Number six, a alpha superintendent. Number one, good news. >> Uh, can't believe we're uh running into uh Halloween coming up for next week. It seems like the fall has been going pretty pretty fast. So, um, one good news to highlight, um, our athletic teams have um, not disappointed. They have won um, their games and they will be moving on to the playoffs and that's our 20th year in a row, I believe. So, we're really excited about that. 003bringing back to the board a discussion on the sale of uh Mooney Education Center. Um it is our request for you to allow us to open it up for bid again. We did have somebody in the community that was interested. They did tour it and uh they would like to go through the bidding process. So, with your permission, um I'd like to be able to open that up for bid to have this individual um submit one. >> Do we need a motion for that? >> Uh I I think um >> probably >> it's just a discussion and kind of just kind of making sure that that's okay that we do that. >> I think a consensus I I um >> I personally don't have any problem with it. >> Yeah. >> And and you talk
to them, they're going to submit a bid, right? >> That is correct. >> Okay. Um, all right. So, anyway, um, when Jason gets back from his trip, we'll go ahead and get that submitted and then that process will go hopefully very quickly afterwards. So, thank you. >> Yeah, I actually was at that walk down and they, >> you know, I was just observing, but they seem to be pretty enthusiastic about that. >> Yep. Thank you. >> Okay, number seven. Madam Secretary. >> Mr. Salish. >> I. >> Miss Venegas. >> I. >> Miss Wolf. >> I. >> Dr. Hall. >> I. >> Zites is an I. >> Mr. Brown. >> I. Motion carry. Number eight. Action report. A L for business. Can I have a motion to approve the resolution authorizing I believe it pronounces Petraa Petra Petraa Gleon Boy and ISO LLC to intervene in property tax assessment proceedings. >> Moved moved by Bill >> Second by Dr. Hall. Any questions or comments or do I have to read any of this up or we just >> let it go as is everybody understand? Yeah, it's just probably read the resolution number maybe. Is there
a number on it? Proposed number in case anybody's >> No, I do not have a number. >> The title is the same as what we >> Okay. >> It's in the >> It would really be a challenge with this fun this fall to read it out. >> Yeah. >> I had my secretary read it out, but we good. >> Okay. Thank you. Are any questions on that particular resolution that we are going to be voting on? Okay. I think we had a pretty good discussion, somewhat of a discussion committee as a whole. >> Okay. All right. Hearing none. Roll call, please. Madam Secretary, >> Mr. Salish, >> I. >> Dr. Hall, >> I. Miss Venegas I >> Miss Wolf I >> Z Stumbris is an I. Mr. Brown >> I motion carry. >> Do we
have any old business? >> The only old business I wanted to bring up is uh Mr. Brown and I got a a message from Jason Mr. Okinski about meetings coming up at the middle school construction meetings. So and they're going to start October 30th. I'm going to try to make two a month so that we can keep an eye on while they're working and how you were concerned was while we're during the school day. >> Sure. >> Just keeping an eye that >> because I was in a couple of the meetings for uh the beginning of that, but at least just to keep it on track and just make sure that everything is >> going okay there. I'm going to try to make two because they're I think they're having them every Thursday in the
middle of the like 10:30 to 11:30. >> Okay. dealing with that bill. Can you bring back to the board, this is a question I had kind of a concern and you are a lot that's your profession, heating, air conditioning. You know, I I know enough to be dangerous about that topic, >> but can you find out what type of refrigerant are they using for the new units? I know R22 is out the picture, but then it came with the R410. >> It's 410A or 454B. I'll have to see what >> Yeah. I I wish because they're doing away with the 410A, right? >> So 454B or >> Yeah, but it'll be around for a long time. >> Okay. >> Just like R22, you can still get >> you can still service some of those units.
>> It'll be okay. It just But I'll get some of that information. But more or less I think your concern was the safety of making sure that it was functioning >> too and just down the road if you know cuz R22 as you know it they're not manufacturing it but it's an arm and a leg to try to that that pays well for you if you have to go out and replenish R22 refill it whatever and I'm fearing down the road if we're using 410 that that can be costly if we have to but at least we would know. So 410 they are again that's that's one of the the one that was supposed to replace the R22. We got the 410 now and that is something that the government has said that should not
longer it's plenty for right now but down the road. >> Well yeah correct >> right down the road. Down the road. So >> they stopped manufacturing the units with it a year. >> Exactly. Not now. So we at the 454B Bravo and R32. So yeah, like to know that give it to Keith and say, "Hey, this is what we got." Whoever's going to proceed, Keith or whatever, make documentations or whatever. That's all I would like to know that. But you you can no problem. >> You can ask the right questions. >> Okay. >> I appreciate it. >> Okay. Any other old business? New business? Okay. Number 12. I would like a consensus on number 12 to I don't know if I need a motion to this because I think this is the right time instead
of coming back out of close session to table this can we move it up right now this way we can close out close session and be no further action I can tell the public no further action >> okay >> so yeah I don't know number 12 we want to post we're going to postpone that number 12 >> so then when are you going to take action on Not tonight. Okay. >> We don't know at this point. There are some things came up. So, we just don't know at this point. We don't have all the answers. >> So, table it. >> Yeah. Table it. >> Okay. So, number 12 will not take any type of action. We're going to table that. I have a consensus for that. >> Do we have to we have to make
a motion to table it? Right. >> I would say to be safe, let's have Can we have a motion? To be safe, I would like to table number 12 at a later date. >> Can I have a motion to do so? Moved. >> Moved by Bill. >> Second by Jamie. Any questions or further comments on this? >> If not, uh, roll call, please. >> Mr. Salish. >> Hi, >> Dr. Hall. >> I, >> Miss Fenus. >> I, >> Miss Wolf. >> I, >> Zides. Stumbers says an I. >> Mr. Brown. >> I. Motion carry. That leaves us going to number 11, close session. We do have a reason to go into close session for the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees. Can I have a motion for those reasons stated to
go into close session? >> So move second. >> Doc Elizabeth >> moved. Jane >> moved and Dr. Hall second. Any questions or comments? Okay. Not in close session for approximately 15 minutes. >> 10 to 15 minutes and we will not be taking any further action after we come out of close session. So we thank you public for joining us during this open session meeting. Be safe, be warm until we see you again. Take care.
