002right under ex needed items we have the recommendation to approve the donation of 824.23 High School athletics to assist with pre-high school students to attend athletic camps is there a motion to approve ment I see any discussion is this just a disbursement from someone's fund you know I don't know it's just a very specific amount s of those but who does the um they do that um and they're then individual non-profits you can designate your money to go to um but yeah but the foundation is an umbrella for lots of different funds okay so like so if you were to die and put money into a fund with a foundation and you could say I want it to go for athletic camps at the high school and then every year when it makes money then
003they designate okay so I'm assuming um maybe yes yes number two is recommendation to approve the 2324 Board of school trustees board meeting days is there a motion to approve d a second any discussion I this again will be a change I think for for a lot of people um our staff and the community as well so again we're just moving from first and third Thursday to the first and third Monday of each month and then there are there are a couple Mondays that fall on holidays um or a weather makeup day so they have alternate days so did you ever did you send us a possibilities I had a copy at home and I went through the phone this week yeah yeah as soon as we have it board approved I'll um add it

005Council on the teaching of foreign languages in Chicago Illinois is there a motion to approve yes any discussion I think that's exciting I like it things and learn things in their field so that's great um yes yes yes all right number five is a recommendation to approve the following ECA positions at Van Buren Elementary and ECA is extracurricular activities and we have instructional technology scientical coach liability coach bubble coach and math book math bowl coach um it's an emotion to approve this second any discussions yeah well I'm very grateful to these people these are fun things to do and I'm glad that we have all of these activities yes yes yes all right number six is recommendation to approve Brown County Schools Athletic trainer Megan Kincaid at the rate of 55 000 per year 260

007which is an old CRC building uh tomorrow so we've done um I've done a final walkthrough today Performance Services can do another final walk through tomorrow proactive and um through the weekend and Monday to to finalize everything and be open on Tuesday uh the fair has been fun this week I just want to thank all of our um our team members and board members who were able to come out and help us um hand out ice cream and have some fun at the fair so it's always a fun week to do that a little weird a little early this week um but it's been good um third reminder that the next board meeting will be July 17th um hopefully we'll be back in the Goldberg room but I'm not sure yet if we are so
008we may be back here on July 17th and then finally I've given each of you a copy of the second edition of the quarterly magazine um those were just finished yesterday so I'm just really proud of it but not only the entire staff and even some community members that help contribute to this issue but just think it's really really good Spotlight on our people our kids and our programming so I want to thank gamity for putting that together and we will work to get it out on the website and and social media so again we order about 50 copies and hand a few of them out to each of the buildings and then we take the rest of the copies around town um so if there are businesses in the community that have people come

011uh update about PTO Council concert um it was wonderful very successful and we uh we had a I think quite a few of us that I didn't have a chance to there'd be a lot of the teachers came and 50 people who over 50 people yeah and then I counted all the donors we had a nine donor sponsors business and we had an eight uh businesses you know donated money just to be a sponsor and all together uh the small businesses have all together 54 didn't donate gifts for the teachers so when we what the only reason we could add more because because when we did we unanimously you know experienced such a great support from the community so it is really people I just briefly mentioned about that random people really was feeling it
012and they were kind of supporting nobody was like what are you talking about so I just want to give you feedback that we are in a really great position because it failed the people like it huge wake-up call so I think this can be worked really better for us thank you so much thank you okay very good uh now we'll do a motion picture a second
