and then I'll look at your resolution to see them. >> I cut it back like [laughter] that >> because you can't put every single thing in there. >> Now, did you put things? >> No, I did just uh months later. >> Why? Well, you know, to me to me if there was >> what happens happens. >> You change companies, you change >> doesn't need. >> My job's in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. >> I drive 140 miles to go to an 8 hour They moved again. >> All right. Good evening. My name is Ed Ruth and I'm the chairman for this evening's meeting. I'd like to welcome you to the November 24th, 2025 meeting. And we'll start with a flag salute and a moment of silence to the flag of the United States of America. and to the

republic for which it stands. One nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. This meeting is in compliance with the open public meetings act as adequate notice of this meeting has been provided by mailing the annual schedule of meetings to the Union County Local Source Star Ledger and Union County Hawk by posting such annual meeting schedule on the bulletin board in the town hall reserved for such announcements and filing of said notice with the township clerk. Formal action may be taken at this meeting. Madam secretary, roll call. >> Mark Hayden >> here. >> Tom me >> here. >> Douglas Croc >> here. >> John Calaguire >> here. And chairman Ed Ruth >> here. Right. Um, members have a copy of the minutes from our last meeting. We had a chance to take a

look at it. And may I have a motion to approve the minutes? >> I would just say just um, sorry, one change. Um, I think it says that the meeting started at 8:00 and we now start at 7:30. So, at the top of the minutes, just the time of the meeting. >> Okay. Any other comments on the minutes. >> Is there a motion then to adopt the minutes? >> I'll make a motion. >> Second. Uh all in favor? >> I meetings minutes are approved. >> One item of business tonight is a resolution for 60 road. Kelly view. >> Sure. Um so the resolution was uh sent out ahead of the meeting so you could review it. Um this was for the single f the new single family home on that unusually L-shaped lot um from

the last meeting and we have I think the important part is the conditions and we include in the conditions that the applicant shall install and maintain evergreen landscaping between the pool house and the side lot line. Um, and that the applicant shall make the change that they agreed to to the height of the pool house and that that will be reviewed to the satisfaction of the township engineer and that they must still go ahead and get all the required um building um department permits that is ready for a motion and adoption if uh anyone wants to make the motion. All right. I have a motion to approve the resolution. >> Janet, I'll approve it. >> Have a second. >> Anyone that was at the meeting can second. >> I'll second that. >> Doug Crock seconding

voice vote or you want individual? >> Individual roll call. Roll call. Hayden. >> Yes. Douglas Croc. >> Yes. >> John Caliguire. >> Yes. >> And that's it for voter in favor of it. >> Um that's fine. >> Mr. Yeah. Um the chairman can also vote. He he was present. He didn't have to. And he voted in favor of >> No, I didn't. >> Two of the two of the three. He did. Yeah. Yeah. So, yeah. All right. >> But the three are enough. >> Yes. Janet. Resolution is approved. >> Resolution is approved. >> Any correspondence, Janet? >> Um, I'm just going to be giving out the zoning board dates for next year. >> Okay. >> All right. That's it. >> We'll take a look at those. You want the committee to comment or uh approve

them. Are you looking for an approval on those dates? >> Why don't we get those approved since we may not have a December meeting? >> Y uh Jen and I to go through the dates. We hope we've avoided all holidays. Um I think the only the December meeting we moved up so that it isn't the the week of uh Christmas. Otherwise, I think we're pretty much on the fourth Monday for the whole year. Oh, except for Memorial Day. It's the Tuesday as we usually do. >> Great. If if nobody knows right now that there's a conflict, I would say why don't we approve those this meeting? We can always we can always change a meeting date if we need to. But at least this way she can in case we don't meet in December because

right now we may not have any applications at least then we've got these approved going forward. So is there a motion to approve the proposed meeting dates for 2026? >> May I have a motion, please, to approve? >> Motion to approve. >> Wait a minute. >> I got two here. >> You're one, you're two. [laughter] All right. >> All All in favor? >> All in favor? >> I >> Any opposed? Motion carries. Thank you. >> If anybody notices any issues, we can we can change this later, but better to have it adopted. >> In line with that, I know there's some discussion earlier between Janet and Kelly that we may not have a meeting in December. Right now that's scheduled for 23rd. >> Yeah. >> But we'll get more notification from Janet as we get

closer to that date. >> And since it's close to the holiday, if you're not going to be here, let us know because that would certainly then we could let the applicants know not to notice for that meeting. Um there's a possibility of one or two applications. We think one definitely wants January instead, but we haven't heard about the second one. So, if there's a chance that we're not going to have a full quorum, it'd be it'd be good to know that actually because then we can let them know and push them both to January. >> Okay. Right. >> Thank you, Kelly. >> All right. Any other discussion before the board? >> I have a question. >> Yeah. Uh, Kelly, is it possible and Ed, if there's only one, would it be if it doesn't look

that impressing that it has to be done so timely to ask it to be done in January rather than December 23rd? >> Does it make sense to do that? >> Well, it that's really the issue. If there's not enough people who are going to be available, if you have conflicts and you're not going to be here, let us know that and we can tell them. We're not sure we're going to have enough people to attend the meeting. So because remember they have to notice 10 days ahead to get in in for that meeting. So we can tell them you know don't bother wait till January if we don't think we're going to have a quorum. >> Yeah. Only if it's not urgent for whoever the >> the applications for is my opinion. I mean I

I can be here the 23rd I believe but it's just kind of like not the best day to come to a meeting. >> Right. And and their witnesses will probably may say the same thing. So they may not want to come. It just hasn't been decided yet. >> Okay. >> Yeah. Just thought we'd throw it out there in case it is optional to whoever y >> is applying for this >> point well made. >> Any other thing to bring brought before the board tonight? If not, I'll ask for a motion to adjurnn. >> Motion to adjurnn. >> Motion do. >> I have a second. >> Second. >> And you can go ahead and sign. >> All right. I don't want to give the wrong impression, but you want to go. [laughter] >> Thank you all

for being here. Hearing a lot about the knees now. >> What else? >> It's a folder. >> Oh, sorry. >> I got to see what time it is. >> Really? Yes.
