Um, so Mr. Lewis, would you like to go ahead and talk to us about our first agenda item, please? >> Yes. Thank you. Um, so I bring a motion to you. I seek a motion to approve additional appropriation resolution as advertised and presented to the board. Uh this was advertised as is legally required, but to give the basics, we are seeking additional appropriations from our cash balance of up to $400,000 uh that would go into the education fund. Um not to exceed 400,000. It will not be that much. Um and then um a maximum amount of 200,000 into the operations budget. So that's what our motion is. There
