001At W Chicago, I participate in the tennis team, snowball, math team, scholastic bowl, NHS, and roar. I have really loved at West Chicago that over the years, I feel like my community has grown stronger. Freshman year, I remember not knowing anybody and being a little like scared. But now that I'm a senior, I have my close group of friends, and a lot of which I wouldn't have met without all of my activities and clubs. Some advice I would give to a younger student would be to get involved. I know everyone says it, but getting involved in participating in events, clubs, activities, sports really has helped me to build like that community that I mentioned earlier. Next for me, I'm going to be going to Xavier University studying biomedical sciences on a premed track. And then with that, I hope to become an oncologist one day. I'm Addison Jeffrey and I'm the March student of the month.
