001okay thank you nick and josh for the thumbs up we'll go ahead and get tonight's board meeting started i'm going to jump in ahead of doctor said she has given me permission uh with the slide that we have up as we get started for tonight's meeting we do have three important alums for bcsc and we just decided to feature them given a timing standpoint with jennifer rumsey becoming the new ceo of of cummins pretty impressive piece jennifer is a graduate of bcsc columbus north high school lee bridges 1985 graduate of columbus north high school and he not only won the state championship in the 400 some time ago but and set the columbus noah's school record at that time he has set a world record for his age group and running the 400 at i

003start our meetings with reflections from one of uh the board colleagues and tonight i'm going to turn to miss day hofdwyer thank you tonight i thought i would read a paper that my daughter had written for her final and um at iupui and she's in her third year of her education um there so and the paper is called the bloomington discovery and for those who are iu alums you've probably seen the wall mural there that kind of she had to it this is a fictional paper but she had to write about it so it starts off with day 10 it's the 23rd century and i've been working on a major project it's called the hidden university since the 22nd century when all the seasons collided and buried half of the world people have been on
004the hunt to find anything from the past everything was wiped away clean in certain parts of the world but i've heard tells from some people about this city named bloomington indiana it is located in the midwest of america just under a large lake in the midwest many say it was a party city and others said it was the only way to discover your future in bloomington there are there was a large university called indiana university as i continue to search for anything related to bloomington or the university i have been questioning everything people have told me because it doesn't seem true nothing is adding up i only have two more weeks to prove myself as an archaeologist if i don't come back to germany with something to prove my myself all be shunned and thrown
005into the streets with the other failures i am not a failure i've heard stories of people that have failed at indiana university but stayed in bloomington and they succeeded in their passion why can't every place be like that day nine as i continue to no i was never alive during this time bloomington was alive and partying i feel like i can still feel the energy and i'm a part
