002be put out into the community we headed out for uh from from august 17th until today which covered our 30-day mandatory period and had no feedback at all from in you the community there was nobody who contacted me or district 99 with any concerns or anything positive or negative about the budget so today we just need to have a hearing um i think it was posted for 6 45 so we probably should wait until 6 45 to take on anybody who comes in and we can address any issues that they have or if the board has any questions i'm going to present a five-year forecast when we get to the south campus and um you'll be seeing the same rough numbers coming out there's no change that we've made in this budget from the tentative
003to where it is now and we're projecting off of that for the next five years and that's what we'll be discussing at the south campus later on this evening [Music] i've never asked this before is there anything else you'd like to say had a good time with my kids as my grandkid this weekend yeah thank you yeah all right any questions from the board if you want to go to the second sure you did this just a revenue side expenditure side and then the fund balance is really maybe go right to the fund balance because that's where we tie these two together there you go and the good news is that ascending here revenues and expenditures are and the bulk of our budget are relatively advanced that's roughly off a thousand dollars or so so
004um we're in very good shape going forward the piece that's going to change for us is the 2 million 52 000 here is a payment for hvac work that was done with debt certificates it was a very large project this is the last year of paying that off and so we won't have that drag on the the operating funds anymore um and when we get to the five year you're going to see how we get we get back to the real outpatient level in the district we'll be selling 8 range 9 and it's very conservative five-day forecast but i'll leave that for so long for that is the two thousand dollars revenue under working cash uh off a bunch of interest money that we've gotten there no no even the two wow we you know
005it's been so old for so long i keep saying it has to go back up but yeah it'll be found money when it does right very low interest rates from here on out um the market data today is that it's going to stay the same for another year i mean i get i guess it's not i mean at some point i heard that there's you could things could get so bad that they actually you actually have to pay to have somebody hold your money for you well this is what they call negative negative interest right if inflation is higher than your rate of interest you are earning negative interest so now's the time that they advise anybody if you have the wherewithal pay off your mortgage yeah it's even a three percent is going to
006be fantastic and this you know if you have those means pay that off certainly pay down on your credit card debt to get out of that homework you can so it's technically we are in a negative interest in europe refurbished reports it that way and so you look at it say they're losing money we're just now making it as much as they as costs are around them i guess we should be thankful for the two thousand dollars i'm just yeah i'm just i'm just filling time here about five more minutes and then we'll see if anybody shows up in the next five minutes yeah thanks for going through this i it's a technicality that was put out for this statement if you get to a bigger venue they understand that's the necessary move but it's

010series well yeah i think i think that they have a possibility to well i guess if i was a cubs fan i wouldn't be allowed to do that right now could all right whatever well do you even know who's on the cubs anymore are they a baseball team yeah although they did they did beat uh milwaukee yesterday so that was the first time all season they've been don't you think that milwaukee are there any plans but i think they're mailing it oh no they they're in the wild card so they they want to win they're on the weather wild card wild card trying to work their way so the division winners get automatic automatically get to go to the playoffs oh cool but then some of the second place teams basically might get a chance
