This conference will now be recorded. >> All right, I'll go ahead and call this meeting to order. Um, starting off the introduction of guests. I'm Bo Gibbs, vice chair, Alex, >> Stephan Stra, superintendent, and Jay, if you want to go. >> Jay Sail, trustee. >> All righty, moving on to the consent agenda. Um, normally ask for a first and a second for this. Anyone wants to make a motion? >> I'll second. >> Okay, it's been moved and seconded. Any further discussion or public comment? Hearing none. All in favor say I. >> I. >> Any oppose say nay. Okay. Motion carries. Moving on to communication. Is there any public comment? >> One signed in. Doesn't look like anybody's here. >> All righty. Um, next is reports. Is there anything on anything on the uh I guess

admin's reports that you'd like to add or any additional information you'd like to share? [Music] >> Okay, moving on to reports, discussions, and policies. Does anybody have any questions for the admin on the reports? >> You did forget to ask that. >> Help us. >> Yes. >> Um, right. Any building updates? >> Just a few, I'm sure. Nothing I can think of except other than Friday a lot of well once they start kicking furnaces on they were either going to try to kick some tonight and or Wednesday but for sure Friday possibly Saturday and they're thinking they will have if not all the class but then um what I don't think I think admin. >> When you when you say admin, you mean what do you mean? >> District office, right? So Amy will like

they'll have it down there. >> Yeah, I can't remember. Uh well, the mini splits will be one last [Music] But uh yeah, other than that, anybody knows anybody has any questions? >> Just thanks for all your efforts. That's quite a milestone to meet start actually getting heat going. >> The teachers were so excited about the air surprising. >> Yeah. For for one day. >> They were so excited though. They really were. like [Music] >> we'll have and we'll have our first frost tomorrow morning. >> They appreciated it for the 85 90 degree day though. So it was good. It was good. >> All right, moving on to policies. We have two policies that um require approval. Um there's only one reading required so we can make an approval of these. Um I guess if there's

any questions on them, but we can move towards a motion in a second and open up for any comments or questions if there's any at that point. >> Second. >> Okay, it's been moved and seconded. Um you guys have any questions about them or any further discussion necessary? Okay. Um I guess all in favor say I. >> I. >> Any oppose say nay. Um motion carries. The other policies here are just first reading. So I guess >> some of them some of them are required but they've changed some things and how they're doing things. MTSBA when I say they I mean MTSBA are our group that we do our policy stuff through and um and so I the ones that were clear I put there as just birth reading. Some of the other ones I

probably could have put up there but I was just like it's not that big a deal. We'll just So you'll see a lot more on two readings. um uh just because of it's they're they're just not as clear as they used to be with how they did do this stuff. And so there'll be a lot more probably, you know, for having to do two readings, which is which is fine. You can see a lot of them there. And then the ones in parentheses obviously are deleted. So point that out. Um the reason why those are being deleted, they're recommending to delete them is because they've added that stuff into their policies. So, it's not like we're just getting rid of policies, which would be nice at times because I think we have a lot, but

um but it's it's being condensed, I guess, in other ones. But on these ones, like for first read and stuff, there's anything that you guys have to do. It's just a time where you can look at the policies and then next time you'll have the motion in the second. Any questions for us to take back to the policy committee on those? Okay. Hearing none, we'll move on to I guess the other agenda items are all clear. Um, yep. So, this this time of year we we get a I think we might have talked about this last month. seemed like I mentioned it recently, but this time of year there's there's usually not a whole lot on action item stuff. Once the first of the school year happens, we have this couple month window of not

a whole lot of action items, which is kind of nice. Um, just depends on the year, but there wasn't anything this year, so this month. Okay. Um so moving through action items and what not what not we get to bulk and I guess there any requests. >> There are no requests to bring to the board. >> Okay I guess with that um meeting a journey. Thanks. >> Thanks for coming guys. >> Thanks. >> That might be the fastest meeting. Hey sh started.
