I am withdrawing the first and last uh boxes on page 48 and 49. >> Okay. And it there's an item. Does anyone have any items that need to be pulled? >> S5, please. >> S5. Okay. >> S8. Also, I believe that there's pages that need to be added to the superintendent >> S1. Yes, that's S1 176. Motion carries. Um,

up next is new business policy 610, regulations 610.1, policy 8509, and policy 8602. Braden, they are the committee's >> recommendations. So, would you like to Yes. I'll make a motion to adopt three policies and one regulation. >> Okay. >> Any discussion? >> Okay. Hearing none. All in favor? >> Opposed? Motion carries. Is there any other new business? Is there any communication? >> I would like a motion. Give it to me. You said 11:00 20 bucks. >> A motion to adjurnn. >> Oh, what? >> Oh. Oh, wait a minute. Wait a minute. >> No, we already we waved those. >> Um, >> do >> Yeah, meet and see. >> We could do it on the 31st. I'd prefer that. I'd prefer to push it out. >> I would love the 31st. >> I love that 31st.

>> Love that, too. >> March 31st, one week later. >> Yeah, that's >> what they put in there. >> Yeah, we're not leaving yet. You get in the car. So, can we have a motion to >> budget if it was adopted on that day, it's still within the timeline that it's needed or does that put us too close? >> When does the budget have to adopt? >> What's the date? because they're looking at >> so we want to move it to the 31st but we want to know when the budget has to be adopted by >> so then publication first has >> so can we do the 30th >> I'll do it on the 30th I don't have a problem with that >> 30th >> that works for me >> because we're going to have

a workshop in March >> right >> early March March. >> Yeah, >> there it is. >> Ether, do you have our budget timeline there? >> I do. And it's not listed. Dave and I were just talking about that. So, we'll have to get back to just >> Okay. >> Jason has it. >> It's in the superintendent. >> Yeah. >> Well, no wonder why we couldn't find it. >> I'm moving my chair. >> Good work. Okay. So, our publication of first notice and annual election and public budget vote. That's just a notice. It's not the actual particulars >> and it said that March 24 the board approves notice of election and public vote. >> But that's not really >> Yeah. Okay, good. >> Yep. >> Okay. So, can we have a motion to move the Does

does anyone want to move it to the March 30th or March 31st? >> 30th, please. I'll make >> March 30th. >> Yes. >> Either day is fine with me. >> Okay. March 30th. >> Okay. That'll be moving the regular meeting >> to March 30th. >> Yes, sir. >> The 24th. What did you say that was? >> Yeah. >> 24th's a Tuesday. >> No, no, no. What do we have to do by the 24th? >> It's not say it's not. It says board approves notice of election and public budget vote. >> But that's because that was the day of our regular meeting >> and directs its publication on March 31, April 10, April 21, and May 15th. Listen, we may just have to have a short meeting on the 21st to make that adoption. That's what

I >> and then publish on the 31st. >> Yeah. any clarification on that because I think that date is >> the public budget itself I'm pretty certain approved >> yeah I'm not worried about that but it's the the notice of election that has to be approved >> yes >> so even if we had a special meeting even if we had a special meeting >> what if we do the Thursday before there's a times >> no we can't Jason >> and Jason will be all you need is to do that one thing. >> Yeah, you did a regular >> 24th >> the big issue. >> Look, I I what I would >> do it that way. Are we keeping the regular on the 24th and then if we meet a special meeting or are we just

moving? >> No, the regular meeting. I want to make the regular meeting on the 31st if we have to have a special meeting because I think the question is going to be or the 30th. >> The 30th I think cuz so that still gives a little bit of time. >> I I haven't studied this so I don't know. My concern would be that if there's some verbiage in the documents that says that we have to adopt something on the 24th, but the notices do have to go out on the 31st. So, we could do it on the 30th >> and that way when we made our adoption on the 30th, the notices could go out on the 31st. The only issue you may have is you might not you might miss your deadline to get

it to your newspapers. >> So that's why you have to do it earlier. So >> So that's why I'm suggesting that even if we did >> it it doesn't have to be a long meeting. It can just be >> we can just we're going to convert the we'll convert the >> the 24th will just be provided we can get a quorum on that day. We should >> which is the concern I think that we have. >> No, >> but then we will have the 24th will just be for the purposes of adopting things for the election and then the 30th will be for >> our regular meeting. >> 30th is Monday. >> The 30th is Monday. >> Okay. It just gives us a little extra cushion. >> So 24th and 30th believe in you. >>

What time on the 24th? >> Well, the 24th is going to be the 24th will be >> 5:00. >> You can have a 5:00 meeting. We're not going to have special special meeting. We're just going to have a meeting for the adoption of >> the the the election items >> and then 5:00 on the 30th. >> Yeah. >> With our which is our norm. >> So, >> you getting that Kath on the 24th? >> No. It's okay. >> Right. >> Yep. >> Okay. >> Need a motion. We need a motion to adopt those time frames. >> Move it. >> Second. >> All in favor? >> I >> opposed. Motion carries. Motion to adjurnn. Move >> it. Second. >> All in favor? >> Okay. >> Tal um James said he can bring you home. >> You

want to come? I got a wood.
