004this amazing group of students as a female principal of CMS I would like to quote a few other leading ladies and the advice they have to share Barbara Bush once said never lose sight of the fact that the most important yard stick of your success will be how you treat other people your family your friends your co-workers and even strangers you meet along the way your character is beyond important stud students I'd like to ask you a question who are you going to be I'm not asking you about what you are going to eventually do but who are you going to be when interviewing for a job they aren't going to ask you to explain a test score or a grade you got in class they are going to ask you who you are are

005you a person who gives up when times get tough or are you a person who keeps going even when you are the last the Finish Line West Point Cadets who scored high on things like grit and determination were more likely to complete basic training than those who ranked high on things like class rank SAT scores and physical fitness Michelle Obama once said if you're willing to dig deep if you're willing to pick yourself up when you fall if you're willing to work hard and work until your weaknesses become your strengths then you'll develop a set of skills that you can mold and apply to any situation you ENC C any job you might have any crisis you might confront but you got to make that choice I always say to my students show me your
