I don't think we've had a donation list like this on our board agenda since I've been here um at at the start of the school year. So that we're just really grateful and proud of the uh partnerships that we have um in the school community.
013Um I also just want to be able to update the board um on a few events that are coming up. Um Friday tonight is a pretty special night. Um Josh, do you want to talk about what's happening um Friday night? >> Sure. Um, we have some representatives from the Indianapolis Colts that'll be at our football game Friday night. It'll be a couple members of their uh front office staff, some of their cheerleaders. No players uh because they do have a game on Sunday, but it'll be some representatives from the organization and some of their cheerleaders. They'll have a tent set up inside uh the gates. They're going to do giveaways. Um they'll have a sign up for some kind of raffle they're doing where they're going to raffle up I believe some tickets. Um the
014cheerleaders are going to sign autographs. Um so just a neat event. We're also pairing it with our Banttom youth football night. So all of our youth kids will be there anyway. So kind of goes hand in hand with that. So it should be a a big fun event um Friday night. So come out check that out if you're available. >> That's great. We haven't done this, right? So, >> I think it'll be really, really awesome. Um, Saturday is Eagle Classic, so it's always a big day um for us on Saturday. So, the team has worked really hard and planning this event um to make sure it goes as smooth as possible. So, excited for Eagle Classic. Um and then a couple board meetings coming up. Um September 22nd, we have policy analytics is coming in
015to do a public presentation on the impact of Senate Enrolled Act um one and the direct impact to Brown County schools. So that will be really really informative. Um October 6th we have Tquette Sports which is the design build team is coming in to do the the final presentation for the scope of the athletic project. Uh so they're coming in person for that presentation. Um, and then October 20th is the board vote on moving forward with that project.
