00126. [Applause] Uh, first item on the agenda is public comment to the board. This is the part in our board meeting where community members can address the board uh directly. Three minutes. Um, no names of staff or students, please. Do we have any comments today? >> We do not. >> Then we'll move on to item number three, which is the personnel report. Uh, this is the approval of the personnel report. Dr. Windam, >> thank you. Since we only have one scheduled board meeting in July and yet we still have a lot of hiring that has to that has to happen as we head into the start of the school year. Appreciate the board coming together for a special session. Uh but this is a personnel report of recommended hires to start for this coming school year. So I recommend your approval. >> I move that the board of school trustees approve the personnel report as presented. >> Second. >> Motion by Sarah, seconded by Cindy. Is there any discussion? All those in favor? That motion passes 4 zero. I should mention that uh Mrs. Smith is not able to join us today due to a work conflict. Um I believe that's all that's on the agenda.
