Each of you brings a unique perspective, tremendous dedication, and a common goal to make sure every child in our district has access to an excellent education. Together, we face challenges. We listen, we debate, and we make decisions that shape futures. And through it all, we model the very values we hope to instill in our students. Respect, dedication, and teamwork. Excellent does. Excellence doesn't come from any single person or idea. It comes from collaboration. It comes from trust, from listening, and from believing in one another's strengths. That is the power of this team. As we look to the year ahead, let's remember why we are here. For the children. Every decision we make, every initiative we
008pursue is about giving them the best possible start in life. I'm grateful for your partnership and inspired by what we can continue to achieve together.
