001we're doing something this year where staff members pick a student who they are proud of who they think have done great things in the school who they really think of when they think of the reasons why they come to work every day why they do what they do why they stay inspired to be an educator all right so I have a letter here I'd like to read to you the whole purpose of this was they asked us to write a letter to people who impacted us as teachers so I wrote you a letter well I'm going to cry I I'm going to cry okay dear cie dear Anna dear Shake dear Sarah this month every staff member is pausing to encourage one wild cat student who makes our cats Community special one student who makes
002us glad to come to work each day and that student is yoke and to you Alexa are that wild cat o and you are that wild cat you are that wild cat you are that wild cat well you are that wild cat you are that wild cat wild cat and that wild cat is you oh my gosh you are that wild cat when we were asked to choose a wild cat who makes us excited to come to work you immediately popped into my head I'm not sure where to start and telling you just how special and wonderful of a human being that you are you have um such a bright light to you in every classroom that you enter with this being my first year at Wego the moment we started class together you always
003made me feel welcomed part of the team and excited for school each day to me your enthusiasm for biology last year was absolutely like through the roof amazing B I appreciate your positive attitude and Leadership skills your kindness and positive energy make a real difference in our community and I'm glad you are part of it you are the hardest working wild cat I know you overcome obstacles like I've never seen before you are motivated you are driven and you are unstoppable your Relentless strive to be better at everything you do whether it's in the classroom in sports or in the weight room is one that every teacher and coach wants for all their students I know you have specific goals and I watch you work to achieve them sometimes with great sacrifice and this reminds
004me of why I wanted to be a teacher you are always engaging in higher level thinking and contributing insightful comments and new content to our class you will stand out as one of my most hardworking students I know the class did not come easy for you and you got frustrated but you worked through it and look how it paid off you're a great example to my AP Chemistry students as one who persevered and found success thank you for always paying attention in class being so kind to everyone around you and for bringing me food I feel so special that you think to share your food from food's class with me you are a great cook and Baker and it makes my day every time I am so impressed by your reflection your curiosity and determination
005to learn every day you are someone who is such a great role model for your peers I have no idea how you're able to accomplish all of the things that you do you're such a high achieving student that manages to be incredibly involved with as much as you can from creating artwork to playing volleyball to part participating in school activities you show a love for and dedication to this community that is greatly appreciated and noticed enjoy every interaction we have and I'm proud of you for always volunteering to be a student ambassador getting into NHS this year being a strong leader and player on this year's football team and walk in the halls with a smile on your face your sense of humor allows for a comfortable class environment and a willingness to constantly learn
006and ask questions that keeps me engaged in curriculum development to say that I am proud of all that you have accomplished in the last 3 years is a huge understatement thank you for being you gr of I am so proud of you adamar thank you for being the amazing person and student that you are I'm really proud of you I really truly am so happy that you're here you are making the world a better place you go girl than you you're welcome that is for [Music] you I wanted to give you this letter and just remind you of how awesome of a student you are and how much you mean to me so thank you so much yeah thank you so much I didn't realize I would be like pissed keep up the good work
