Since the funds to be expended here under or from the capital reserve fund approved for this proposition will not require a tax levy upon the real property of the school district. The district is hereby authorized to acquire an an approximately 1.75 acre parcel of land together with the buildings and improvements therein and on any opportunities therefore located at 24 uh railroad avenue eastport in Zen district uh town of Huntington tax map district 400 section 115 block one lot 51 at the acquisition cost of $3,950,000 and to expend therefore including closing costs to exceed $100,000 as well as preliminary costs and costs incidental thereto the financing thereof. An amount not to exceed the estimated total cost of

That is a tax hereby voted in the amount of not to exceed $4,50,000 to finance such total cost. such tax to be levied and collected in installments in such years and in such amounts as shall be determined by board of education.
