002the post that the comment is located on comments are posted on your site using a forum at the bottom of the post which will look different depending on if you're logged into the site or not you can also access the comments module from the sidebar in the dashboard here we can bulk edit comments much like you can bulk edit posts there are also filter options or search options as well one of those filter options is comments with pings which are comments made somewhere else that links to your post or site comments can also be controlled or regulated before they're visible on your website this is very useful for comment spam to access the settings for comments go to the discussion section under the settings panel on the sidebar here we have default article settings such
003as pingbacks or notifications for your website some other comment settings are things like setting what they need to fill out before they can post a comment or disabling comments after a certain amount of time has passed you can also enable threaded or nested comments which lets viewers view responses to a comment as a group you can also change your email notifications for when a comment is posted or held for moderation approval settings such as manual approval previously approved comment errs or if the comment contains links or some other options available to you designed to help you moderate comment spam you can also create a list of words that when used in a comment will make the comment automatically help for moderation the comment blacklist action lets you enter a list of words that will make
