Otherwise, increase which is about% proposal for budget with regards to foundation the governor's proposal included minimum district. $55,000. However, compared to this year's department, we are able to $17,000 in foundation aid. While the foundation actual next year is only 1% increase,000. Our budget is So the rest of our meeting budget foundation building up $200,000 and that is a result in access program funding. 002as I said before So going into the draft overall budget, most of the portions of this have been presented to you sessions. We have kind of a weird anomaly this year. Um, so I'm gonna spend a little time differentiating how we're going to present this because ideally this year, but because of this anomaly, it's kind of hard to really struggle to as we discussed New York7 to it is a one year one increase in the budget that is to accomplish voters with our 2024. So in order to transfer that money from users to capital fund to start it off budget is 1636 million It is a 22.2 million budget increase which is 15.73% next year process reducing the budget by million also on the revenue side. There's no tax related to that. It does not
003expend up to zero and it's a one to talk about the rest of the meeting. So through what is budget increase without the million. So, $16 million is money already to spend. Well, not voted on the money was already there. proposition of the proposition. Even though we voted on It's not like million years. to say a year from now. 004our overall budget and our increase for seven is access that I just mentioned and also transportation very small portion of the budget and also very small And then on the undistributed side is debt employee benefits and transfers. Reserve transfer 1.8 million is related to the benefits of million changes and then a lot of our health insurance support 10% of our budget construction is 84 transportation is six It's actually% budget and that is by content. So instructional salaries instructional salaries and services overall code is a benefit that equates to million% of our 68 million2 million.2 million multiple times we are business people and benefits related to that. Um so 55% of the budget to salaries and benefits$1.4 Now for the remaining 45% our contractual expenses are increasing $7,000. We already premium facilities survey. We also have
005special education related services that are increasing about $150,000 tuition which includes charter school tuition outside and then health school district services. We als program that service,000 structure project and also increase working on the $16 million. increase all summer activities. Summer programs to our Incorporating both. However, we are required plan. So we have three major revenue which we already discussed and then our reserves and funding on the reserve end. Um so overall we're estimating the tax bud $64.2 million increase overall. 10 year average. I think probably Um because we still don't have information first, but then there is several different processes. for people to discuss. one of those. 006do on an individual basis because I still come up with a way that we'll be able to conservative what this index is. also present challenges. Where is going to be their first chance at any it's a fresh feeling for people what this means what district. I'm not involved in it. very cooperative. It's just something we're going to do our best over the next couple that we just look at it and say, "Oh, there was billion obviously. We're just trying to the most sit here and tell you we're doing our best to come up to work with the town of talking about this multiple scenario Apple for something that is not control our control. It's going on your household. for something like that. I think Important thing to note is that this assessment doesn't change at
007all. So if you're in a vacuum and even not 50% are going to be higher than my daily We don't know that. And so money lower. the balance of figuring out water that today. Any other comments or questions for drivers? talked about that present. million also. They are. We're also Earlier this year, Overall 34% of the overall revenue budget state aid is 39% reserves 44%.
