001Good afternoon everyone. I will call the meeting to order. Roll call. All board members uh with the exception of Susan are present and administrators present. At this time I would invite everyone to join me in the pledge of allegiance. Algiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands. One nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. >> All right. The first item of new business is to consider the ratification of the collecting bargain collective bargaining agreement with the Carversville Education Association. I would note for the record that the time on the agenda [clears throat] is 5:30. However, it is noon and we are meeting which was as published. Correct. So, uh, Dr. Reker. >> Yes. Uh, first want to thank the teachers representatives for all their work and collaboration in this. And with that, I recommend the board approve the ratification of the collective bargaining agreement with the Crawford'sville Education Association. >> Any discussion? I move that we approve and ratify the collective bargaining agree agreement negotiated between the corporation and the corporate education association. >> I second. >> All in favor? >> I. >> All right. We have a new contract. So, thank you. Appreciate your work. Patron comments hearing hearing none. I would entertain a motion to adjourn this meeting. So moved. >> Second. >> Objection. >> All in favor? >> The motion carries. Thank you.
