All right, I'd like to call this meeting to order and recognize that we have enough members here to have a quorum. Uh, missing tonight is Heather Martin. You would please stand with me as we say the pledge of allegiance. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. All right. Uh just one item uh act well two items on the agenda. They they they're for the same thing tonight. But I need a uh a motion and a second to approve tonight's agenda. I'll make a motion to approve tonight's agenda. I'll second. I have a motion and a second to approve agenda. All in favor? I. None opposed. There's no public comment uh for

this evening. So, we're moving right into the consent agenda for tonight. uh review and approval of field trips. And the reason why we're here tonight, we're approving um it's called Wild Indiana. Wild Indiana used to be called Who's Your Summer School, right? So this they've they're coming back with it. It's called Wild Indiana. So, what we're approving, just going going down a list here, are one, two, three, four, four, possibly five trips uh for the summer. Uh trip to Mound State Park, a trip to Indiana Dunes, a trip to the Challenger Learning Center, um a trip to McCormack's Creek State Park, and possibly an overnight camping trip. that's still kind of up in the air a little bit, but those are the things we are approving um uh on the consent agenda and also the

personnel report. Uh we're approving uh those individuals that will be involved uh with chaperoning and whatever whatever entails there uh for the for the program. So um that's what we are uh approving this evening. Wait for my phone to come back up here. Um, and I'm just going to read uh this Indiana Wild Indiana STEM uh camp. Um, said our program will take students on four outdoor adventures or STEM day trips including hiking hikes, naturebased team challenges, and environmental learning experiences. There's also a possibility to include an overnight uh tent camping adventure. Uh, more detailed information on each destination will be provided at a later date. We realize summer is a busy time, so students are not required to attend every trip. If their schedules do not allow on each outing, students will be asked

to bring a lunch as well as an optional spending money for souvenirs if such places to purchase items are available. We will be providing water and a snack for the ride home on the overnight trip if possible. We will also be providing all camping equipment, dinner, and breakfast on the day we come home. Students will be asked to bring their own bedding and a pillow. The cost to attend all four outdoor adventure trips as well as the overnight camping trip. If they're able to go uh will be $40 per student. If the cost of the program is a concern for you, please reach out. We may be able to provide assistance. So, that's what we are approving this evening. So, I need a motion and a second to approve the consent agenda. Do you want

to put a figure on this? Um, as far as how much is there one on the sheet already on the personnel report? Um, those are mainly there's some stipens um on several of those. Um there'll be a bus driver involved and uh some custodial work clean up for some things I guess if if that's uh and that's this is the cassin. I guess it's for more than just this trip. It's some elementary custodial um for the summer and middle and high school custodial work as well. Some extra help uh to do some things this summer. So um that's what we're looking at.
