Okay, welcome and happy new year. This is the reorganization regular meeting of the Bin Township Board of Education held for the purpose of election of officers, appointments, and transacting appropriate board business in compliance with chapter 31 laws of 1975. The notice of this meeting was advertised in Mars County Daily Record. Copies of the agenda of this meeting were appropriately posted and made available to the public. Uh we have the three office the three board members. We swore them in before the meeting. So, we're all set to go. That's Mr. Brander was reelected. We have Mr. Hittinger and Mr. Rosenberg, our new board members. So, the uh the terms of the uh the election out there, Mr. Brener received 1195 votes as I reported back in November. Um M. Mr. Hinger 108 votes, Mr. Rosenberg 112
votes, and then we had 318 that were other writings. So since everybody has sworn in and we have a full board roll call. Mr. Barta >> here. >> Mr. Brandon >> here. Mrs. Cabana >> here. >> Mr. Chen >> here. >> Mr. Hinger >> here. >> Mr. Johnson >> here. >> Mr. McBride >> here. >> Mr. Mills >> here. Mr. Rosenberg >> here. >> Also present. Mr. Fertini, superintendent principal. They do not see our student representative. We have a quorum. Please stand for the pledge of allegiance. To the flag of the United States of America to the reps, one nation under God, indivisible, liberty and justice for all. >> Okay. The reason I'm sitting here in this seat uh when at the reorg reorganization meeting, there is not a uh president and a vice president
at this time. So one of the most important things we we conduct at this meeting is the election of officers. So at this point I will take a nomination for the office of president. Any other nominations hearing? None. Nominations for the office of president to close. Bardock for office of president. This will be roll call. Mrs. Bock. >> Yes. >> Mr. Brandon. >> Yes. >> Mr. Cabana. >> Yes. >> Mr. Chen. >> Yes. >> Mr. Hinger. >> Yes. >> Mr. Johnson? >> Yes. >> Mr. McBride? >> Yes. >> Mr. Mills? >> Yes. >> Mr. Rosenberg? >> Yes. >> Motion carries. >> Next order of business is the nomination for vice president. Are the nominations from the floor? I would look to nominate Gary Brandon. >> Any other nominations for the office of vice president? >>
Hearing? None. Nominations are closed. Mr. Brandner, the office of vice president. Mr. Roll call. Mrs. Barton. >> Yes. >> Mr. Brandon. >> Yes. >> Mrs. Cabana. >> Yes. >> Mr. Chen. >> Yes. >> Mr. Hinger. Yes. Mr. Johnson. >> Yes. >> Mr. McBride. >> Yes. >> Mr. Mills. >> Yes. >> Mr. Rosenberg. Yes. >> Have to get used to the new stride of >> the new name. >> Okay. So, the first order of business is items B1 through B18. These are all standard operating accounts and so forth. Like to make a motion for B1 through B8 or second. Any discussion? >> Do you have to have negotiations this year or have it? >> Well, those are standing committees. So, you generally will fill those positions in case something comes up. You could have things that
you have to do with the malice agreement. You have things that you might be able to do with the BTA negotiations where something might pop up. So, it's better to have a standing committee already set than to try to, you know, scram. >> Okay. discussion. >> Yeah. Were we talking about maybe collapsing policy and governance wasn't policy? like one of the some of the committ >> there were some discussions about that but there was some differencing them up next to each other so >> so more more nights out >> I think that's where we came at the end we're not going to collect Last back to back. Okay. I got to be less stressed. >> Any other discussion? Okay. Mr. Wolf. Mrs. Barta. >> Yes. >> Mr. Brandon. >> Yes. >> Mr. Cavana. >> Yes.
>> Mr. Chen. >> Yes. >> Mr. Ger. >> Yes. >> Mr. Johnson. >> Yes. >> Mr. Bry. >> Yes. >> Mr. Mills. >> Yes. >> And Mr. Ros. >> Yes. >> Okay. Items number seven, the appointment. Some of these are uh timely. You have things on here like school boards association representative Mount Lakes. That person uh if on that uh in that role would also have to be sworn into that board and some other items representative to the education service commission. So if anybody would like to take a look at this to see if they want to fill their names in I think last year and the year before we were pretty good about getting it all done here. So A1 is the appointment for U foundation education foundation. >> Yeah, I'll I'll primary secondary
>> I can be your secondary. >> Okay. Yeah. Okay. A1. A2 is the educational service commission. I volunteer to continue doing that. A3 A3 is the primary representative to the home school association. >> Just continue. >> I mean, you're there anyway. Unless somebody really wants to do it. >> Was there an alternate? >> Lauren's there anyway and then I can be a backup. >> Great. Thank you. >> Back up. >> Sure. Yeah. Yeah. >> Candy. >> Okay. Uh the Mars County School Boards Association. >> I can stay on anybody. >> I was interested in that. >> Sure. >> You also attend. >> Yeah. Everybody gets invited. >> And thence Grace always loads everything. All right, we're making good progress here. >> There's a lot of local ones. >> 85 is the Mountain Lakes representative. >>
I will stay on everybody's okay with that. Yes, very >> very >> well actually that's one of the ones where you can you can always attend the meeting but you have to >> no one can actually sit on that >> you can actually sit on the board only one representative uh the next one is the New Jersey school boards association >> I can keep that one with someone else >> I'm writing so Oh yes, that was what I was interested. So if I could hear you >> alternate. Okay, >> very good. A7 is the um township committee. >> I'd like to continue on that if no one else wants to. >> Was it an alternate? >> We had race as an alternate. >> Okay. the township green team. >> I could fight. >> Yeah. >>
Best contest probably. >> Yes. >> If you ask her if you ask her what's going on and Mrs. No last year was the >> You can I was going to say if you want to do it, I would do it. You want to do it? That's up. >> I'll put my name down. Okay. >> And then the last one is the advisory to the township special education advisory group. Mrs. last year there's no interest. I can do it. Anybody for unnecessary equity? Okay. So, with all those names put in there, I would need a motion. >> Can I uh we have some discussion before? There's one thing I want to change on the mountain lakes if everybody's okay with it. So we are we >> do we have to move forward. It's related to this.
So it's related to A5 A5. >> Okay. So the issue is the sequencing of the meetings in January. Their reorg meeting is before ours. So I'd like to propose a motion that with A5 it's one calendar a year and the reorg meeting. So that way we have a rep because I was locked out if you will of the pre-ord meeting because when is when was the reorder? It's always Monday. Ours is on Wednesday. So it's always before ours. So the sequence is we have no rep for that meeting because I'm technically not the rep. >> So my proposal is to do it for one calendar year in the rework meeting >> as long as as long as the person is returning. Yeah, >> if the person is not reelected then obviously it just goes blank.
>> Well, generally you know by stash if you could like as as today you're taking office as a board member. The same thing happens on their board unfortunately. I mean they can be sworn in at any time there. It doesn't have to be at that meeting but I see what you're saying. >> Yeah. >> But I think it really statutoily it's your term starts on >> probably starts this past Monday. Yeah, I see what >> I did brief this with them. Yeah, or go over it with them and they were like, we're fine with it. I think they they were going to discuss with their attorney. They didn't seem to have any issues with it and they get that there's a gap and it's an awkward gap. >> The problem is you have to be
right >> until the next our reopening is after their reopening. So, >> so until today you >> I can't be the rep. Exactly. So, it's it's a three-day gap. It's a Monday to it ends in December 31st. Their reorg meeting is like January 4th. Ours is January 7th. So, we've got a gap where I can't attend. I was like I couldn't go into their clothes. >> They always work before. >> How about the end of your organization as so long as he's a board member? >> That's what I'm saying. So, as long as the person that you spot is a recurring returning board member who's been elected, >> they should just have I'm just proposing one more meeting, the reorg meeting in that. >> It's really days. >> It's just days. How would you how
would you >> or we could say like four days or something? I don't know. >> Three of the organization meeting. How would you know? You're you're being appointed today. >> It's not it's not me. It's that role. So it's not Chris thing. It's a role >> Maybe it's the calendar year plus seven just to give us a >> Yeah. Give you a week seven days just to buffer whoever >> or through through you know until the reorganization. So long as he's a board member. >> Yeah. Something like that works. Next year. Yes. >> Let's say let's say next year and not >> but I would be for that meeting. That way we have a rep at the meeting and then I don't get appointed or if somebody else does they're the rep at the next
meeting. It's totally >> then they go into close. >> They went to an hour and a half. >> Do you tell them I want to be on that committee? Because that's >> No. Uh they do that after. They don't do their committees there. They do the committees after it's literally they appoint the president, the vice president, they go into close, they come back, they appoint the committee. So they say they they uh kick off the committees and now they >> What about if we do our reorg reorganization meeting on that Monday before that? >> We can't they do it on the Monday right after the new year. We unless you do >> then you're talking about our board changing. >> Yeah. It's really just it's a simple motion to put in that says it's just
a calendar year and like either plus 7 or until the next reord meeting, right? Uh as long as that person is as a board member. >> Yeah, technically as a board member the terms are done December 31st. That's the calendar. >> But can't we dictate an extra couple days? >> I don't know the answer to that question. >> Yeah, so long as long as he's a board member. So if you have a three, you know, if his term is December 31st. >> No, no, no. What he's saying is if if I was not up if I was election this year and I decided not to run, we need some leak language that says I cannot return, then it's a >> that's where so long as you're a board member, you're not a board member. >>
The answer and the ship is sailed for this year. Can you look into it for this year? >> Definitely. I mean, you got that, >> but I mean, you don't you don't want to not do it because you need a rep to this and then tweet. >> We'll find out. We'll catch up. >> I would like to if we could put the language in pending legal review with Matt or something like that. They're reviewing it with their attorney. I just want to put it in so that we've got the option so that we have they're okay. They want they have to sit in the audience next. >> Yeah. this next meeting. >> We just >> or can I make an adjustment next? >> You can we can certainly kick it down, but you're not you
wouldn't be representing Boot Township for until the next come and >> change. Who are you going to check? >> I'll check with the attorney. Because if you have the language in there, so long as you're a board member, if you're not if you're not elected, you're not you can't be >> you're not appointed to the board today appoints you as you're not a board member until you're sworn in today. Now, if we had on the first of the all depends on when you're sworn in as a board member, we could have had our meeting on January second. >> Okay. So >> and then I'll call I'll second do it when it's time. >> So we have A1 through A9. I have a motion. >> I'll second. >> Any discussion? Further discussion. Okay. Mr. Roll call.
Mrs. Barta. >> Yes. >> Mr. Brandon. >> Yes. >> Mr. Cabana. >> Yes. >> Mr. Chen. >> Yes. >> Mr. Ger. >> Yes. >> Mr. Johnson. >> Yes. >> Mr. McCry. >> Yes. >> Mr. Mills. >> Yes. >> And Mr. version. >> Yes. >> Okay. Uh the one portion of the meeting I forgot because I slipped ahead was that asking the board member permission or what they're if they'd like me to continue on with the meeting after after the officers are appointed. So I think we're kind of the horse is out of the norm. But would you like me to continue? >> Would you like to continue or president could easily, you know, take over? >> I'll take over next time. >> Okay. All right. Uh at this point, we are at uh open session
number one. It's the reorganization meeting only. So if any members of the public uh this period is limited to reorganization agenda only, please state your name. Address for the record. All comments are limited to 5 minutes. That's only on this portion of what we discussed here. Hearing none session is closed. I do not see a student representative of on behalf of the state representative. She said she has no reported being We have no presentations. Okay. Administrative reports business board secretary. So you should get up and moving my seat. Just a couple of items. The 2026 27 budget process is still going. Budget requests have been received from the staff that's being incorporated into the working document. budget calendar was just received today. So, all of the board meeting dates that were just approved tonight coincide
with the appropriate dates for budget approval uh in the in the state's budget timeline calendar. With the recent snowstorms, the custo custodial staff came in over the winter break on Saturday after New Year's Day to clear the snow the best they could given the conditions. Hopefully, the warmer weather and warmer temperature is expected toward the end of this week without remaining snow. So the students can get back out on the playground and back and the building system, the heating system appears all to be working. There's one issue in the upper gym with rooftop unit that needs to be addressed. I'm in the current process of securing a contractor to investigate the issues. And that was my report, superintendent's report. >> Thank you. Um since it was just holiday break, I was something small and just
a couple of reminders. Uh we ended school um back in December with the holiday traditional holiday caroling around the building with music department and holiday festivities and festival celebrations and the return to school was very smooth. We do used no snow days and I just want to take this time right now to tell people what I do typically it's been you know question how do you make these decisions I talk with the surrounding superintendents in the evening and all throughout the night. Uh we consult with multiple websites and providers. I talk with the buildings and grounds people, our road maintenance department, Robert Rizzo, the police, and I also drive around and check the conditions myself. So, make sure it's safe for not only the students, but for commuters who are coming, faculty members who are
coming into the building. Uh the announcements that I have as reminders. Uh there's the survey that I sent out uh through the newsletter, through announcements at board meetings and our website and social media for parents to input on the 2026 2027 calendar so they can uh put their uh information in there about you know some of the things that we should consider for the upcoming 26 27 school year. Um we also have some presentations coming up. Mrs. Morgoth is going to be doing a parent learning night presenting on student support services. RTI, which is response to intervention, what 504s are, special services, and that's on January 13th at 6 p.m. right here in the library. She's also going to be doing an HIV report um on March 12th at 6 p.m. and followed immediately after
that at 7 p.m. I'll be doing a presentation on mindfulness and conflict transformation. There are also uh some things posted on our website. Now we have uh all the correspondences for the ref or the proposed or possible referendum the building needs and things like that. All those are on a tab on our website and you can see all my correspondences since member. Uh the latest and greatest for Gillingham training. Uh we put it out there for all the other superintendents in the county to send their teachers for a training here at Township. At this particular time, we have 23 teachers from around the county that will be attending RBS for I think five sessions over the course of the next two uh two months. This is a step in the direction of having Luke Township
be a leader in literacy and a model school for instruction and programs. And that concludes my report. >> Okay. Thank you, Mr. At the agenda, we have combination. Uh these were repeats from last week but um they were not included but on paper so on the agenda so I'm going to repeat them again. Uh congratulations to Mrs. Kobart and Mrs. Bartell and the successful Veterans Day and winter concerts their dedication preparation commitment to RDS students for clearly reflected each performance. Thank you for your hard work and for creating such meaningful experiences to our for our school community. And we proudly commend Josie Chen, grade seven, and BHS Hittinger, grade seven, for their acceptance into the North Jersey Area Band on December 6th. It was a wonderful achievement that reflects their musical talent, dedication, and hard
work. We also commend Rhea Enis, grade 7 for acceptance, Jersey Area Honor Choir on November 24th. This distinguished honor highlights her commitment to excellence in music and her outstanding vocal abilities. That's all I have. Okay. Thank you. Next item on the agenda are correspondents. You've had an opportunity to take a look at correspondence one and two. At this time we have uh second open session. This public comment period will be limited to regular agenda items only. Items only. Second public uh period will be open to any topic. Please state your name, address for the record. All comments are limited to five minutes. Anybody from the public? >> Okay, hearing none. Session number two is closed. Um, next item on the agenda, the liaison reports. No one apologize or there is anybody having reports. Uh, they
had the reorg meeting. I was in the audience in attendance for that one. As I stated earlier, um, it was pretty standard. The only change they had is they did create a new ad hoc committee for retention >> to be the >> for students. >> I don't know. It's just adent. >> So that's about it. All the other committees remain the same. They didn't appoint anybody to the committee just like us. So that was the only item. Oh yes, sorry. Uh, Mr. Powskis is still president and um, sorry the vice president. >> Yeah, sorry. >> Parker, thank you. >> Okay, thank you. New Jersey School Boards Association, >> Morris County School Boards Association. >> Um, I think right now there's a virtual meeting. >> I said the daycare. I'll look it up. >> Uh, educational
service commission. had been no meeting since our last board meeting >> and the um township special education parent advisory group. >> I can report out on that. There's a ADHD event here in the library this coming Monday at 700 p.m. a presentation on ADHD and how to help your child and parent child with ADHD interventional skills for all ages. And then on February 26th, we're hosting a Zen night here at RBS in the lower gym and there will be play therapists, occupational therapists, yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and different techniques to help parents. We're looking for providers. >> What's the date on Monday? >> Monday is January 12th, 700 p.m. here in the library. Open to now as well. and township education foundation. >> And the Rockaway Valley Home and School Association. >> So we had a
meeting last night. We approved a plan like a mobile planetarium to come to school for a science assembly and that was one of the biggest items. And then we had the holiday lights with the Bloom Township Ed Foundation, Bloom Township Rec Department. There were about 90 people, three winners, um fire pits, pony rides. It was really well attended, hot cocoa. It was like negative 20 degrees with the windchill, but we were glad we had fire pit and it was really nice. as we lit up a tree. So, I think we're going to meet that staple in the community and prizes were given to the top three home that won the best decorations. So, that's kind of what's going on there. We're planning for field day in May, teachers appreciation, and we're weaving in some different
things for the teachers above and beyond teachers appreciation. Just some surprises for them throughout the year. That's it. Thank you. Uh, one part I did miss was the was partnering with the Ed Foundation and what was the last meeting? >> Luton Township Recreation Department. We had a um an event, a holiday lights event in Leonard Park where we had pony rides, hot cocoa, fire pits, s'mores, and just a social for the town >> right before Christmas. >> The um township committee. >> Yes. Um their reorganization meeting was on January 5th. Bill Klinganer and Paul Oiri were sworn into new terms on the township committee. Bill was selected mayor and Tom San Philippo as deputy mayor for 2026. Tom was also appointed as the board of ed liaison for 2026. December 31st was the ribbon cutting
for the new municipal building and police headquarters. There will be a formal open ceremony in the spring once site work is complete and the staff is settled in. The new payment dropbox for tax and utility payments is located in the main lobby and it is accessible 247. Um, check out the township website for the 2026 recycling schedule. There will be a makeup curbside recycling pickup this Friday, January 9th. That throws everyone off because it's always Thursday. So, this Friday, >> there's so much recycling out tonight. >> I finally put it out, too. >> Did you? >> Yeah. >> Friday. That'll happen. Um, there are continuing road closures in the vicinity of Farber Hill Road for natural gas connections through January 16th. Please see the township website or your Smart 911 for more details. And lastly,
uh just a reminder that the dog licenses are need to be renewed during the month of January. For your convenience, you can renew the license online, by mail, or in person at the municipal building. And that concludes my report. Thank you very much. And the last item was the green team. >> I don't think I was I don't think >> John may update my own report. >> Sure. >> Um so for Morris County School Boards, the next meeting and this is always a great meeting especially for our two board members. It's always a virtual meeting, their February meeting. So, it's February 4th and um the topic is creating a positive school culture, addressing ethics, cell phones, and HIP. And they're going to review the knowledge and strategies to navigate some of today's most pressing school
challenges. So, again, that's on the 4th. It's virtual and it starts around 6:45. And um did they send out a link? >> They they do. I don't know if the two board members will get it. So maybe maybe forwarding it to them >> just so that they don't get skipped. >> By the way, the school board, you've got some correspondence already from school. They have your email list. >> They have your email. So I think it gets translated down to >> it might take a little bit weeks. Um, but just so you know, when you register for these meetings, it'll show a fee, but it's there's no trade. It should zero out by the time you log in. >> So, if you log yourself, >> you can go to all of them. You don't have
to be a go for many years to know other board members come too. They're a great way to network with other board members from towns and they always have presentations on stuff of interest to all of us. So, it's a great opportunity to get Okay. Transportation finance. I think anyway. >> Okay. Items one through just one. Just one. >> Yeah. Uh motion for uh motion for finance number one. Yes, sir. >> Any discussion? >> Can you just explain that everyone >> like what we're paying for the course? >> Yeah. >> I believe that this was there was a situation with the student in terms of attendance. >> Okay. So they take it online, >> correct? >> Okay. Thank you. >> Discussion. All those in favor. >> Any extensions? Motion carries. >> Is there anything here
personnel? >> Just the agenda. I haven't met otherwise. And we have personnel items one through three. and Mrs. Borda. >> Yes. >> Mr. Brandon, >> yes. >> Mr. Cabana, >> yes. >> Mr. Chen, >> yes. >> Mr. Hinger, same. >> Mr. Johnson, >> yes. >> Mr. McBride, >> yes. >> Mr. Mills, >> yes. >> Mr. Rosenberg, also stay current. Looking at the program, looking at the policy. This is uh the third opportunity for open session. Uh, second open session. I'm sorry, it's open session for three. Second public opportunity to open any topic. Please state your name for the record of all comments to five minutes. Anybody from the public hearing? None. The open session number three is closed. Is there any toll business to come? >> I have one thing. Um, just a hand off
that's going to happen. Barry, have you heard back from New Jersey school board training? >> March, I believe it was. Yes, March. >> Yeah, March was the earliest the January February conflict, but March is the ear. and and maybe that actually certification >> we have four times. >> Okay. So we need we usually get three >> one one hour training one hour some meetings six hours of >> Yeah. So we we we got to get those >> I think it's 10 credits through >> okay no worries roughly how far off >> okay I think you have many years >> not all one year three years >> we have time but we still need to get >> so they were set for March 18 that's our next meeting >> yes >> okay and that was on
the topic >> I We have to get 10 more credit hours by May 8th of 2027. So that's >> year and a half every other. So like if we do training at the board like usually the NGS people come and do training under governance or find for finance whatever >> negotiation do negotiations whatever we want like there's a ton of competence whatever >> uh but if you do a certain amount then you get certified like there's certain levels this one would be I guess the highest certification level which not actually the purpose of that certification is >> that's a recognition within within the state that shows that you're very police board. You work towards certain credits to get the that's in addition to the mandated training you have as a board member. So as a
board you have you have a New Jersey rep come in provide training but also additional training some of the county meet county meetings might give credit for that. >> Yeah Morris County has the most Carol E. Marson >> um certified boards. It's it's a pretty um good county. We might was the first to get it. One of the first. >> We were one of the first and now >> we may be the first to get it. >> We can get it twice. >> But I think not let it lapse. >> We talked about as a board goal setting too that it's good that we want teachers continue education and that's a goal within there. So the board also wants to show that we lead by example and we want to continue education. So that's another
reason why. So to answer answer the question, you have different levels and we achieved the first level and the Carol Lson just shows that you've gone through additional training as any other old business hearing none. Any new business? I'll say something like I would like to thank you all for over these many years for your support and you know being the board president. Um as the order will know it takes all of you to make us a great board, not just one person. And so you all know that already and I I will do everything I can to support Lauren and her her new endeavor and and the board and I look forward to doing so. Thank you. >> Thank you very service on many many boards including this one and all your toutelage and
also I think it's important to recognize people who chose to write in candidacy since there were vacancies. I think it's wonderful. So thank you guys and welcome. agree and thank our community board members for your service and Barry definitely for your long service as president. You've been through a lot of school through a lot so much appreciated. >> Now you can sleep. >> He's going to join another >> Congress. You can make a motion do it under let's do it under do it under it's other board action but we can do that prior to going into close session. We'll do that. Okay. >> So we'll change the order of the agenda. Item number 26 is other board action. We're going to take a motion from the floor to affirm >> affirm or deny the HIV.
>> Do we need a motion to move the position of it? >> No. >> So that's not to >> this first reporting was last meeting, >> right? >> So you want to affirm the super >> decision. It's under 26. Is it not It's not >> adding a motion 3-26. >> All right. So, basically have a motion to confirm decision that was made for you. >> It's a motion to >> Yes. going to make a mo a motion to affirm the superintendent's decision on HIV 003 25-26 move >> second basically you're affirming the decision of the superintendent on the hit number Any abstensions? >> Abstain. Motion carries. Okay. So, uh at this point, we'll go back to item number 25, which is close session. Motion to enter into executive session to discuss issues that warrant confidentiality
as permitted in the Open Public Meeting Act, chapter 231 of the laws of 1975. These matters may or may not be made public when the board convenes. They will be made public when the confidentiality of the subject is warranted and I believe we have legal matters. All right. And no board action will be taken out of close session. So thank you to the public for coming in and participating and uh good evening. So the board can enter into close session. So I will entertain a motion for that to go. So I'll second. All those in favor >> no extensions. >> Thank you. >> Okay. It is now 8:42. The board is now back in open session. We do have one item to cover. Uh each year the uh the board receives the code of ethics
that are developed by the school boards association that board members live by. So we usually do an exercise at this meeting where we go around the table. Each board member will uh will read one of the items and we'll just go around the table. We'll start with Mr. Chen. >> Uh okay. First one. I will uphold and enforce all laws, state board rules and regulations and court orders pertaining to schools. Desire changes shall be brought about only through legal and ethical procedures. I will make decisions in terms of the educational welfare of children and will seek to develop and maintain public schools which meet the individual needs of all children regardless of their ability, race, creed, sex or social standing. Oh, and finally warning the policy making thing in appraisal. I will be and I
