Now, we're going to go directly into our excuse me the board of finance meeting and

we will call that meeting to order at 7:06 and we need to elect two board members excuse me president that's currently Jenny and the secretary who is currently and then we'll review the district finances and then we'll meet. So, can I have a nomination for the president of the finance board? >> I'll nominate Jen. >> Oh, sorry. Right. Any further discussion? All in favor of Jenny continuing as the president of the finance board say I. >> I opposed. Motion carried. Thank you very much. Next, we have the position of secretary of the finance board. That's currently here by Chris Odell. Can I have a nomination for the secretary of the finance board? He he did say he was sure that all these suggestions come from funny before we suggest him. >> That's right. [laughter] >>

Who is the second on that one? >> I I can thank you very much. >> All right. Any further discussion? regarding Chris Odell filling the position of secretary on the finance board. All in favor say I. I >> opposed. Motion carried. Thank you very much. And now we are up for the review of the district finances. Thank you. So what I did was I I just put together um our regular monthly financial report. we are ending the year. So, this would have been for our January report, but for our December financials, it's I wanted to have that continuity that we had all year. Um, as we review finances, I wanted to make sure we ended on that note. Um, and then I can tell you where we were at with our budget, what we had

covered, and what we were left with as we talked about ago. So, um, on our first slide, we have our education fund expenditures. 100%. Although that says 101 on there, that's because some of them were already 100. >> Yes, but I I set my access there to say 100. That's why I don't know. But that's okay. We we expended 93% of our education fund as we closed out 2025. And if you remember in November that was really what we were targeting so that we would be able to open those to those forwards that we discussed. We were went through that with Kelly today and we were able to meet all of those items that we had targeted in the education fund. Um with the exception of we did not send anything to a vision just

because of our over the last second. Um, and then we did have to trim some of those numbers slightly, but we were able to meet big portion of everything as we had previously discussed. So, I'm pretty happy with the way that ended up. Our next slide would show you where we were at with operations and we were 92% of the way through our funding at the end of the year, which then allowed us to um pay forward or open those bills to cover the um insurance. We were looking at some fuel costs as well as um Town Vargas utilities. So, we were able to meet all of those projected incumbences as we wanted to. So, feel like we were very on target. Was a good way to wrap up our year. No end of year

surprises, which we can talk. Next week when we meet, we will go over information for our budget that we've received and what our numbers look like going forward as we plan for 2026. Our total cash reserves um they are up to 7,389,912. Of course, that's just a snapshot of time when that was there, but we are very steady with that from 2024. And I think one thing to note is we did have a building that came out of that as well. So, um that shows you that we are still very healthy in that we don't have a huge and then our rainy day has stayed consistent just a little bit overviously. that forward. Um, our goal is to maintain that. We don't necessarily need to grow that, but we definitely don't want to dig into

that. We don't have to. So, it's a good healthy way to end our year and a very positive way to start 2026. Do you have any questions about this financial report or anything throughout the year that we just a clarification for me because I'm not that much financially on the operation fund the 92% then you mentioned that there were things in so did that take the 92% some more of that >> so we had in November you >> be 92 we basically those funds that we were not going to um expend we open so that we could protect our 26. So yes, the the remaining% of that is what we are pushing forward%. Okay, good deal. Thank you. >> That's a finance [laughter] question. >> Any other questions? >> Feels the same way when I

start asking questions [laughter] in circles. I'm gonna get on the same page as you. It's all good. Okay, if there are no other questions then we will motion to adjourn the meeting. I have a motion to adjourn. So you second. Thank you. All in favor say I. >> I motion carried. Thank you everyone for coming tonight and we have met our state requirement of reorganizing prior to the end of the 14th of January. So thank you to everyone for coming in for this meeting and we will see you next week on Tuesday meeting.
