001Here at WeGo, I'm involved in a lot of band. I've been a part of concert band in marching band, jazz band, pit orchestra. It's been the best community ever this year. I'm also involved in robotics. I have been for the past 3 years. I really love STEM and making robots. It's always so much fun. I also really love math a lot. I've made it to state the past three years, even though that might be really nerdy of me. I've really appreciated my marching band community. We've always talked about it being a family, and it really does feel like a family. We've had so many great moments, and I really love playing music for other people. That's been so fun these past 4 years. I tell younger students to follow their passions and what they're interested in. I know when I went into high school, I didn't really know what to do. I've just focused on joining clubs that have interested me, like robotics or math team, and I've found that I've had so much fun that way. After I graduate, I'm probably going to major in something in engineering. I've found through high school that I really enjoy STEM and the art of problem solving, and I want to put that to good use in our society. I'm Cody Leano, and I am the September student of the month.
