001Good. >> Okay. All right. Good afternoon, everyone. I'd like to call this pre-bargaining public meeting to order. My name is Robbie Morgan, superintendent of Central Community Schools. With me today, representatives of the Centron Noble Community Schools and representatives of the Central Noble Education Association. This meeting is being held in accordance with Indiana Code 20-29 and Indiana Education Employment Relations Board requirements. It purpose is to formally begin the pre-bargaining process for a new collective bargaining agreement. At this meeting, both the school corporation and the association will identify the subjects we intend to bargain. These subjects are limited by law to salary, wages, and wage related benefits. This is not a bargaining session and no negotiations will occur today. Instead, we're here to publicly state the subjects that will be included in bargaining and to provide an
002opportunity for public comments. On behalf of the Central Noble Community Schools, I'm stating that the corporation intends to bargain the following mandatory subjects: salary, wages, and wage related fringe benefits. These are the areas outlined in the Indiana Code as mandatory subjects of bargaining. At this time, I'll invite the representative of the Central Noble Education Association to state the subjects the association intends to bargain. On behalf of the Centron Noble Education Association, I am stating that the association intends to bargain on the following mandatory subjects: salary, wages, and wage related fringe benefits. >> All right.
