time so that that question was about
going back to blocks no this one's about the hybrid schedule the mixt between the blocks sorry about that um but it's a 3.76 that was the average rating uh from our little bubble rated chart um but then a 45% uh fell into the four and five category which shows dis action towards it and only 8% strongly enjoyed about the hybrid schedule um okay so the consistent theme is that students are calling for more flexibility and balance in the school schedule and while some are satisfied many feel that the current system isn't exactly working but a trend that we' noticed outside of the survey is that students that were in school when we only had BL schedules perer BL schedules and all walk schedule and then the younger students mainly freshman and sophomores for for the
periods from when they were in like middle school so I think that's why we're seeing so many threes in that average because the two are like against each other and so there's two ways to kind of go about this we would say and the first would be either to do one full schedule and then just have them start to get used to it whether it's all period and the middle schoolers feel more comfortable or we just keep the block and then we see what happens or then we can just keep that hybrid and see if they get used to it for the next CP years or hope for the best but we're making it sound like very antagonistic like our students are struggling very much with these while they're they are dissatisfied no one is
struggling too much so there's no pressure there it's kind of just it is what it is one thing I'd like to add the hybrid schedule um is a lot of people are finding it confusing um nobody knows when class gets out not even the teachers um because we've got three different schedules on three different days Monday we get out at 3:30 Tuesday we get out at like 36 and then Tuesdays we get out at 2:30 um and so really teachers they don't know what they even students and teachers alike they don't know what their day looks like really um and while there's schedules posted everywhere um there's a lot of confusion still and so I think it would be a lot better to go with one way or the other instead of trying to squish
both of them but that's kind of all the information we have from that survey we do another one with questions you'd like to ask or anything else and then we'll talk about in the next student meeting about the parking law and then we are planning we need to check our availability with each other and our principles but we are going to send out forms for teachers to fill out so we can go visit their classes so we'll start those school meetings soon have any questions or comments from the board so do you think like consistent start and stop time it feels like if you kind of like room cause through that it feels like the consistency of start and stop is probably one of the bigger annoyances with the schedule so you think like if
we just start school at the same time every day that might which it sound like do a matter of like eight minutes or whatever with that but it I can see how that like throw off the whole page that would be a step like one like easy step in the right direction maybe that would be pretty good um one thing I can say is even with the block schedules we had those early out Wednesdays um and those didn't really throw up our schedule at all because we got into that rhythm of every day similar except for Wednesday um the only issue we're seeing is with the hybrid schedule we're getting out at different times like each day at the beginning of the week and then it gets difficult remembering which day is which schedule um
and so if we went back to a consistent schedule except for Wednesdays I think that'd be all right but it's just too difficult with the three different schedules and then uh what I've heard from a lot of students that I talked to about the schedule is that it's not really just about the different time frames it's the constantly going from periods to um the block days um that's really confusing them and it's kind of like hindering on their education because um they like start out on a period day and then they go to a block day uh in since they're getting used to the period days then the block days feel really tiring and exhausting so they don't get like full block without like need go take a break or go do something uh so
like their educational like stopping point is like halfway to the block and then you get used the blocks and move into periods and then those just go too short to for the teachers a lot of um students I talked to did state that the periods were easier to cope with because you know it's shorter so you have all your energy and it doesn't feel like too long whereas we talked about how the blogs kind of more so I think ultimately it kind of just depends on teachers and then there's also an openend part just like one thing like currently about the schedule that we have um a big one that we saw on hybrid schedule is that we were like seeing your teachers daily and always having that interaction with the teachers uh and then
also that we got out earlier on Tuesdays that was a very to we like getting out at 2:30 so Chase let me ask you this because you were in Cross Country this fall um you know with walk scheduling because of the way meets or games or Sports interacted with your schedule there were times you go a week without seeing a certain teacher has this helped with that or I I brought this up a couple times before just to other people um but one thing I noticed definitely last year is like you said I would miss a week of school by missing two days um especially with Tuesday Thursdays are usually when people schedule meets unless it's on the weekend um and so you can miss up to a week of school within two days um
and that was really difficult especially because you missed because the periods are long you're doing two units a day um so that was up to four six units a week um and that's simply not easy to get that work during back but um going to the hybrid is definitely helped I noticed that the workload was a lot easier once I got back to school um and then one thing I noticed was back like in middle school and we do periods we' Miss um it was really easy to get back but again that the length of period so overall I think the hybrid schedule works best with student student athletes question is there any other questions or comments from the board or the public you email us the result so it's kind of a it's interesting
because it's like a system that doesn't please anybody but those are usually what the best compromises in the school do like no one's super in love with it but it probably like you said it helps student athletes it helps you see your teachers every day maybe it's just a little the takeaway for me it seems like just like maybe a little fine tuning to the timing of it so that the students may feel a little more consistency in the the pacing of the day but maybe that the hybrid system just needs to be given a little bit more time to sink into our student body and let them get used to it because you're kind of I think especially this year you're really like trashing both groups because you got kids who were used to
periods and then you had kids who are used to block so you're really like showing them both into like you said to your point I thought that was very insightful like the young kids like the periods the kids liked all the blocks so it's like it makes sense that maybe we need to let like a few years of it and maybe just tweak a little bit of it you know in the scheduling next year Let It Go one other thing is with the schedule one of the other reasons that's confusing not a big one is that because we run off periods 3 days in the week There's only seven classes um and that means on Tuesdays you've got three classes Tuesdays you have four classes and Wednesdays you have three classes um and so that
gets confusing if we did eight classes it would be a little bit easier to keep track because' be getting out at the same time um in last year when we did blocks we did eight classes so that's why it was a little bit easier to track um but if there was a way we go back to an even number of classes so that we weren't seeing an odd number of classes a day then that would be helpful as well Dr vingt yeah I was waiting for my away and um we did survey the the staff uh as well and what we discovered is that we're still super early in implementation um we gave this just a few weeks into the two or three weeks into second so roughly about we've been doing this schedule for
about 60 days and in there we had homecoming and conf we had a few different things going on so we're still norming to this schedule we're getting used to it and it does take a little bit of getting used to we can see that chances are there probably will be some tweaks to it next year but there are so many factors at play like the the reason there's an early out Tuesday is for high school teachers to be able to do the PLC time and because the way we're structured currently we can't we don't have enough Staffing to be able to create common planning periods across the board um it would be super hit and miss so we really need that for um our PLC time uh going to eight periods is uh Staffing would
be a question about how we negotiate things and we're a little we're a little short on that these days um and I don't know that that I see that growing a whole lot in the future um but we do acknowledge that it takes an adjustment another thing we know that we probably need to do is um backt trck and review how we did professional development for teaching in a block versus teaching in a period and revisit some of those things to help improve some of those strategies and structures because I think that we can't there are things we can do to help offset some of the nature of the blocks feeling really heavy if a block is being done right you should get to the end of the block go wow we around time already
that's how block there are some classes when we survey some teachers love the block some love the periods some of them are like yeah the hybrid is pretty decent we get to see our kids more days a week and um but we still have some longer periods where we can do Labs or extra practices or longer projects or discussion based things so we're we're too early on in the process to make much but it make much decision but it gives us a good benchmark to look at it again maybe later in the spring and see where we at with it and fine tune how do we need to make adjustments I don't know that we feel like we've made a mistake in the hybrid schedule I don't think we're there I think it's this is
a good iteration and we can probably twe a little more question is that okay um what about with your shared staff so staff that you share across other buildings to that hybrid beld with that F didn't seems to nothing really melds real well unless you want to force the middle school and the high school to be on the same schedule nothing really works perfect but they they always find a way to make it work but it's not best adjust to it's not a perfect setup it really gets interesting when we have on days when we have special schedules and the middle school special schedule is different than the high school special schedule surprise all of a sudden we're missing a teacher it's okay any other questions or comments one more thing that chase brought up
about the G block or a period day um I just want to show my dissatisfaction towards that mostly because um if we do that um one of the bonuses that students like about the Hy schedule was our flex period and that would probably have to go away uh have enough time for an a period our dat have to go longer or period shorter which I'm assuming we'll revisit this later in the year once we get more adjusted to it um that way we can get a more deeper look into how it actually works um so it's none of this is like super official like it'd be cool to have this survey go back out the exact same one like in April and see what the how it has improved during your apply I guess it's
probably an improvement I mean we sent out these surveys at work and we make changes and the first one is always like this is the worst I can't believe and then like six months later like oh yeah I guess it's fine yep the kids did a nice job developing the survey so we took what they developed and and just refocused it same questions first sta yeah and did the same one so we'll have some parity across when we do some comparisons great High School library book list so that's on here as an information item there any questions comments on that now any public comment to superintendance report stand for the resignations that U you we're working hard to replace those some of those have already been fil at least we'll start seeing that the next
board meeting um we do have some openings at uh midterm excuse me at semester for a science teacher in the high schools there some moving but for a good reason um so we are working on our diligently to fill those positions likes mid year positions but I think we start going to job fairs in December December 6 it's our first job have any comments or questions from the board any public comment discussion items the library book leading process so what I've asked the principles to do in this uh discussion is to other weeding process is going to be very very similar we don't need to rehash all those they're the same but one of my folkses I asked to talk about is how they're going about uh what's the process look like for meeting policy
uh uh 2310 P which was the one we adjusted last year's board uh how are they going about meeting that because that's thousands and thousands of volumes and we don't have the the man power just to say we're going to devote someone to go through these for hours on end every day obviously they have other jobs so uh talk a little bit about I want to talk a little bit about how they weave and then what does that look like that process of meeting the requirements 2310 B1 would like to go first let's start at ours is pretty straightforward straight forward I think be same um I just put together a bullet point of what we talk about for um K2 pre2 um really if there was a place prior to this policy that got
a lot of donated books I would say it was us um and in part because when your kids go through different phases of their lives right that some of those books okay we're P that we'll we'll get it to somebody else um and so there's a little bit of that but in talking with Anna Meadow because she's at both South and West um she really doesn't take a whole bunch of time to go through the weeding process really it comes to her so you're looking at those books that kind of get destroyed right um they're or they're just really dirty they've been checked out a thousand times um they're outdated and not checked out for several years and so she can run a report that anything that's not been checked out for three years that
list of books will come up and she'll double check that though with her publication date just to make sure that it's well beyond its years right so she's not getting rid of something that maybe she made a different choice of and nobody's seen it yet or taken the opportunity to check it out but really if it's more than 20 years old probably let's get rid of that and the other thing that I mentioned in there is if it's culturally irrelevant anymore or the times have changed um and and some of the depictions that come across uh she would be very sensitive uh to making sure that it is a good representation so there is no bias so 2310 P probably wouldn't have a huge play in your's building in general but I will say this
there are books out there that do violate what this board has put down as a policy and we're obviously not making sure that those aren't purchased uh because of the policy but they are out there just not in the volume that they might be at other levels and I don't think I mean I think if you went through all the shelves of these books I don't think you're going to find those that are of most recent concern any questions questions okay so graph we do what middle school and high school do we use the musty gu lines guidelines you guys hear what those were we use then we also use the continuous review of the crew the great thing about Alexandria our program um it's our our catalog plus it's a checkout process that Katie
sanki has access to those who have not the books that have not been checked out or um she goes through one section at a time she tries to go through the genres like maybe picture books but then we go to uh biographies and it takes takes place all year long and because it's just too overwhelming and I I think the hardest thing is that children's literature has just exploded in the past 15 years where I got Nancy Drew there's like 20 authors in the same type of writing so we talk a lot Katie and I talk a lot about what we're going to discard and what we're going to keep and shield flag things are all flag things and say can you tell more about this but also the same thing happens with um discarding
books that we follow this process pretty pretty closely any questions on midle like it's a little bit of a broken record but uh we also follow the crew which is a continuous review evaluation we process and the musty um she says you know as we were talking if a book's been published for more than 20 years ago and has not been checked out in the last 10 years those are weeded out uh books are misle ugly superseded trivial irrelevant can be found elsewhere within our collection uh that's through Sora um or something like that as far as ensuring we we books that no longer follow policy 2310 the ones that we know about we obviously read those out uh but it's impossible to know of all those so then once they're brought to our attention
whether that's a student or the Librarians reading the books or another teacher then uh when they naturally find those out then they're no long then they're weeded and taken off um and uh actually a if a parent comes up brings up that they feel that the book is it is not no longer acceptable then they grab the book and they go through a review process it's a slow process as it does require us to read the books and come across issues as we read them so what what we're doing is kind of two levels obviously there's the the policy that can be uh challenged a book challenge but if someone walks in and says say you guys want want to look at this there's a you know check out this these Pages or whatever we
can we can do that internally through the weeding process it doesn't have to become a a board issue something that we can do internally and that's really what I would like to see done is just internally go okay these don't match 2310 we don't have to wait for someone to challenge it before we're taking out if it doesn't match 2310 we're obligated to take that out of our internally read those out and we'd rather be safe than sorry personally and that's the bowels this is n's side as well is uh unless we feel strongly one way or the other like it's a book that we just don't see how it is how it falls that policy that' be the only time that we may think anything but it's all been very yep we're just taking
these out because it's a a might come and in formally say hey I'm not sure about this that doesn't mean it gets taken out right that simply means that it can get reviewed well the parent always has the right to pursue the process set out policy so if they don't agree with it then they can the or they can pursue the policy technically before it goes to that so but they always have that right but I would prefer like M have after the books are weed out where did they go so we we get a list of any and it's not just books we get lists of desks and all sorts of stuff the district before it can be disposed of or sold or auctioned off um if that list comes to us as a
board and then we approve the disposal it's put in the Outlook and it'll have a list they just had one be like it's called an obsolete list so it might involve an old driver's a car it might involve desks and things that are GR broken uh so they in books we're getting rid of so they'll go on a list and then people can come and you know say hey come and take his old desk if you want we might sell them or donate them out something like that anybody have questions about the Middle School process sometimes there's benefits to going last um I would say high school is just really a direct reiteration of what the other administrators have offered we follow crew and NY also um we are open to input if a teacher
comes in says you know this one of my students was using this book and I don't know if it's appropriate anymore or relevant or or somehow then then they can the Librarians can do a review of it right then or the student comes in and offers some guidance that there's something maybe not appropriate in the book we weren't otherwise aware of that can be reviewed right then but otherwise I know the Librarians are just slowly working their way through our process it takes a little while because some of the books are a little longer and there's a little more extensive collection at the high school um a lot of things are held for you know students to doing research work and things so it takes longer and some of them are a bit of dry
reading but um it's the same process and as things come up and we do appreciate the the tip offs and the from whether it's parents students teachers um letting us know if there's something that we need to look at right away and then that gets attention and those those books as they're determined to not no longer fit the policy or no longer fit what's appropriate for our library for weeding um they get put in the discard list and then save for the next iteration of the list comes to the board I know the board was given a list of of books of concern last semester have those been looked into I that list has been was turned over to the high school okay they been some of those were on the list some of those
were already a number of those were already discarded I think and some of them were on the list that uh that I sent out to you guys from high school and they were taking off was a couple months on there and she I think uh Miss scoper was updating that as she goes through there but I don't know that that weeting list has come to us I think it's only been sent to I think you Britney probably saw that so I don't think that's come because we're waiting for all the schools to come through that's part of this question is like is this going to be done on a quarterly basis we get a list of we did books from all the schools is this just random it what does that look like and it
I mean I don't know that it needs to be the same for each school um or each level but just to know like that this is an ongoing process and that we will be seeing I mean because honestly we should see some every year if not every quarter if not every semester maybe that because even if they're not I've just been getting Community feedback saying that they can still see some books of concern in Alexandria but I know we've been working on it so I want to report for progress but I don't know if um maybe work getting those lists to the board so that they can be I I have here I think that's a question we had that I think I had asked as well is how often do they want the list
updated because I know that they pull books and they have them in the list and they have them in the back and how often do we need to bring it to the board it like a semester or I do I fall and in the spring only because uh you know we have to advertise it and it's so expensive so usually April want you know about April we'll do a surplus and then usually September so like that would be the best time to get the library and I think that they stay I'm not completely sure but I think they stay in our system until they are officially considered discarded so they may have already been pulled they may be sitting in the back they may be on the list but because the list hasn't moved forward
it looks like they're still there well because technically they are technically they can't be [Music] removed um if we do it Fong like the disposal it doesn't work to well for the Librarians because Librarians AR here all summer so really that's just one disposal window the spring um they don't really book or anything that so just Kae linky got back to me um the donated hooks came from various families from you like the semester idea I mean to Dev point it's just on the semester then it gives the Librarians that opportunity like they know win and then doesn't mean that they don't go on discard buy annually but it just means that we get the meeting list every and you can Surplus whatever and beginning of the next what I don't think you need to
put like a hard date on it but like this in that ballpark right like end of the semester beginning of the next one somewhere in that range you know then that way you can it just stays updated and then just get surplused out twice a year that seems fair can as long as they're just not available that don't comply with no they're they're they're in the system but out of circulation that's that's a good way to put they're in the system but they're out of circulation well I guess you know it's different Elementary easier middle school and high school a little bit harder the books get more complex they're longer you can't split room um is that in this um the change of policy was a significant change um but there's been books that we
at that point and since have um not approved and they're a series and so I think there's some concern too in the community that we we aren't doing our due diligence to make sure that that series that we already have six of the however many books are in that series are compliant um so and that's just something that takes a little bit of time to get through but um that seems like it would be an easy place to start instead of waiting for a from the community or someone else is there any other comments or questions from the board anything from the public so we will move on to Future discussion items um oh yeah so a is um Community tours of West and the new school we we did that before school started that
we did some of those so as we talked about maybe offering that again so that site hasn't had oh we didn't you guys or from the community other than if there's Community groups that would be interested uh like I had some interest from Jamber coners and I would set up something for those people during the day do those just so the public knows watch this board meeting that we can do some of those as well and as we get closer to doing the completion but we're not going through there with saws going on and hammering and metal flinging uh we can do some of those tours uh for the public if we'd like to organize some just likeing you think just depends uh once we got some lighting in there evenings hard right now because
there's no lighting all the lighting is Task lighting that they turn off ear the even turn all that on so uh there's dangers going through it's a little darker so we'll do something as get further along they start having some lights in there we can start doing it's nice to do it when it is closed down there's not a bunch of work going on yeah I think especially with the public I mean it's like the board like I like AUM the liability when it's O site but like community members I I think you definitely want to be close maybe the day on a Saturday they're there though are some at least fullblown working but there's people there trading and stuff that are working so but just so that I guess more informational for people that
may be watching the meeting that that's willing to do some of that so our community will know and maybe we set a time to open um as far as that goes we would like to do a board visit um so that we can notice that like we did before because we'll all be there obviously No Agenda or anything but um and one date that Britney had brought up was December 23rd the reason that was brought up because that was the second normally there would be a second meeting on that we only have one meeting in December so her comment was that just the second meeting was originally planned there is no school that day so be aware of that uh we won't be asking principles stuff to come in but uh has a tell I
tell this during the day you think probably do it preferably yeah just because it's uh like said Daylights back I would definitely that come it looks it looks a lot like you start to see things now you start now that there's some drywall up things start to look like a school you start to picture how it's going to look it's a lot better than it was when it was just metal especially with last all the glazing yeah it just it starts to starts to feel like school okay well maybe we'll we can always go see it on our own yeah I'll take you guys through small rooms but maybe that would be when we could set up and it might work for because it'll be a notice meeting if people want to show up and
go through with us they're more than willing to go through with us okay so Matt you work on getting um and then community meeting to discuss the upcoming building sery so we'll kind of do that the same way we started out our bond um discussion so we'll get community members together and start putting that word out there anything to add nothing at this other than we are producing some posters trying to do those internally um just you know like we have those kind of posters look at some of those okay I'm seeing no other um items we will go ahead and
