All right, we'll go ahead and get our meeting started. Called to order at 4:34 and we'll move right into business. Um, first is public comment and seeing as how there is there um there are no people that are wanting to comment to the board, we'll skip over that and move right to item number three, update on strategic goals one, two, and three. Dr. Wend, >> thank you, Mrs. Parent. So, we are following a similar format as we have the last few years that we've done this meeting. This is uh really the one meeting a year uh that we do where the board um gets to have conversations and interact with our building leaders. So, we're already grouped uh elementary, middle school, high school. When we have administrative meetings, they never change. It's just always this

is the structure. So, I wasn't about to change where they sit at a school board meeting. Um but uh appreciate uh we've uh drafted some questions and topics based off of feedback that the board has asked. Uh if anybody did not get any one of the yellow papers, there are extras up here, but we will structure this very similarly to how we have the last few years. We'll have about 15 minutes at each rotation. Um and so I've put up on the slide, we'll start uh with Mrs. Smith and Mrs. Woodward with the elementary table which is right here. Um Mrs. Parent will be with the middle school table which is over there and Mr. Langford will be with the high school table. We'll take about 15 minutes for you to have uh small group

conversations and then we will rotate um and go from there. But uh always look forward to this meeting. We had originally scheduled this at the end of January and that was when we got that snowstorm. So appreciate everyone's flexibility in rescheduling this meeting. We do have um some public uh here, one of our loyal attendees at schoolboard meetings and I've already talked with her uh that she can go and sit with whatever group she would like to hear the conversation. So with that, I'll set an online timer and we'll keep track and we'll take 15 minutes and then I'll give you a a few minute warning to wrap up before we move to our next rotation. All right, board members, do we have any comments about our time with the administrators? Thank you for spending

the time with us this evening. Appreciate all your input. excited to see where we're at and where we're going. So, thank you for all that you do. We appreciate each and every single one of you. >> I I will certainly echo that. Um I appreciate all of you indulging. I had a few off the off the grid questions. So, so thank you for uh indulging me on that. Um I I you know I I think I've always been someone maybe because I'm the son of an educator and the husband of an educator and I've just always been very interested in education and now this I guess being on the school board is a natural evolution of that and I think a lot about education but I'm not in the schools. I'm in the high school

a lot. I'm not in the elementary schools and I'm not in the middle school. So it's great to hear from you. Um, and I and and and I learn a lot every time you share with me. So, thank you for sharing and appreciate all you do for our community and our kids. >> Um, I always leave these meetings feeling like we have the A team. Um, because as administrators, your job is really tough and hard, but um, I also look at many of you and feel like you know that what needs to be done. You know how to go about that. you know how to get the best out of your teachers, your support staff, your students. Um, and it's gratifying um to always sit with you and to be able to hear everything that

you're doing, but more than that, it's it's important to just see the confidence that you have, the knowhow that you exhibit. Um, and I always feel um really refreshed after these meetings uh that that we have a process, a plan, and that we are really doing the best that we can for our Avon students. So, thank you for all of your hard work, but thank you for being who you are as people uh that really get that collaboration and cooperation between and among yourselves in our schools is um just a an example uh to um our community about how we operate in our Avon school system and kids are always going to be the benefactors of that. So, thank you for that. Um I I I said it to this group over here, but this

is always one of my favorite meetings. There are certain events that as a school board we get to take part of, but you know, this is definitely one of the meetings I look forward to because I want to hear from you. we hear about all the great things going on and hearing it directly specific to what you're living um is important to us and so I am grateful for this even if it is a short hour but I recognize it extends your day so I just want to say thank you for being here um and and just and allowing us to ask you questions and uh it just being and choosing Avon. So thank you. Um with that you are welcome to stay but again this is your workday and so you are feel feel

free to um step out See you. Yeah, you too. All right. Well, we're going to continue on to our next most favorite part of any board meeting, which is celebrating academ academic excellence. Dr. Wenda. >> Thank you, Mrs. Parent. We are so excited to have uh some incredible students from Evergreen Elementary and some staff members here from Evergreen. We start every school board meeting by recognizing students and the great things that are happening. So, we're really excited to get to hear from Evergreen today. So, Miss Bordalon, if you want to uh introduce your guests. >> Good evening. Thank you so much for having us. We have some fourth grade friends and some first grade friends here tonight to talk with you. Um, last year when we came as our last time as east, we talked

with you all about EXL and how we were using that and leveraging that and we were thrilled when we found out was going to be brought down into the elementary level. So, sorry, but for the second year in a row, you get to hear about. Um, but how we're leveraging it in a similar yet different way because we're elementary. So, how it works in fourth grade is a little different than how it works in first grade, but still kind of the same concept in supporting skills and supporting student growth on either the ILR checkpoints, which we just spent a good bit of time talking about, or on NWA because our first graders take NWA. So, I'm going to turn it over to Mrs. Ruiz and let her talk about how she uses it with her

first graders. Hi, this is our first time with um this year. So, we figured out how to import our scores from NWA into this into once you put them in there, it gives an individualized skill plan for each student. And I've used those individual plans to make bingo boards for them. So they put in their code and they do their um assign IXL from there and then when they get 80% they raise their hand and show me that they've mastered that skill. >> So I'm D Andrew. I teach fourth grade um at Evergreen, but I have had the experience of of working on it. I from the math component of it has a fifth grade teacher um and an intermediate. So, if you know me, you know I love data and I just with any

component of it, if the kids can own it, then they're going to if they can take that ownership piece of it and know where they're at and know where they where they need to go, it's it's amazing when with the goal setting and they have gone far above and beyond with that. And so it was a stretch for me just looking at that math component of it and having those data talks with fifth graders for math to then moving into how do I also incorporate that with ELA instruction and looking at the full continuum of the academic piece not just one particular area. So we are also um grateful to think that our checkpoint scores that we've had um at the beginning our technology department there was a little bit of we had to import

input those techn those checkpoint scores in but um that has been um totally revamped and those scores go in as the kids get the checkpoint scores in. So then their individual study plans are just for them. Um so they're meeting them at that level and then continuing to have them grow. So, our data conversations happen. Um, we do some check-ins. And so, the kids have their data folders, our fourth graders. These are not just fourth graders from my home room, but across our grade level on how we're using EXL um has a fourth grade has a whole evergreen. And so, we um with that has been a support for us. Um so far this year, our grade levels had double digit growth um in our checkpoint opportunity ones to opportunity twos with that. And so

using that as a supplemental piece has we really um had the opportunity to see the growth and the kids can't wait to share with you where their um starting points were and where their current um diagnostic tests have shown them where they're at now. So they're all ready to tell you about their dad. >> So we paired up a fourth grader with first graders. So they're going to come up and they're going to share with you their data folders and talk with you a little bit about what they do. Find Oh yeah. All right. Oh, okay. All right. Everybody look at me and say I'll go over here and take a quick Oh yeah, I know. All right, board members, any comments about our scholars from first and fourth grade at Evergreen. >> Well, you

were all wonderful. Thank you. It's not easy to come talk to a bunch of strangers who you've never met before and who are adults, but you all did a wonderful job explaining exactly what is and also your bingo card and the successes that you have. And then we had some fun conversation about what you like in elementary school and your favorite subjects. and thanks for sharing with us. You give us a better idea of who you are and what your school day is like and we really appreciate the time you spent with us. >> Yes, thank you for coming and talking to us. I learned a lot. Um, also the kiddos that I talked to just like watching how much they've grown. It's pretty amazing how much they've grown. So, I we have some smart

kiddos in Avon and thank you teachers and administrators and all you do, but I'm excited to see where you guys are going to go because like I said, it's a major growth and you guys are learning stuff that when we were in that grade, we didn't even master. So, congratulations and keep up the good work. >> Um, you know, the importance of goal setting is something that you are learning right now, but you'll do that your whole life. You will learn how to set a goal and achieve that goal and then set another goal and achieve that goal. And I am so proud of you that in first and fourth grade you've already learned that skill because that is an important skill to have. And I really like um Evergreen Elementary. Um I like all

the students that we got to see today. And I got to meet Mr. Rowan over here and he's killing the math game. I'll tell you that he knows more math as a first grader than we were going to have to check him with the calculator. We So, thanks for coming in. We really love to see our students. It energizes us because um this is why we do what we do. Um and I really appreciate you parents bringing your students to uh show off for us today. um because I I really feel like seeing in action uh we hear a lot about um our ice our um goal setting, but to see those uh folders and seeing our students really tracking with where they are and where they need to be has been enlightening. So, thank

you for joining us tonight. >> All right. Well, you are all welcome to stay for a very riveting um continuation of our school board meeting, but you're also welcome to leave. So, um thank you students and parents for being here tonight. All right. We will move right along to item number five, update on on the civic center project. Dr. Wendham, >> thank you. Um, as we were working on this agenda, it's been a while since we've had an update on uh the civic center, which is such an exciting um project for our whole community and really just a great example of collaboration between the town of Avon and Avon schools um as as well as uh some other entities as well. So, appreciate Ryan Cannon being here, uh, Avon Town Manager to talk about, uh,

the civic center, as well as three representatives from Veridis, which is the owner's rep, um, that is supporting both the town of Avon and Avon schools, Hank Rose, David Rainey, and Josh Dvet. Um, when I told them about the agenda, they did say, "Really, you're going to put us right after those kids." So, yeah, that's a tough act to follow, but I know you guys are up for it. But um been a lot of really exciting prog progress at the the uh project. Mr. Rollinsson uh took us uh Mrs. Ald, Dr. Finley and myself over there uh just this past week and it was really exciting to see the progress that's coming along. And so they're going to talk with you a little bit about that and uh answer any questions that you have. If

you guys will come up here to the mic. I'll just do a quick introduction. I'm gonna I'm gonna let Josh do all the talking. Um, thank you, Dr. Windom. I I just want to echo I think this is an incredible opportunity for us to work together. And Dr. Windham does a much better job of me touting what a great partnership it is. So, I'm trying to do a better job everywhere I go talking about. But, it is amazing to to see this and I'm excited for you guys to see where it's going as well. We're going to do the same presentation for the town council. Um, but again, every time I walk through the building or I'm at one of these meetings, I feel really blessed that we've had the opportunity to do this together

because I don't think apart we could build anything as nice as this. So, I know my staff and I think Dr. I'm happy to hear Dr. Window and everybody's going through the building, but I think they feel the same, too. So, thank you again for supporting and trusting the town to do this because I know you've allowed us to kind of take the lead on this. So, uh, thank you again. And I'll turn over to Josh. >> Hi, everybody. Um, I'm Josh. I am a project manager on this project. Um David uh over there >> it's been a while. >> And then Hank, assistant project manager on the project um team's collaboration here getting the keeping this uh job moving forward. So, um, guess a couple of you have been out there, but we'll, uh,

give you this update on where we're at as far as the construction goes, um, to date and the schedule and the budget. Um, keep a little high level. Okay. So, um, right here you can see we've got, um, area. So we start off with area A, B, and C. So that's area C, that's area B, and that's area A. So this is the event center. That is the town office area, and that is the school area. The school area is three stories tall. The town area is two stories, and then the event center is one story. Um, so construction progress. As we get into the pictures, you'll see that every uh construction on the building itself started in the event center and then worked counterclockwise. So, from this uh picture right here, well, I'll move

on to the next one, which is a little better picture. Um, so these are drone footages that uh Hank uh took for us um just uh was it last week? Just last week. And so, this is about where we're at right here. Um so this is a view of the exterior obviously um looking north um from the south. So um Danville would be over here to the west just to get your orientation but um you can see from this photo that we got brick going in. We got windows going in. Um brick is pretty pretty much accomplished all the way around that one. Um, and then we've got the exterior skin going in on area the office area for the town and for the school. Uh, we're we're dried in, completely dried in on the

event center. Um, pretty well dried in on the town center and the school center. The roofs are all completely dried in and hooked up. Um, you'll see the center plaza here is got a rough shape. Um, this will be really beautiful when it's all all completed. And you'll see on other pictures the uh parking lot on this side taking shape and the parking lot taking shape over on the other side as well. Um this is a view uh looking west from the east side. Um so you see the event center here. These are access doors um to the event center from this parking lot that you can see is taking shape. This is your door access to the um town center. And then school over here. You can kind of see in this picture, but

there's a large retaining wall that runs along the north edge of of this job site, and there's a pretty good drop off that goes down into the woods there. Um, so it's pretty um you can kind of get a good shot of the overall development here. Um, they've got roads in. Um, and then you can see the main main interstate road up there. Uh, this is we're just doing a 360 fly around. on the entire exterior. But this is just another view just from the south or from the north looking south. And uh just a better view of this retaining wall and the parking lots on this side. And that's Garmong's trailer where where the magic happens with Jim. Um and then this is the school side. Uh this is the threetory school uh side.

Um uh just wrapping up the exterior skin. The air and vapor barrier uh is the gray stuff. And then we got the black um with the flashing going around. This part up here is just where the rooftop units will be going. Um we've got those in a couple other spots. Uh we'll break this down into the different areas. Um so this is look more of a a close-up shot of the event center. That's the nice looking brick that's got the archways in it. and glass is going in. Uh the gray area is where metal panels will be going. This is the interior of the event center. Um this is all brick here. Um and it looks really nice. Um continuing with the archways in there, but this part is the furthest along it. Um well

this part right here is where I'm pointing is the um divider track for the divider wall that will go in. But they've got all their duck work, mechanical overhead, uh plumbing all all within the walls. Uh drywalls going in and finishing. So finishes are getting started over in the event center. Uh this is the what we call the mural curtain wall up at the top. Um that is where the uh big mural is going to go that we saw in the very first picture. Um that's on the it's in the town uh office area as you enter the building. And then also down here the town area that's a few shots of the progress at to date. Um, we've got couple interior priority walls going in as as well as all the electrical, mechanical, plumbing,

and Garmong's doing a great job on all of that. They're moving forward. They're communicating well, um, working well with the design team. The school side, this is the interior. A couple shots of that. Um, pretty much the same, just not as much mechanical going on just quite yet. that we've got priority walls starting to frame up. Um this was just a picture of the um mechanical chase um where some duck work and mechanicals will run through looking at there. All right. So now that you guys seen the um pictures overall to date we're right on construction. As far as the schedule goes we're looking good. We're right on track. Armong's been doing a great job of u working through challenges in winter um snow and ice and some of the wet conditions we had in

the fall. But so this uh slide showing uh as of February our start date was 6 62 to 25. Our target date is 1119 to complete so uh just before Thanksgiving here and 40% complete to date right now construction is we have about 60% remaining um till our target date. So as far as our two-month look ahead schedule, well not schedule but two month look ahead um this is what we can expect to happen over the next two months and two months will be end of April um complete about 59% by then and 41% remaining but over the next two months um we'll have the event space exterior uh complete town office masonry complete the school office storefront front will be in except for the glass and the interior brick will be complete. Uh we'll

continue to progress on the town and school glass getting that in and sealing that up and the interior buildouts. And interior buildouts is the the finishes, the drywall, the framing. Um we'll be getting started on the event space metal panel siding on the exterior. Um, so up here where it says event space exterior, that that's all brick and and wrapping up loose ends as far as that goes. But the event space metal panel siding will be starting as well. Uh, the office school office brick and the the big thing ordering furniture and interior signage, which that will we've been working through that a lot as some of you guys in the room know, but it's shaping up really well. As far as budget goes, um, keep this high level. Um, but there is the overall

budget for the town and the school. School has 16 million in the budget for a total of 36 million overall. Um, the school spent 4.9 million to date, which is about 31% to date and we have about 69% remaining to spend to date. um for the overall contingency for the town and the school and we call it owner contingency. It this is showing combined. Um we have it broken down in uh in more detail elsewhere if we need to but um we have 3.3 million in the budget. Uh we have approved 369,000ish of change orders. And the reason this is a negative is because um some of these change orders come out of the GMP the Garmong's contract and it goes over into the owner side. So that's a it's showing a negative because it's

going to be money back to our side. But so the total amount spent would be 355,658. So, uh, overall summary down here in the lower left, the we're complete of 40% of construction, which we're on target on track. Um, then the GMP, the Garmong's contract spent to date is about 39%. So, we're trending right along with construction. The total spent to date for the entire project, which includes the hard cost and the s soft cost, is 31% right now. and that's lagging behind because u some of those the furniture and signage that hasn't been purchased yet. Um so that's just another summary of the 11% for contingency spent. I know that was really quick uh and fast. That's kind of the high view of where we're at on the project. You guys have any questions?

I have a couple of questions. Um, first of all, thanks for the sign uh that is now out there that says this is the civic center because um that's a pet peeve of mine when you're something's going up and you're like what is that? So, thank you for putting a sign up. Um, my question, maybe this is for you Ryan more than um the construction guys, but where will the actual turn in to this property to the civic center on US 36? Where exactly is that situated? And then my second question is is there is the partial the temp road that is near cabin coffee that will be that second sort of angular. Is that true? But can you share with me where a person would enter on US 36? >> Yes. So right now

if you're entering off US 36 they have put in the main entrance. >> So you'll notice that is the entrance that will be the main entrance. They haven't moved the traffic signal yet. INDOT won't let them move the traffic signal until the other road improvements are done. So, like you said, the back entrance is by Cabin Coffee. So, that entrance by Cabin Coffee actually will go away. The light will no longer be there. It will move to the main entrance. Then, the road will be redirected through. They just didn't get the road done before the winter. So, they'll do that in the spring. It's already under contract. So, they'll build that piece. They'll redirect it just kind of like the temporary road is. That's where the new road will actually go. And then where you

exit to 36, that's going to become a right in right out. Like the entire middle will be blocked off. You'll no longer be able to turn left where you currently turn off of Main Street. That actually goes away. So that's what it's going to change the whole traffic circulation. >> Yeah, that's what I was asking about that traffic because currently there I know that they're doing construction so there's traffic issues that are occurring there right now. just um having people stop and be one lane right there at Cabin Coffee where the storage facility is, imagination station. Um so it caused me to start thinking about how you would go in and out of the main entrance. Yeah. So in when it's completed, >> it will only be right in right out in the main thoroughfare.

Is that what I understood you to say? >> No. So, so the main entrance, >> can you pull it up on here by chance? Does it show up on one? >> It wasn't on this slide. >> Maybe even if you show that north. >> There you go. Yeah. >> Um, yeah, that'll work for me. So, >> okay. Yeah. >> Here. So, this is the main entrance here. >> Yeah. >> So, this road comes out and where it connects to 36, that will be a traffic light. >> That's going to be the light. Yes. Okay. >> And this road here >> and that's where right now you would go to Washington Township Park if you >> That's where you would go if you were going to Washington Township Park. Exactly. So it's this is right across

the street from Washington Township Park. >> So that entrance where it lines up with Washington Township Park is where the new traffic signal will be. >> Okay. >> This traffic signal back here. >> Yes. >> By cabin coffee is going to go away. >> Yes. >> That's going to be the one that turns into a right in right out. So only people going this way wanting to turn on Main Street and going west will be able to go that way. Or if you're coming this way and you want to go west. So that's a right in right out there. This road will actually connect. So Main Street will actually connect to this road. >> Yeah. >> And so Main Street will actually circulate through here. I see >> and actually come through the town center.

>> Okay. Now, in addition to that, because your next question is going to be, well, what if people don't want to come through the town center and the town is doing additional road improvements on 525? >> Okay. >> Which is by Champion Chevrolet. >> Yes. >> And we are building a a southbound left turn and we're building a northbound left turn. So, people who want to avoid going through the civic center will be able to use that to get on 36 and avoid the civic center if they want. they want to come through, they'll be able to do that. So, there's kind of three separate road improvements that are all happening this year that it will make much more sense once all those get done. >> And will those be done by the time that

the civic center opens? >> Yes, they'll all be done. Yep. >> Okay, that's very helpful. Thank you. >> I was trying to envision that as I was over in that area, so that really helps me. Mhm. >> Um the 40% completion is that at this point in time where we thought we would be. >> Yeah. According uh we had a about a three-month delay before we could actually put start digging dirt in the ground. Um the the development was a little behind but based on the uh original schedule um the amount of duration. Yeah. At this and they're on on track. >> Okay. >> We have been a little bit behind, but we weren't behind because of us. We were behind because of the development. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> So, like some of the infrastructure,

the roads and things weren't in and the sewers weren't in and the water wasn't in and there were certain things we could not do until those things got done. So, again, the developer side of it slowed us down, which is really I've told Dr. Windham, feels really weird that we're the people ahead of everybody because that's not normally where we are. we're we're like trailing way behind. So So that has slowed us down a little bit in in the overall schedule. That's why I think it showed us starting like 62 and we had originally hoped to have started by like March 1st. So we did start two and a half to three months later than we would have liked. So this timeline with the uh 100% completion on November 19th contemplates the fact that you

started late but you believe that that will be the time when it will be um owner occupied >> the move in >> when we first started this we had talked about a goal of fall break yes being and so then this reflects that being pushed back a little bit later than that but that was not an issue for us but that's that's where they had to push back from fall break more towards that Thanksgiving time frame. Okay. Yeah. >> Would you anticipate the administration building those offices moving over Christmas break? >> Yeah, that's kind of what we've been working on because then that would allow us in second semester to do necessary work to allow the academy to expand within our building. So, if we can get out of there, and that's what I've told

Ryan, it really for us, we can move whenever. Uh, but the the only urgency that we feel is to get out of there by January so that then we can do what we need to do. And it's not major work that would have to happen. It's really just moving walls, which can easily happen over six months, but we need to get out for that to happen in the academy to have that additional space. >> Right. >> Well, if I have if I knew this, I have forgotten it and I apologize. the event center. Remind me a little. Is there going to be an is that an auditorium? Is it a blank space? What are we doing with the event center? >> Yeah, the event center is we really and he referred to it as an

event center. I think we refer to it as like a community room. So, it does seat 180 to 200 people on like round tables. So, it's supposed to be it opens to the plaza. So, it's kind of part of the entire civic center in that it opens to the plaza. We would like to have events like the Avon Education Foundation and the Chamber of Commerce. We want it to be for community events, not necessarily. We don't want to be a wedding venue, I guess, is what I always tell. Again, the Civic Center, we want it to drive people to the civic center. So, we don't want if you have caterers and you're or you come to a wedding, you go to that and then you leave. That's not what we want at the civic center.

We want it to create energy within the civic center itself. And so we committed to the developers that we would have 20 events per year as part of this overall event. So it may be ice cream events, it may be polling and elections. We want to be a polling site. Like that's what we want to draw people to the space and for it to be more for the community. It's not necessarily concerts and stuff like that. >> Okay. No stage >> the the actually not in the building exterior to the building in the plaza that Josh showed you. There is a stage in the plaza and that opens out to if you kind of see there's this tea. We also have the ability to close the tea in the subdivision which would allow people to

then be a part of events and things going on in front of the civic center. >> Have you had a lot of interest already expressed in the event center like groups wanting to host? I mean have you had a lot of talk? No, because we we really haven't because it's not there and we're not sure when we're moving in. We haven't started to do it. Uh the town is going to hire an event coord or we call it like a main street coordinator. We're not going to call it an event coordinator because we want them to work with the businesses and again we want to be collaborative with the businesses. So we plan to hire someone probably in the next couple of months and they'll kind of start scheduling next year because we really don't

think we can schedule anything till probably next year at this point. And again, we want the community to have first access to it. So the school has events and the town has events and the chamber has events and Rotary has events, we want them to have the first choice to it. We don't want everyone else trying to take up the space and and and not be able to have it for the community. >> Again, apologies if I missed it. Is there where will the parking be? In front or to the side? >> Yeah, on both sides. So there's parking on the west side of the building and there's parking on the east side of the building as well. Do you do you envision anything in front of this building? >> There is some street parking

on the front. And again, it's a little difficult. I'm sorry I didn't bring like the whole East and Grey development, but Josh, if you can go back to um probably just the aerial that showed the front. Yeah, that one. So, what Eastern Gray will be. So, if if you see these areas here, there'll be buildings here that like are on the street. There'll also be buildings here along the street. The same thing here. There'll be buildings right here and there'll be buildings here. And so there are big parking areas in the middle here, but they're kind of hidden behind the buildings. And then this is really what we're kind of calling the town center. This is where it's walkable. There's parking along the streets here where you can kind of see these vehicles parking. There's

parking along these streets as well. But again, the goal is for people to park, get out of their cars, and walk around. Not there not going to be drive-throughs. There's not going to be other stuff like that. The town's not doing the development side. That's being developed by the developer of the actual site is building all of that stuff. And for our purposes, the there on on when you had that side shot of the school part of the building, there is a separate entrance on the the the western part of the building where right there. Yep. So there that will be a parking lot and that will be an entrance that will go into the the main corridor and then um that's where we would expect most of our staff, most of the visitors that

are coming for a meeting or to register their kids over the summer, those kinds of things would park on the west, come in there and then they would get buzzed just like uh our receptionist right now buzzes from the exterior inside. Our receptionist would then buzz people from the the public corridor into the the office part of the building. So that way we we wanted it to be convenient for people that needed to come to do business at the school district. They can park along the main front road if they want to or they can park down Main Street and hopefully they go have lunch and go shopping and do all those things. Um but they will also have visitor parking on our side of the building. >> Board members, any other questions? >> All

right. Thank you very much. >> Thank you. Appreciate it. All right, with that we'll adjourn the meeting at 6:15.
