I guess before we start our meeting given the events that we've been all witness to recently I'm gonna ask that we all sit for a moment of silence to show our support for all those who have been impacted by racial injustice and to mourn the loss of George Floyd and countless others who have lost their lives due to unjustified police action so please join me in a moment of silence for them okay thank you we're going to move forward with our agenda which the next section of our agenda is board correspondence I really don't have any board correspondence to report on but we are going to before we go into committee reports I'm going to ask the superintendent to address some issues that have been surrounding our board correspondence in the recent weeks great thank

you so much miss Barone okay in his 1964 speech the other America dr. Martin Luther King jr. states it is not enough for me to stand before you tonight and condemn riots it would be morally irresponsible for me to do that without at the same time condemning the contingent intolerable conditions that exist in our society the watching Hills Regional High School District embraces diversity equity and inclusion and remain steadfast in our commitment to doing so hate racism and violence have no place in our community or our nation I along with other administrators and faculty members will be meeting with students from our diversity Club and black suit Union tomorrow as well as with our district equity team we will work collaboratively to provide needed resources and support for our staff and students in order for

them to be able to reflect upon recent events appropriately manage their fear frustration and grief and engage in meaningful dialogue about our civic responsibility to combat racism switching gears the other hot topic has been graduation and our plans for graduation and I want to thank everyone for your patience and understanding as we continue to pivot because we get new guidance all the time and so I want to share with you what our plan is moving forward we had a very very productive meeting with our senior parent and student representatives today and I see some of them in attendance so if during public comment they would like to share any additional feedback or anything I missed from the meetings you were certainly welcomed and encouraged to do so so currently the capacity limit for an outdoor

gathering including graduations is 25 people and as you're aware the governor announced that after July 6th we will be able to hold an outdoor ceremony as long as it complies with whatever capacity restrictions are in place at that time so the capacity restriction right now if 25 people includes attendees security and people overseeing the event so that doesn't leave many room for graduates given if the if the limit were to stay at 25 so we're hoping that number will increase prior to July when we're looking to hold a series of modified outdoor ceremonies we had a meeting today with the senior student and parent representatives and it was it was a very productive discussion and so we're looking to send out a survey to senior students tomorrow in order to align our final plans with

their preferences we are only going to survey the students enior students and not their parents and we discussed this at today's meeting is we feel it's really important to make this ceremony about the students and and what they want as much as we can within the guidelines in a normal year the seniors have a number of celebrate celebrations with their classmates leading up to the culminating event of graduation however this is not a normal year and they have not those opportunities and so we want to make the graduation ceremony as as much about what they really want it to be as possible so there are three main components to the survey first the certain components of the ceremony are going to have to be pre-recorded the music components and the speeches and this is for

several reasons the new guidelines indicate that we should limit any speeches musical performances for a couple of reasons we should not be sharing microphones or equipment obviously there's capacity limits so if we have live musical performances then that eats up the capacity and then the other pieces we need to reasonably limit the length of ceremonies given that the turf field is going to be likely excessively hot in July and we will also not be able to open bathroom facilities to be available so the the first survey question is going to be asking students if they would like the pre-recorded component of the ceremony which will be the student speeches the musical pieces which will be performed by our by our students if they want those to be shown on June 19th as its own you

know separate virtual piece which is there which was supposed to be their graduation date is their last day of high school or if they would like us to show that pre-recorded version as a as a kickoff to the series of the modified ceremonies in July the second question is going to be asking the students given the capacity limits would they rather have us maximize capacity so that they can graduate together with as many other classmates as possible or do they want us to utilize the capacity to allow guests and then third if they don't want the virtual portion played on June 19th and want the pre-recorded Verte piece played as a kickoff to the July ceremonies what other ways would they like to commemorate June 19th because that is still a very significant day in

their educational journey as it marks their last day of high school so that is going to be going out tomorrow and you know we got great feedback from the group we spoke with today but we want to send that out to the entire senior class so we can get their responses so you know we certainly who's here and wants to provide additional comments during public comment you can do so but I just wanted to make sure I shared that at the beginning of the meeting as a preview of what's to come tomorrow thank you doctor dr. Jewett did you see that somebody said that there's still people in the waiting room oh they just signed on okay thank you so much just one thank you I appreciate that I just let them all in thank

you okay thank you so much for that Susan and miss Barone that's all I have okay so we now have our committee reports and I'm gonna ask Jordana if you could just give a quick update on strategic plan sure so the strategic planning committee met on May 27th we recap the discussion and the feedback that the board provided during our May 19 meeting we also reviewed the document that dr. Ferguson and dr. McGee from hya of the ED based on the board's feedback during that meeting and as part of that discussion the committee made a couple of language revisions to a couple of the theme areas so just update everybody we changed the social emotional wellness theme area to read social emotional growth and wellness we felt that it was more encompassing of all the

ideas that we were trying to convey and change academic success for all to say educational success for all we also discussed how to best continue this important discussion in order to move our strategic planning process forward and the committee felt very strongly that there is of the importance given the importance for the strategic plan that it is critical that each member of the board actively could participate and provide their thoughts and feedback so to facilitate its continued discussion to make sure that everybody's voice is heard and all members are aligned we in our direction the committee would like to recommend to the board that we schedule a special board meeting that will focus on that topic alone so what we're expecting specifically for the board to provide feedback on as we're looking to align on

these overarching themes and as well as a shared understanding of what these things in compass if you guys remember from the prior board meeting hy8 provided this grid of the themes and then what kind of specific action areas with fall under that's really what we want to align on right is there anything that's missing you know do we have everything covered once we agree on those themes the strategic plan core team which is actually going to be made up of staff and administration they will go ahead and draft the specific language of the goals so that's not our responsibility right we just need to agree on the themes and then the specific action plans that they propose we focus on under those themes once those are complete the board will certainly have the opportunity to

review and comment on those prior to moving forward with the development of the foundational documents so again the immediate recommendation is to have a special meeting so that everybody can provide their feedback all right so should we talk about time frame for that no we did not I think that's what we need right so I don't know if we want to try to do it towards the end of the month in July after graduation is that a conversation that we want I think we want a Judy and Max here to facilitate that to speak to it yeah good idea so do you want me to get some availability from them that I can then send out to the board and I'll get a mix I'll get some June and I'll get some July yeah that's

great okay I will okay the only other is personnel and we do have some action items but I think everything else was discussed what's confidential and exact great and we don't have any specific Susan you need nothing more to report we met on the 28th just to talk about the action items for tonight and for the 16 report all right so now we have our first opportunity for public comment the first public comment period is limited two of the agenda items for this meeting only the second public comment period will be able to any Tomba topics sorry all comments are limited to five minutes as we do in public we would ask that you state your name and what town you're from before you make your comments and if you can use the raise your

hand function dr. Julie can recognize you if you have any comments pertaining to the agenda items for this meeting I'm also looking in case anyone's using the reactions instead of the raise your hand because that tricked me last time I don't see any hands raised and if anyone again I'll always say this if anyone had had a problem with the raise their your hand feature I will check my email so you can email me so that I know to calling you during the next public comment session okay seeing no hands race at this time we're going to move on to board discussion as to the future action items they're on pages two and three a four there's a lot of operation ones I think they go to page nine ten where we get two action

items towards the end yeah page ten so I don't know we have this is time for the board to discuss any of these future board action items that we have on here any questions mr. bond has a there's a couple of action items and I'll just lump them all in one is a general question that our renewal of contracts and some rates are increasing so you know for example custodial services plus saying I'm just wondering you know lots is going to be changing next year I'm just wondering if those rate increases specifically are reflective or due to additional duties that are going to be required are they encompassing that life will be a little different only every time mr. sighs yeah Jenna the the rate increases are all based on CPI so if you have

a bid that you want to push forward to the next year renew you can renew it at the CPI so you have these discussions with the contractors and if they agree then you you do that otherwise you do have to rebid any significant changes we would have to rebid these contracts the contractors that I've talked to are okay with those rates at present thank you any other quite an arrest question so I hate I would like to see some clarifications of a few items I don't nobody lemon the insurance so I I heard that the state is going to have I mean these some new insurance companies that will save millions of dollars for the districts as well as for the employees so if that plan is not yet in fact is limited now from

the recipe the bill you're talking about is s 2273 and that bill has not been acted upon by the legislature I believe I think the Senate passed it but the Assembly has not yet and then it would have to go to the governor so it hasn't even gone there yet so the rear the dates of that starting on July 1 it's virtually impossible there's no way we can do an open enrollment that quickly so I think even they know that so if they're gonna go near that bill it's probably going to be either mid year or next year but that's something that that you brought it up the our Google health insurance fund would have to incorporate a component of that in our health care so they would we would have to offer if the

bill were to pass at present a separate plan for employees they could take that plan now whether it's going to be a savings I don't know yet because it's it it's kind of hard to gauge out the way the plan the way the law is written or the way the law is supposed to be written is that if you're a new employee or a retiree you are basically mandated to take this this other health care plan the other health care plan is cheaper it's a it's a lower deductible or a higher deductible and you know there's there's less coverage options and less coverage just it's a little more it's it's not quite the plan that we have let's put it that way the trade-off is that it's not a chapter 78 it would be less

contribution by the employee so but that that's all speculative at this point that that may come in next year maybe even this year at best I think mid-year I see but you're distinct item 11 suggests that the rates are fixed for every more but I thought Governor Christie he introduced a scheme where you pay the premium based on your staff or your income based on your salary right if you don't use that oh oh I see okay okay so okay I see we've had great success with the school health insurance fund yeah we was in under 3% for the past three years and that's fantastic I know I had a question I like item number 14 sure why are they paying 96 halogen to this company you know so that's care plus I believe so

yeah so the broker is a professional service now they they followed a couple years ago we had an RFP a competitive RFP and they they actually do the negotiating for us for healthcare and for dental and they saved more than that ninety six thousand dollars so they have the expertise to negotiate on our behalf as a matter of fact they're the ones who recommended that we join the school health insurance fund and married us to that fund thus saving hundreds of thousands of dollars so there is a trade-off it's not cheap ninety six thousand dollars as you say but they save us a lot more than that it's really the percentage of the total that we would be spending or no we we made the RFP separate we didn't want to give them an incentive

based on a premium so that this is a lump sum that we pay them that's independent of the premium everything okay no I had a next question I know dr. Mitch and if you can just hold one second I'm wondering if dr. Shi Belsky wants to comment on that item yeah yes just specific to that item the rest and for those who are newer to the board we we do a every three year rolling out for bid for all of our professional services so it's not I don't want people who are newer to have a perception that we're just renewing things without thinking about them when you're rolling basis we look at each of the individual professional services at a minimum of every three years we look at the contract see if it's appropriate send

it out for the so hopefully that would give you some reassurance that it's not just a burger stack right and it says saving any item on the agenda that it's per in august two thousand eighteen or so so I had no question regarding item number 24 so I I do not know about everything but this like Samsung 65-inch cool ite I just bought two months ago for less than $1000 and it is listed here 2039 I bought the same 65 in Q ladder unless you know there are different versions here so I'm wondering that you know then you have this 65 inch LED display $7000 so I am wondering whether there is a lot of add-on by the company we are buying it from as opposed to buying directly like from Samsung 24 explained but

I thought you were indicating last time that these have to be through a competitive bidding process you can't it's the same idea go ahead well what I would suggest for dr. Chanin and the members of the operations committee those topic those two things that you brought up the Samsung's the smart board I don't think you've mentioned that but that's on there oh those are items are all for the media center project what I would recommend and I'm going to try to get him at our meeting mm-hmm have our technology director explain that to the committee okay prior to the next board meeting so you guys can understand they are cooperatively purchased so they're competitively purchased they answer that but I think it would be best for the committee to understand exactly what we're buying I

think would be a good idea to have them there now this item 26 through 32 this this is transportation is little confusing that they they look like that it's quite similar you know long hill and watching you reason high school so is something in could you just brief what is you know different line items here you know looks like is the similar kind of yeah are they different routes yeah so so where the confusion lies is with Long Hill and watch um we have joint contracts in other words we we did all the routes and then Long Hill Board of Ed will pay us a portion you know for their routes the same thing for watch on in other words we have a vendor we have so many routes and watch none will pass their

portion and we pay ours we do the bidding and the reason we do it it's a shared service we we feel will get better prices and more efficient routes that way so that's why that it looks a little confusing but we're just sharing services the rush that's why it's it's actually it's it's it's a good thing like I try to get them all to do that because I feel it's it'll save us more money in the long run thank you I'm done okay any other anybody else have some questions on the future actually and we're gonna have an Operations Committee meeting I think next week sometime so because there is a lot of operation stuff on here and maybe there'll be other issues that come up there yeah we're trying to get a meeting for

July 9th which is next to you okay thank you today sorry that graduation on my mind okay alright if there's no other questions about the future action items and we can move into action items which start on page 11 sorry 12 thank you alright so I was like some motions please madam president I'd like to move items a1 through a3 we have second any questions or comments on a one through a three hearing none roll call please mr. Scott dr. chan yes mr. Fallon Peter yeah here Peter can you hear us let me go back to him yeah I'll text him you keep going aye mr. heck yeah yes mr. hon singer yes Mr Morrison yes spotter yes this is over yes dr. Chappelle ski yeah Mr Bond yes Ms Brown yes okay mister Fallon

yes you said yes I heard thank you okay next motion please Madam President I'd like to move items 2 c1 through c4 okay any questions or comments on c1 through c4 did you need a second on that yeah that would be help thank you any questions or comments I see one question regarding C do okay so I thought that classes were almost over but we are paying you know X laughs from June 8th 1988 right I see well true but I thought the classes I thought that the coursework probably the teachers the number of classes reduced or maybe I thought the course was the end of the year is June 19th dr. Shand learning until June 19 no normally and normally dr. chan we would we have final exams the last week but we don't

have that this year because we're not doing final exam so instruction and classes are going right there June 19 okay okay roll call please dr. chan yes mr. Fallon yes Barry mr. Fallon yes mr. Han singer yes mr. Morrison yes this is over yes this is Potter yes dr. Shu Bilski yeah Mr Bond yes I miss Barone yes Roshan scary okay section D madam president I'd like to move items d1 through d4 can I have a second second any questions or comments on D 134 D for mr. sighs I don't know maybe nobody had any question for you just want to explain the change order there yeah so so we had a series of events that kind of led up to a change order with the media center project so one of the first things

we had to do was have our library books go through a process called weeding and then you know we have to put some in a box that we know we're getting rid of and and I I say that breaking my heart because I love books but um also thank be the ones that were keeping and have them filed away in order we can put them back on the shelves in the proper order which is it's much more intense when you have thousands and thousands of books so we contracted a company to to assist our our staff and unfortunately that company by the name of followed had some issues some significant issues unfortunately with Kovac 19 so there was some delays and eventually we just broke off the contract and moved to the second bidder on

that list and they were set to come in and then we had an issue on our end and then that kind of delayed it more so all of this led to the fact that we wanted our guys to dismantle the shelving that's connected to the walls well all these delays kind of made that impossible because now I have a contractors ready to come in and I don't have this the manpower or the time to take down the shelves so rather than incurring delays we have them doing a change order work to take away the shelving and we it took a lot of negotiating to get to this point I apologize for putting it on the agenda with literally little or no time but unfortunately this is kind of the nature of how this all played

out it took time to just to get to this negotiation get a final number it kind of happened in a couple of days so that that's really that's essentially what it is they're gonna dismantle all the shelves what are you doing with the shells the shows you're talking about the ones that are against the wall so we're basically well discarding all of them we we initially had people buying them for a lower price on some of the freestanding ones berry but even then we can't no one will take them now so all the companies have we're going to take them we used to take them because of the Kovac 19 yeah kind of talk to me talk to me tomorrow okay dr. chant has a question I think so just a clarification I remember correctly

you mentioned that that media center renovation it is subject to the grant received from the state if state does not give us the grant this year that we might postpone this media center renovation in this correct I mean this do I remember correctly or so her going ahead with the media center regardless over the state gives us or does it give any money yes or our discussion back then we were concerned before we awarded the contract so we were concerned before we wanted the contract that we were going to lose dead service aid there's been very little indication that we would lose anything as a matter of fact I think the only thing that they were talking about us losing was potentially some of our general aid our operations which was about a hundred and

fifty thousand dollars that's what the papers reported now that's not it's been stone but at this point in time I have no reason to believe that any of that debt service will be taken away again I could change it as of right now it doesn't look like it any other comments from D 134 Mr Morrison I had him actually I'll hold it it's not related to the four it was related to Tim's comments but that's not related to these topics so I withdraw my hand dr. chan yes mr. Fallon okay mr. heck yes mr. singer yes mr. Morrison yes Potter yes this is over yes dr. Przewalski's yeah Mr Bond yes bro yes and mr. family well I mean the motion carries abstention we owe them tomorrow okay so now we're at the part of

our agenda for a second opportunity for public comment this could be on any items so if you could use your raise your hand function and dr. Jewett will recognize you and state your name and where you're from your comment nobody okay my email as well just to make sure okay in the chat so I think they all just wanted to attend our board meeting because I'm so interesting on zoom and they have so little else to do at home right now now you're gonna make somebody you want to have a comment okay there's no comments I'm gonna close the second opportunity for public comment and move on to other business I just wanted to make a quick statement now our community and what we're going through and I think that what I'm inspired by is

the compassion and the resilience of our community including our local community in a factor State Community New Jersey I am in terms of the what we're seeing in our state versus other states and how we are able to address the issues that are coming up and way that appears to be proactive and effective and even though there has been some violence it's been minimal and I'm thankful for that and I think that we should take heart and that that's the these ideals of compassion and resilience is what we are moving towards in terms of educating our students and teaching them how to have impact on issues in the world in a way that is effective and proactive but at the same time compassionate so I just wanted to explain you know indicate that I think

that we're these are these are issues that we need to continue to strive for and our strategic plan and that and I think these are times that we need to reflect on and really embrace as much as we can so we can move forward all together and I know there might Freddie also wanted to make a statement so I'm gonna recognize him um before we move further thank you and thank you for your comments Madam President I just want to extend my condolences and prayers for the family of George Floyd and all most affected by this preventable tragedy I think truly each one of us regards were position we hauled has a part to play and I'm inspired that to see watching his students alumni and the broader community speak out for justice and come

together none of the things must change I think as we witness history unfold in real time before us it's incumbent upon us as leaders in education to equip and empower our students for the work ahead we must continue to ensure I believe that students demonstrate the ability to follow identify and solve these national issues as we stood in our expected school-wide results and as we work to form in a new strategic plan as you said Madam President I we must ensure that the educational experience that we provide is one that is rooted in equity and embracing of diversity I believe we owe that to our students we owe it to our respective towns this school has been a leader in the state because of its solid foundation our schools provide and it's that same foundation

that gives me the confidence that our students will have the ability to create a more just society for all I just wanted to say that and thank you for your comments thank you for make a comment or have any other other business that they want to bring up at this time so Mr Morrison and dr. Shaw Bilski have their hands raised okay mr. Morrison so I have a just a couple quick comments or questions the first was related to the plans for developing reopening plans and I don't know whether that's something that we wanted to discuss this evening or push off to the other meeting so I just gonna tee that up let's see if there's something we need to discuss now or if we're going to defer on that so when I was planning

on doing was sending the board with my highlights this week the outline of the different teams that were putting together for that so that way the board can see - if the I what I did is I shared with the administration today and said okay take a look see you know if what we're missing and then I'll do the same thing with the board because that what you said is we're planning for the plan so we're trying to get everything set up so that what we we are having initial conversations but we are waiting to do too much until we get some more guidance which we do believe in the next few weeks we will at least get some more direction on what's happening with school in September in terms of opening I don't know

that we'll get a lot more guidance outside of that but you know any information we get will be helpful and then the you know the other piece is so we we are though already starting to look at different plans and possibilities the 4k superintendents and I met today with our local health official with Kevin Sumner and with the doctor that consults for the health department so that we could get from them just some of their guidance and advice on the guidelines we should be looking at on some of the different options obviously you know the five districts if we're going to be doing any kind of modified schedule well we don't want transportation to drive our decision because as you saw on the board agenda tonight our transportation is all intertwine alright need to be

very cognizant of that so yes so I will share the outline of those committees with the board at the end of this week so then if the board wants to have a fuller discussion about that at the next meeting or in-between the plan to is just like our other district committees as you know there'll be a committee that's that's dealing a reopening sub team that talks about trying to use a word other than committee because everything's a committee so in terms of the team that's going to be dealing with operations that you know they'll be dealing with food service and facilities and those types of things so they'll be reporting obviously back to operations committee because everything that these teams come up with is going to be vetted through the appropriate board committee the curriculum

team you know that so that whatever comes out of that team that's going to go through education committee we likely will have a team that deals specifically with special education considerations you know that there will be special education representation on the curriculum team however there are so many considerations unique to special education with regard to out of district placements ie P's evaluations those types of things that we do feel we need a team that's devoted specifically to that a communications team so that's what we're looking at is all of the different key you know key pieces that we need to make sure we account for so I will share that all with you in writing at the end of the week and I'm sure we will be having many more discussions about this in the

coming weeks and months and I think one of the things that a couple things that I am aware of include the fact that these decisions are largely going to be driven at the district level we may get quote-unquote guidance but I don't think that we're going to get a lot of insight and I think that that's going to really be driven by kind of the needs of the community the conditions at the time and obviously you know a decision that's made in operations around transportation that's gonna have a cascading effect across everything else that we do in the building were a decision that's made on how we are outfitting our space to provide instruction that will then drive you know curriculum and can drive transportation so these are these are all interlacing issues and and

I would just encourage you to to get a jump start because I don't think that other than what time gives us you know what we learn over time I don't think there's going to be any great revelations that are gonna come to us from any guidance from the state that are not already visible to us I have to credit our County health officials yeah has been so tremendously helpful and you know he any of the plans we've come up with for example tomorrow with the seniors picking up their caps and gowns graduation he has been very responsive and available and we talked about today the fact that exactly what mr. Morrison just said that our prediction is that it's going to be really on the district's to work with the local health officials to develop

the reopening plans and so you know he has been very very cooperative as has our Police Department the the local om everyone has been reaching out to see what kind of help the school needs and so I'm tremendously appreciative of that you know in addition to our own staff who has been wonderful during all of this yeah and and for the rest of the board members buckle up it's gonna get interesting because we go through this the my question for Tim that I was gonna raise earlier was just I guess for the benefit of the rest of the board recognizing that the state proposed revisions right now are in pencil and not in pen but if they were to hold and we see that reduction or we anticipated reduction in state aid that has been

reported we as a board have already put in contingency plans to deal with that the Operations Committee is that correct yeah that's correct and as a matter of fact that's one of the topics for next week as well yeah and and and whatever the state the current state number is below what we had anticipated when we were making our contingency plans right yeah we I actually thought it was gonna be more I thought it was gonna be the whole the whole increase this year right then two other points dr. Jewett the Department of Education released a parent's survey today and I just I wanted to make sure that a you were aware of it and B that there was a mechanism for us to push this out to our community so the parents can take

it I actually I was talking with the cage Supes today because we were talking about the fact that we may because it's an anonymous survey and so we won't know exactly what our community responses are to it we were actually debating because I clicked into the survey as if I was a parent because I wanted to see what the questions were that we think it would actually be valuable for us to send something out like this to gauge a lot of those issues and concerns with our parents as part of our reopening plan so so I think that you know that I just came through a little bit you know a couple hours ago but the questions you know talked about a lot of questions in regard to reopening school so I think in addition

to us sending it out to our parents for the state to gather data we may do our own modelled after that so that we can get that information because I think that'll help in our planning in terms everything from who plans on having their child use the bus who plans on you know sending their child back to school when we reopen all those types of things great thank you and then just two quick or one last item tomorrow at the State Board of Education meeting they will be reviewing and the assumption is they will be adopting a new set of new jersey student learning standards across all the content areas with the exception of language arts literacy in math which had been done recently so we have those to look forward to as part of

our curriculum revision process okay thank you great thanks I wanted to take this opportunity to recognize and applaud dr. Jewett for her leadership as well as the entire administration's leadership and addressing parental and student concerns about graduation I was a little bit remiss and not commenting at the last meeting and I think that there was a unsubstantiated belief that there was a decision made that was in stone and had not really been well thought out and I want to reassure everyone who's listening I think the board already understands that these discussions have been going on for months and there are multiple plans in place that are very very fluid anybody who's either listening to the radio television or reading the newspaper knows that decisions are changing on a weekly basis and we're doing our best

to try to anticipate what those changes are and have a variety of avenues to be able to address everyone's concerns obviously our preference would be to have an in-person graduation no different than we've always had but we have to be mindful of the fact that there are risks to that and there are executive orders that placed limits on that and we will do our best to try to get as close to that as possible recognizing that there are those who would like to share that with as many people in person as possible but at the same time there are people who are fearful of that same thing and being able to accommodate every preference within the spectrum on what our community desires thank you any other other any other other business I just want to

remind everybody and I'm doing it this weekend superintendent evaluation so get it done take hour and a half you know Albert to really doesn't take that long if you just focus and get through it and I and I think dr. drew deserves our attention to that question regarding this I guess I am not qualified for that because I joined this year right the last year right Vidia technique he might be technically right I mean I can ask the field representative that question I don't know if anybody feels you for your performance for last year well it's it's it's it's really July through June 30th all the current board members would have received it so yes okay thank you all right first time so adjourn thank you
