So, just to explain what we did here today, it was uh we approved the contract for the additional buildout to the CRM Learning Center, which will uh enhance the space and hopefully clear up and add a
004little bit more room for some students and uh it's a really great project. We're going to add another elevator. So, just so people understand what we did, we wanted to be transparent. >> Yeah. if you need expansion on that. Um I believe there's and uh Lauren, you can correct me if anytime I'm wrong, just uh wave to me. Uh so the expansion project will include eight new classroom spaces, um cafeteria space, warming space, uh a teachers preparation area, uh lavatories and elevator to service all uh all three levels and a new lobby to the elevator which will provide egress and accessibility between both wings of the the building. Um it's a great opportunity for us to serve the needs of our prek students as that those needs will expand uh with our population in the
