Um again, I cannot reiterate the professional relationship between um the administration and the teachers association. It it I feel so proud every time that we get to this night and and get to approve those contracts. So again, I'm just incredibly grateful for that. Um we have um tomorrow our first PD day for the district. Um as you know, we've added three days of professional development. um throughout the year and tomorrow is our first day and believe that we've got a really great kickoff districtwide in the morning and then um departments and grade levels we'll get an opportunity to have cross collaboration u from the district in the afternoon. So just really excited to to launch that and um
011hope to get some insightful feedback from the day. So excited for that. I hope kids and parents remember that no kids are in the buildings tomorrow. We sent out not a couple reminders, but you never know. Um, we have our Veterans Day ceremony is coming up on November 11th. Um, we've um sent some information to the paper. It will be at the Lar Banks Gymnasium um at 8:30. All veterans are welcome to have donuts and coffee um in the auxiliary gym. Our ceremony will start at 9:30. is open to the public. Um we hope to to have a lot of people join us. Um it's a really special day. So excited for Veterans Day. Um girls varsity JB basketball is already underway. Um so that is exciting um that that season is upon us already.
012And then I just want to do a reminder that our fall play is opening weekend is this weekend. Um so Friday night um 7 o'lock Saturday night 7 o'clock. Sunday I believe is is 2 o'clock at 7 o'clock. And then they also have it the following weekend as well. So um there will be plenty of chances for people to come and watch the play.
