001[music] At West Chicago, I spend [music] a lot of my time in the school. I was involved my freshman and sophomore year in [music] Wheel Global, my sophomore year for BPA. My junior and senior year, I've been involved in NHS, [music] and then over the course of my four years, I've been involved in both jazz band and also track. One of the things that I've appreciated about [music] North Chicago has been the community and the teachers. I've been involved in a lot of different courses and a lot of activities. [music] So, I've met a lot of different teachers and had different experiences. It's awesome to just have all those people and all of them being super nice and understanding. Just being there for [music] you if it really matters. Something I would tell a younger

002student would be to get [music] involved. I know it sounds a little bit scary to like get yourself involved with a bunch of different clubs and activities, but it is a lot of fun to be able to be involved with a ton of things. [music] You meet new people, have that experience that you kind of wouldn't have, and be a part of a community that like makes an impact. [music] After high school, I hope to attend a 4-year college. I want to focus on engineering, specifically mechanical, but I'm open to other [music] engineering departments. I really just want to make an impact. I just enjoy the idea of being able to [music] make things that make a difference and innovate in ways that we've never seen before. I'm Nicholas Rosskilli and I'm the December student

003of the month. [music]
