Hey, hey, hey. Heat. Heat. Hey, hey, hey. Heat. Heat. [Music] Okay. >> Uh, good evening. I'd like to call this meeting to order. Recognize we have four out of the five members present with Brian Tully being absent. If you would please stand with me as we say the pledge of allegiance. I pledge to the flag of the United States of America to the republic for which it stands. One nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. >> All right. Um, if you've all had a opportunity to look over the agenda, I need uh a motion and a second to approve tonight's agenda. >> Make a motion to approve tonight's agenda. >> A second. >> I have a motion and a second to approve the agenda. All in favor? >> I none oppose. Any
public comment tonight? >> Yes. >> Is it on the agenda item or just general? It is not on the agenda. I don't know. >> 06. This one is >> okay. >> This one is >> all right. >> What time do we have? >> Okay. So, I will read this here. Public comment guidelines and public comment. Even though you've heard it probably a thousand times. Indiana statute requires public comment be afford afforded to all regular session board meetings. Individuals wishing to speak must have signed in prior to the meeting and returned to complete uh the completed speaker sheet to the superintendent or treasur five minutes prior to the start of the meeting. Individual shall address only the board president and will have three minutes for their statement. More than three individuals wishing to speak about the
same topic shall be given time to collaborate to determine one representing individual and shall be given 10 minutes for statements. The board pres president may at any time prohibit statements as stated by the posted public comment rules. The total lot of time for public comment is 30 minutes and individuals will present on first come first- serve basis until all a lot of time is accounted for. So the first public first section for public comment is for items on the agenda. There's time to the end of the meeting for general comments. This time I'll invite Shane or Um item 6 C, that's just a review and approval of non-certified staff to move from 22 to 26 phase. Um after talking to a few of the aids in the middle school, uh there was some questions and
concerns about it. Uh and one she wasn't able to make it here tonight and so she's just asked me to speak on her behalf. Uh a few of her uh questions that um one thing um it's not just her but a few others. It just seemed like this was really being done over the summer. And a lot of them don't have access to knowing that this is going on and only being given two days to decide. Uh they weren't really happy that they weren't really given more time to actually really sit down and just see uh what their thoughts are on this is like can they actually afford this uh if they actually choose to go with it this year or uh uh are they going to struggle budgeting it if they are kind of
forced with it? I know that uh a couple of the ladies that I talked to uh when they went over to opt out of it, they really felt that they were being forced or well not really forced, that's a terrible word. Uh they were really trying to be persuaded to not opt out because they don't have an option next year if this gets approved and like after running the numbers, finding through just looking at what they would get every single week or every other week when they're paid that it's like that's not enough money for them. Yes, they may have a spouse that has a decent job, but they did not like how much that they would be bringing home uh every other week if they're if they went along with it. Um so being
done over the summer break when uh many of us don't regularly check our emails and then only being given two days. Um another thing is uh just had a question on what happens if an employee leaves before the school year is over. uh since they are hourly and let let's say they uh quit early uh would he or she get receive a one lump check for wages worked but have not yet been paid would the employee owe money to the corporation because somehow it just they were paid more than what they actually did work. Um and so what is the time frame uh what time frame is that wiggle room on either side uh for that to actually happen? Uh next thing that she was being asked was uh what happens if an employee goes
on FMLA or some other kind of leave where their wages are 2/3 instead of the normal full amount. Um another would be what if uh because if we're not being paid for the actual uh twoe time frame, how can we know for certain we were paid for staying over for a meeting, training, or even covering a class over there a lot of time uh with working extracurricular events? Is that just coming from the athletic department? Um, so just kind of curious about that. Also, whenever we have two-hour delays in the winter, uh, some people have to do some video training for that. Is like is would they still be required to do that? Um, another, uh, thought that just kind of came across is is the main idea of doing this is trying to make
more nonerts more salary that they would be broken out over the year as opposed to just treating them like they're hourly. um be uh so like are they going in the direction where they might be able to receive a livable wage each month if they're uh if we're going this direction? Uh another main point, I've heard this from multiple people. Uh since the building reps are for certified staff only, like I'm the building rep for the middle school staff. um can there be or is there somebody that would actually represent all of the nonerts that they can bring these questions to and who would actually be in a position to uh just uh talk about it with administration and uh with board. Um again uh there's been a few people that would love to have
like a a representative for the nonerts. Uh but also with the nonerts there are different levels of nonerts. Some are working 183 days, some 200, some are paid for 2-hour delays uh without having to make up time. Some already work around uh year round. So, can the non-sert groups be better explained? So, we know what applying what applies to whoever. So there there's just a lot of questions over this and just it feels like this has been a small time frame that this has actually been happening and it just would have been better if there had been more time allotted to them like if they could have had the option of this starting in maybe September so that they would have had this whole month to really talk and discuss and see is this really
something that they could go with. Um, and just one last thought that I've kind of uh after talking with various people is uh I mean is there really a reason why this couldn't be like an annual thing that like you could opt out of going year round or uh to stay where they're only paid while school is open or like maybe one year they actually could afford it and they could opt into doing it for the the year round. But just giving that option, not just telling them straight out it's like you only got this year. next year, no matter what you pick, you're going to have to uh get paid year round whether you like it or not. Um so yeah, there's been there's been some uh people upset over this. So uh thank
you. >> All right. Appreciate those comments. Those are those are good questions. Um >> you get a copy of that >> two three days we'll get >> um Yeah, I can I can forward uh this is from Suzanne Phelps. So I can forward this email to everybody on the >> Yeah. just so we can have all those questions. Yeah, >> appreciate that. >> Um, all right. Um, moving on to the consent agenda. Um, and this includes review and approval of minutes and those are the regular meeting minutes from July 14th and the executive session meeting on July 14th. Uh, review and approval of claim dockets, claims docket, review and approval of fundraisers. Um, and I'll I'll just mention what those fundraisers are real quick so we know. I had a while ago and I forgot
already what they were. Um, girls basketball uh fundraiser bake sale and then uh Kona Ice at a couple different football games uh fundraising for staff activities. of those three items. Uh donations, which includes a uh a check given from the community foundation for our our opening uh staff meeting uh this year and also uh some meat given from prime cut 41 for that same meeting. Uh there are no field trips. uh review and approval of personnel report which you'll be able to access after science meeting and review and approval of student uh transfers. So I need a motion and a second to approve the consent agenda. >> I'll make a motion to approve the agenda. A second. >> Have a motion, a second. Any question on any of those things that we claim or personality
discuss? Correct. Correct. There's only a couple student transfers. Um I think two >> on the claims. My thing would be with True Green. I I'm not I'm not satisfied for myself. I'm not satisfied with what they're doing. >> Yeah. I think that's >> So you paid them out by 3,000 close to $4,000 this month. >> Well, no. I mean, I agree and that's why um you know, as far as us getting some bids, >> you know, as far as the >> there's some discussion on on that going on that matter. >> So, is that something we're going to talk about later? >> Um >> I mean, we just I mean, we've talked about this whole thing with the the landscaping and the weeds and all that stuff at nauseium and we're all tired of talking
about it. >> I mean, I just my personal opinion, I would like to get some bids. I'm not talking about the annex, but just for all of the grounds around the school buildings. >> You're not talking about the complex. >> No, not the complex. Landscaping, you know, trimming, killing weeds, mowing, because I don't know that there's anybody sitting here that's happy with the way it's looked, right? No. And I think there have been some conversations had already uh about bids and Okay. Yeah. about our kind of our plan moving forward on what what we're going to do. >> Okay. All right. All right. >> All right. So, I have a motion, a second. Uh all in favor of approving the consent agenda. >> I >> say I. >> None opposed. Um old business, second reading
and approval of policies. Um there's policies 2340 through through 9160. Any those are the ones that we had a first reading on last month. Any questions on those? I guess we need we need a motion to second first and then if we can discuss any of those motion. I'll second. Have >> a motion to second. Any questions on any of those policies put this evening. Pretty boring actually. So many of All right. No questions. I have a motion and a second. All in favor? >> I. None opposed. New business. review and approval of the 2526 CHS athletic uh handbook. Proposed changes on those. There were just two of them. Uh one of them was just changing currently our morning practices cannot start till 6:45 a.m. They're moving that to 6. Hoping my kid will never
have to do that. But it's it's it's a uh it's a change. And also they put a new provision there like a kind of like a next day rule. Um as far as a parent talking to a coach, don't do it the night of the game or give it the next day. So it gives everybody a chance to >> think about things and maybe have >> and then it just clarifies >> heads. Yeah, >> they can be restricted from coming to further games if there's physical contact from a parent with the coach and >> yeah, there's some there's some consequences for >> or yeah, especially for physical contact and and it could be it could be basically denied entrance to athletic events and for an entire school year. So, so those were the those were
the two changes. So, I need a motion and a second to approve the changes in the athletic handbook. >> I'll make a motion to approve the changes. >> I'll second. >> I have a motion second. Any other questions on that? >> So, this So, this is just in there because there was never anything there to begin with, right? I mean, that's the purpose. >> It was a little more vague. Um, and it didn't have, you know, exactly what would happen or could happen with physical contact and they think there was an incident last year and so they just they wanted to make it more clear. >> Good. I mean, that whole thing of talking on game nights is never a good idea for us. >> Any other questions? All right. Uh, all in favor? >>
I uh none opposed. up next. Next, review and approval to advertise the budget. You want to talk about that at all or >> not. Um well, actually, and I think we've come up with a a possible date. I'm just waiting for one more um response, but to go over the budget in general, but um this is just to advertise it. Um we don't it's nothing more than that. Um we have the three different um we have our rainy day, which is basically saying exactly the same. Um and then our education budget we will we are looking at asking for um some additional additional appropriations as well um in operation. But again this is just at the initial just we put it out there and advertise it and nothing nothing more than that. >> You have
a date in mind on the on the advertising it >> the 27th of July. >> Yes. >> Okay. And then the final vote is in October. It's the week of fall break of the hearing and sub. >> All right. So, I need a motion, a second to approve the advertising of the budget. >> A second. I have a motion, a second. Any questions on that at all? >> Second. No questions. All in favor? >> I I none opposed. Next item. Item review and approval of non-certified staff to move from 22 page to 26 page. I wouldn't mind since we've had some concerns on this table this for for now until we can get some everybody get some answers and feel more confident. >> I've already and just so you're aware I have already emailed uh
that list of everything uh to all of you. >> Yeah, we got it. >> So, I'd like to make a motion myself to table this for tonight's meeting. I'll second that. Somebody's name. >> I have a motion to second to table the uh non-certified staff moving from 22 to 26 pays. Any questions on >> my question right now is what's the pros and cons of it? Yeah, that's what we're Is it is it administration wise? Is it helpful or >> You want me to answer questions? I'd be happy to. >> Yeah, go right ahead. >> It it is to We've had people quit because they do not have salary in the summer. >> Okay. >> There are multiple schools that have hourly staff paid all year and that's the only way to do it. And
unfortunately we started to pursue this when we were trying to do the teachers to 24 because basically if we could have taken them from 22 pays to 24 pays it really wouldn't have been a big impact on them at all. Um plus the fact that when he spoke to that they felt that they were being forced whatever we just asked them. We said, you know, we just wanted to know what some of the reasons were because we wanted to make sure that we had thought, you know, that what didn't we see? You know, what is something else we need to look at? Is it something we need to carry on? And basically, it was the fact that they just needed the money right now. You know, they just hadn't had time to prepare, which is
not a big deal. And we've had nine out of 46 people opt out. So, the majority have gone. I mean, they Evidently, they either don't care or it's not going to impact them. Nine out of four, that's 20%. That it is that said it's going to impact them. And basically, if it were passed and said that next year, you know, that it doesn't go that, you know, that they still have the option to opt out, I don't know. But if it's not done tonight, then really it's it's not something we can start in September. So, um, >> and I was I was very much not wanting to jump on the bandwagon too soon and that's why we talked and we said, "Okay, well, let's make it an option this year, right? Let's just so anybody
who wanted to opt out and we had a meeting and and we I mean we asked for any questions, I specifically said, I know this is everyone's um, you know, income and financial situation. What are your concerns?" And we didn't leave until every one of those were answered. And um and I told them they could email me, call me, come see me. Nobody did come directly and see me. >> And there were people that did ask questions and we would respond, you know, we gave them like their own graph, what have you of what it would look like and such. So I mean really the majority are okay with it, but I mean it's whatever it is. I I think just getting some for us getting some answers to some of those questions that were
just so we feel >> I wrote them down too. You did send that to me as well. >> Yes. Yes, I did. I did. >> And a lot of them um I think will be easy answers because I think when we're looking at it, we are not talking about changing their income at all. If they work extra, they're still going to get paid extra if they normally do. If they normally get paid during a two-hour delay, they're going to still get paid. If they didn't, they're not. Nothing's changing except for the days that they get paid and that would be over the, you know, longer period over the summer. >> So if we don't make a decisions tonight, then we're talking about it being able to be started in October. >> Next year. >> Oh,
next year. >> Yeah. Yeah. Because see, you have to they're just starting. So to go 26 pays, it would start now. If we waited to start in September, then there's a lot of calculation, a lot of room for human error, which we don't want with >> and their first check would actually be much more than their first check would be >> they're going to the first check they'll be getting paid for 10 days and working too. >> Okay. So, I guess I got another question that All right. So, if we're talking about I mean, I understand and I agree, you know, we want to make sure that we're not missing anything like you said. Um, but the expectation isn't that we're going to get 100% of people who are going to agree to it. Right.
>> Right. Correct. >> Because that's never going to happen. >> Never. >> And the idea was they'd have this year to prepare and they could offer. >> No, no, I understand that. I understand that. >> Um, so, so did we do wrong then? I mean, >> by tableing it. I mean, if they can opt out of it. Look, I'm just saying that's just that's just the way it is. I mean, it's not a problem if it gets tabled. We just go on next year or this next year the way it has been. But it's unfortunate for the people that number one wanted it. And the people that left actually left employment because they don't get paid in the summer. I mean, that's really one of the big drivers. >> I guess aware of that. >>
No. you will. >> So, I I I I think it would be great to get paid in the summer because our like we it's kind of it's I struggle a little bit not getting paid during the summer. So, I'm pro getting paid for the summer. I think with the people that I've talked to, it's the the lack of detail. Like all of these questions I feel like need to be answered before we can make a good decision on like the two-hour delay. non-certified staff have so many like variables that play into how many hours we work in a week that I think that is the like I think people would be on board if we had these details in front of us like in in writing like here's a packet of everything spelled out like
how it's going to work. I really wish that we would have gotten those. Like I mean we were available and I said email me, call me. I said I have made anybody who's asked for an appointment has gotten one with me and this is this is the first time I've hearing all of these questions. >> Yeah. I I'll be honest. I spent half an hour on Tuesday. I think it was Tuesday talking to some non-erts in the middle school because they were they were they were more comfortable talking to me. Um, and so that that's where there's not really a representative that they can that they would feel more comfortable talking to that uh that's over the non- search or whatnot that they can just go and have these conversations and have them actually feel
comfortable to bring it to you. >> I've actually emailed since August 6th and I still have questions that haven't been answered. Like my my emails aren't responded to. >> So the question I have like when when is our drop dead? We had to have If we're going to have it vote, if we're going to have it approved for September, when do we have to have it? I mean, like >> our payroll starts Friday. >> And you said you were answering questions on Tuesday. So, I mean, that that was more than two date. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Yeah. And and I know and I know that because this got brought up earlier in the summer uh when the building reps came and talked. It's I mean everything that I know personally that like I I viewed
I know other schools around are doing this but typically from everything that I've read legally I mean is it actually legally allowed to pay hourly employees longer than or past 10 days since their last day of work? >> You can pay them up to twice extra long. Well, well, yeah. Well, you can pay them twice a month, but they're I mean, just from the stuff that like they like they've seen and just from what like I've seen, it's like, yeah, you can pay them twice a month, but as soon as like their last day of work, >> it's 10 days after the pay period, they have to have a check. >> Well, pause here, but we got we've kind of gotten a little >> there's really not supposed to be. >> So, I still feel
like there's a lot of questions, but >> I think there are too. I definitely >> I want everybody to feel I want everybody to feel comfortable even if they're opting out. The ones that aren't, you know, to feel comfortable. Okay, here's and to understand, okay, I'm not opting out, but here's what here's what I'm going to have. So, um I know my payroll starts >> Friday. >> Yeah. >> Um but we've already had a motion, a second on the on tableing it, so we got to vote on that first. So, motion. So all in favor of tableabling it signify by saying I >> I >> you got all oppose say nay. >> I still did you was saying I don't care. Yeah >> I won't answer question. I think that yeah that questions need to
be answered but I think should through the 26th. >> Yeah, I think the the timing of it all's been because we had to get it done before a certain time, but I don't want to feel rushed in the the whole thing. >> And the and part of the delay because like I said, we didn't want to take them from 22 to 26. We really wanted them to get to 24, >> right? >> So, until we found out with the teachers how they were going, >> you know, we want all be on the same >> correct >> on the same schedule. So, I don't even know. I guess I can't figure out that pass or not. Do we get >> Okay. So, we're we're tableing that for now. So, >> right. >> Okay. Uh, next item
up, a review and approval of suicide awareness and prevention program. If you remember, we tabled this last month. >> We did. >> I guess we had some things. So, you want to talk about that a little? When we met on this, it she did a great job writing the um suicide prevention plan. There were just a couple of things we we wanted to clarify more that included um there wasn't a clear explanation of after students made a threat to harm themselves for our staff. I really wanted it to include, you know, that the student can't go to the bathroom by themselves, that they had to be in sight of an within sight of an adult at all times. And then one of the other things that we did not have was if a student has
been bakered um from an incident at school, most of the time you have a re-entry plan which includes the student, the parent, and someone at the school sitting down and saying um you know what so next time you're feeling like this, what are some options you can do? So we um I shared we looked at some different re-entry plans and um we have it written in here that after a a baker act into a hospital then um that would happen before they return to school. So we don't have a a repeat offense. >> All right. So you're you're comfortable with the >> I am comfortable now. >> All right. Well, I need a motion a second to approve the suicide awareness and prevention program. I'll make a motion to approve the cop the suicide awareness
and prevention plan. >> I'll second. >> I have a motion in the second. Any other questions on that? >> All in favor? >> I I >> uh none opposed. Next item, first reading of policies uh 2370 through 8510. Uh this is just first reading, so we don't need any any uh motions on this. It'll be second reading uh next month. I appreciate there being uh smaller amount, but I don't think there's a bunch of them. So, uh what we've done in the past, and I haven't told you this, that we'll usually be given maybe a chunk of them a piece to look over. So, at least we're make sure that everybody's getting eyes on some of them, right? So, um divide them up evenly. >> It's a lot to go through and just read 55
of them. It's trying. >> It's a lot. It's a lot. You've been doing it by wait. Um, all right. Which brings us to the next item was general public comments. I've got Mr. Smaltz uh set up with that. So, if you could come up to the podium there. We want to see your pretty face. I would just ask the board when they would consider retirement pay for school bus drivers. Right now, bus drivers are the, to my knowledge, the only employees who do not qualify for any teacher retirement fund. Um, that does not count towards my salary and my future retirement. If I were a teacher and a coach, both of those salaries would count, but because I'm a teacher and a bus driver, my bus driving pay does not count towards retirement. I first
brought this up to our two superintendents ago. So, we're coming up on a year of this just being delayed. So, I would just encourage you guys to to approve that, please. >> Appreciate the >> All right. Next, administrative reports. >> Well, I just have an update um on our numbers right now in elementary school looking at K through five. So, I'm not including preK because our pre-K numbers have changed somewhat. Um, but we are actually down 34 34 students right now, which is significant. Uh, middle school is up 10. Um, and then our high school is down 22. So, total we're down about 46 students districtwide, which is significant. Um, uh, the high school said that their senior class that left was very large and the freshman class coming in had had 20 less students.
So, um, I think that's part of it. And then Miss Beck said that her kindergarten class is very small and the fifth grade class is larger, which is also what Mr. Kursky said about um, why they're up students. So, but either way you look at it, we're down. >> Do we know like what students have not returned? Do we have that? Do we have that? >> They were working on that. They uh they be Miss Beck said that she could only find two students that like um have like transferred to another school. The others, you know, have left the area. Um or or the differences in the fifth grade class leaving, the kindergarten class coming the kindergarten class coming in, I think, is significantly smaller. Um and the other two schools I well I mean
we were up in the middle school but um I know Miss Witzman I don't think I've had a chance to look up exactly who the students are yet. >> So some of just like you said just new natural attrition where >> big class leaves small class >> rights and what they both said in the elementary and high school is like the middle grades have stayed pretty much the same. So it is really you know those in classes. So for example this year that the eighth grade class coming in is very large. they're going to be actually up 20 more students if everybody were to stay, right? So, but then then the the middle school will be down. So, I mean, um but the bottom line is we are losing students at a higher rate than
we would hope. >> Um other than that, um I thought it I was in all the buildings during the beginning, the first day, um outside of a little kindergartener crying who crying again today, three days straight. Um but he did better today only at lunch. um and some skyward going down on the first day. Nothing to do with anything we did, but um it was a really I was so proud of our teachers and our principles. Um just for such a I mean I really mean that when I say it was such a smooth day and everyone seemed you know content and happy. So it was very refreshing. Um I've tried to be in the buildings all day every day. Um, and it's just really great to see everybody back to work and you can
tell they love what they do. What I would like to start is a spotlight on excellence. In the next board meeting, I'm going to ask the principles to have two two monthly board meetings where each of them they either pick a teacher, a student or someone just to highlight or a program for you guys so that you're not just hearing from us, but you're seeing the amazing things happening in each school. So, um, moving forward, I hope to have that ready. Um, you got anything for us, Vicki? Anything additional? >> I do not unless you have any questions. >> Lots of them, but not very nice. Uh, all right, Paul, what do you have for us? >> Oh, well, it went pretty smooth by accidentally deleted out the teacher access, so that I wasn't ready
for that. But, uh, about an hour later, we were all back up and going. So, I think the Chromebook one to one ratio is doing well. We just ordered another 100 Chromebooks to fulfill the three classes that we normally do. So, I'm just waiting for those and some bags. But, overall, I think on technology side, I think we're good. >> We did lose quite a few to a mold issue in the elementary school, but >> that set us back. We thought it was one class, but it was actually all of second grade. So, and you can't after so much mold you have to dispose of them, but it was the HVAC units. Um, well, we can't I won't say I'm not an HVAC person, but the humidity was too high in the room. And so,
um, and this was a huge problem in Florida where I came from. Um, and when they went to their Chromebook carts, their Chromebooks were covered in mold and it gets under the keyboards and everything and you just can't >> you can't clean up. Yeah. We got an action plan for that. Uh, we got the was all cleaned. Um, and did we already had enough Chromebooks to supply them again with with Chromebooks, so we didn't lose any cost there. >> Chromebooks. >> Yeah, unfortunately, we lost Chromebooks, but we had we had an abundance of of Chromebooks that we put back in our class. So, >> we have a plan moving forward. Just unfortunately, this is a problem we had to deal with a lot with high humidity. And so, >> and this year has been unusually
humid. >> Oh yeah. >> Than what we've normally had. You get those two week spurts of hot and very humid. And this year we've had what weeks after weeks of humidity. It's too right. >> So >> well maybe in the future you have a plan where like somebody's periodically checking those like even though the community may be good checking them throughout the summer like hey make sure everything's >> Yeah. I think I think the best plan will be is just like I did uh last year or year before last when I came in is the students will be responsible for the Chromebook. They take it home and that way when they have it their first day is charged, ready to go. >> Um and then that I think that'll eliminate that. It won't eliminate the
like second grade, but we can put them in a more controlled environment. And then like uh we talked about leaving the air on for a longer period of time on the weekend while the weather's keeping the doors propped open so the air flow is better. Just little things like that. So >> So they were just on the cart in the classroom. >> Yeah. Just in the car. >> So it's really more than the computers. It's the entire classroom. >> Well to think that it would just be on the Chromebooks is probably >> right >> not accurate. You just see it the most there. But there's a humidity problem in the rooms that >> those that those classrooms were on our plan originally, weren't they, Chad? >> Second grade. You said second grade rooms, right? I
mean, that's like eight superintendents ago. So, I get confused of what we what our plan was. So, but we we've had we've had like humidity tests done and stuff like that, but it I >> it gets lost, you know, and so something we need to >> focus on. I think I think on that so >> because that's a health concern, >> right? Yeah. Our kids are breathing. I mean, I'm not I'm not so much concerned about our we had on our I'm I'm concerned about >> our kids are breathing that that air that you know. So, it's it's we got to we got to figure it out and I think we're we're working towards that. So, >> yeah. >> Um that it that all you had. >> Um all right. Uh key dates. Uh our
next board meeting looks like it's going to be on September 8th, I believe. And we're trying to get an executive meeting scheduled to go some things as well. So, u don't have that nailed down yet, but uh any uh board member comments. >> So, you're not talking about the the budget meeting that we're having on the fourth. >> Well, is that we have >> I did the uh Google doodle and um I was just waiting for Ryan if you had a chance to respond and then I talked to Matt because he's >> likes to just do it by text. >> Text out of your dude. Yeah, >> direct. it. So, we're looking at the fourth. If if that's what >> as long as Brian can make the fourth that I think everybody else said the
fourth, which was one of the dates that everybody agreed to. >> We haven't got that nailed down yet, but hopefully here soon we'll have that figured out. So, >> um any other board member comments or anything, questions? I think we're heading in the right direction. Um >> always working on a lot of >> a lot of things and it's a lot, isn't it? It's It's She's She's doing well. So, all right. Um I need a motion and a second to adjurnn. >> I'll second. >> I have a motion, a second to adjurnn. All in favor? I >> I meeting is ajourned.
