Well, good evening. I'll call this meeting to order at 6:01 p.m. on Monday, April 27th, 2026. Please rise with me and recite the pledge of allegiance. I aliance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands. One nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. >> Well, welcome everyone uh this evening to the our last meeting of April here. April is nearly over. It's another month down. Just a few opening remarks as we get started here. This is a meeting of the school board and public for the purpose of conducting the school corporation's business and is not to be considered a public community meeting. There is time for public participation as indicated by agenda item number two for agenda and non-aggenda items. The mission of

go community schools is to inspire innovation, empowering potential and enriching our world and our vision. Go community schools Elkart County School District of choice. As we move on to the agenda, we will start with item 1.4 for approval of tonight's agenda. Do we have any additions or revisions to the agenda? >> No, sir, Mr. President. >> All right. Hearing none, the agenda is approved as presented. And board members, item 1.5 is approval of the minutes from our April 13, 2026 meeting. Um, I know our system is down at the moment, but anyone that had looked at them prior to that, any revisions to those minutes? All right, hearing none, the minutes are approved as presented. And I will comment, so our meeting minute taker is remote tonight. So please make sure you do have your

microphones on when you speak and you speak clearly so that we can make sure to get everything documented correctly. So just talk that's for you, Terry. >> Well done. >> There you go. >> Well done. >> All right. So now moving on to item two, which is public comment. Uh we did have anyone sign in. So, I will give anyone in the audience a chance. If you didn't have an opportunity to sign in, this is your opportunity to speak on agenda or non-aggenda items. Seen a lot of head shaking back there. >> All right. So, we have no one uh for public comment. So, we will move on to superintendent reports. >> Thank you, Mr. President. Uh we'll start with the financial commitment uh report. Uh Dr. Evans has, I think, quick update to the

board on his rebate report. >> Right. Uh so over the last uh four and a half years since I've been here, we've gotten or we have reclaimed $271,91.51 in NIPCO rebates. So that's largely uh for the benefit of Don Ritter who's been instrumental in that process. But I will tell you that that's at least uh five times the previous five years amount. So, we're doing a really He's doing a really good job with that. >> I guess I have a general question. Um, this is more about NIP school in general. Obviously, they've been in the news a lot. How have we been impacted by a lot of the rates that have been all over the place? >> U yes, my rate for my own personally is tremendously 50% more than it was a year ago.

I think our schools are impacted. >> Our schools are impacted. So, there will be need to be some budget adjustments as we get towards the end of the year because I did not budget this amount for utilities. >> And and I don't know if it's I I know for businesses you can actually buy gas from another provider and it's still supplied by >> and we do do that but even those those amounts are higher than we thought. So, we do do that. We hedge them. Yes. I think that concludes our your reports. Okay. Next up, we have a couple quick updates from Jimenez and M. Shriner. >> Yeah, I'll I'll go first. Uh just uh an FYI. So, uh the state of Indiana has selected two uh math screeners for kindergarten to second grade. Um

and we are going to go with I Ready Inform to It's similar to the dyslexia screener but for math. It will become effective July 1. So just we'll come back with a quote and uh hopefully an action item at the next board meeting. Uh our EL access results are back today. Uh I spoke with Dolores earlier today and she's going to start to look at those. Uh paper reports we can expect sometime between uh the 14th of May going forward. So we'll have that. And then my third um announcement. I guess it's a request. So, last time we mentioned that the intermediate school is going to write a grant, a next generation sick grant. And part of the um application uh requires uh a team, an executive transformation team, and it's recommended that we have

a board representative. And so, if any any of you would like to be part of that, we would need at least one of you. Uh so, if you let me know who that is, we can then put that in the grant. Thank you. >> I guess just for our knowledge, what type of a commitment are you needing out of that so we can all determine how it works? >> Right now, just a name so that we can put it in the grant. Should we receive the grant then there's a year of planning and it would be probably quarterly maybe as we plan for the year ahead. Uh it shouldn't be a a huge commitment like we'll do all the work. It's just nice to have perspective. when you need that decision. >> Uh 6:05 today

would be great. Uh a few days. >> Okay. >> A few days. >> Just a quick update that we are learn testing and things are going well at all schools and um of course it takes at least a month until um those results are no longer embargoed. And so as we know more we can update you in the coming months about how students Finally, we uh have our people commitments and I'm going to turn it over to Lori Shiner again first and then Mr. >> Picker operations. >> Okay, but [clears throat] I'll go into that. Uh you know, we've been looking at Senate Bill One and the impact it has had both at the at municipal level and at the school level. Um, one of those impacts was the um reduction of the city's sponsorship

of our SRO's, our school resource officers. Uh, we have been looking at different alternatives and different options. We actually met Mr. Deo and I met with the mayor last week and um, Chief Miller just to kind of see if we were to pursue our own police force such as uh, numerous schools in the county have uh, would they be willing to grant police powers? Um they gave us the affirmative on that. Um so we are looking at what it would c what what it might take to start a our own goan community schools police force. Uh both Dr. Evans and Mr. Deo and their previous school districts um have done this. So we do have people that have some experience getting those up and running. Um, so this is just kind of anformational piece to

the board that we are starting to look at how we can um maintain um those resource officers um or a resource officer of some sort uh within our schools um in order to help ensure the safety of our students and our staff. >> Is there any questions? At a minimum though, we can be charged to use the goal police force at a a rate per officer. >> Uh yes, at this time. Yes. >> Estimates about 130,000 per officer. Is that correct? >> Correct. >> How many do we have now, Dr. Maf? >> Uh we have one currently. Uh at one time we had one for the intermediate, one for the junior high and then one for the elementary >> Okay. Uh moving on. Um we talked about the yonder bags and we've with your action

at the last board meeting, we've gone ahead and gotten that up and running. Here today to give us kind of an update is Lexa Lexa Magneson, our our uh incoming principal at the at Ocean High School. um you have in front of you uh a copy of the policy that was kind of created and this the one thing I want to stress is the reason we're doing this is because Senate bill Senate or Senate enacted bill uh 78 required us to do one of two things and it was a no device policy under which students are not permitted to bring wireless communication devices to school period which we felt would be very hard to monitor and enforce or a storage policy under which wireless communication devices may be brought to school but must be stored

away, powered off, and inaccessible to to a student throughout the school day. That inaccessible piece um caused us to have conversations with the junior high and with the high school. So, the junior high will also be um using the yonder bags as such and and so they were part of the creation of this of this um policy. So, >> so we met last week with uh junior high administration and then at Chandler just to kind of talk about determining procedures that could be predictable for students and families and staff at the beginning of the year. Um so we wanted to determine a couple of things most importantly the routine for students. So every day when they come into school, what does this look like for them? And then also determine some procedures and responses for

if students fail to follow some of these expectations. So, um, first and foremost, when we talked a little bit about that routine, we wanted to make sure that we had something that as students were entering the building, um, they knew that their phones had to be placed into the pouches. We have adults that work, um, both of the entrances at the high school at the junior high, this would look like through their welcome center. And so, they would have to show that their pouch is latched um, as they walk in. Uh, and then their pouch goes into their backpack. Um, on their pouch, they'll have a ID that indicates that it is their pouch. Um, it'll be the same as their schoolisssued ID that has their name on it and then also their ID number.

Um, and then it'll have like a little scannable barcode so that as they enter the building they can be scanned in. That will stay in their backpack until the end of the school day. as they exit, they will be able to use the magnets um on the two exits that the high school students use um which one is on the side um closest to 33 and then the other side is next to the welcome center um where they will be able to use the magnet to open up their pouch and leave. We also talked about places that would be centrally located for students in case they forget to unlock their pouch. Um, and so we would place, uh, boxes potentially at some of the elementaryaries, the high school, um, and possibly the police department as

well, so that they can access those on the weekend in case they forget to unlock their device or maybe on a week night and then their, um, phone is stuck in their pouch. In terms of response to um, failure to follow the expectations, we were looking at what could we do to make sure that this isn't punitive, but also so students know that there's an expectation that their device has to stay in their pouch. um if their device is out, we're looking at confiscating that. Um but then following progressive discipline, obviously that increases with frequency and intensity. And so if it's happening repeatedly, um then they'll have to turn their phone in multiple days in a box in the office. Um but if it comes down to insubordination or um refusal to be able to

comply with staff or work with staff, then obviously we would have to look at something that is a little bit um more like detention or suspension at that point, depending on what that is. But each separate step of that includes involving the parents um communicating making sure that parents are aware that um their student is struggling to follow this expectation or hey your student forgot their pouch today um and this is what happened. But uh we want to make sure that parents stay informed and we're working in partnership with parents and guardians to support this. >> Any questions? >> So I mean I just read this here the last the forgotten pouches. I mean, I know IDs are hard enough to get kids to remember. I mean, this is could be a significant issue. The

pouch is just same as an ID. They're going to forget it. So, I foresee that being a big issue. >> I think at the beginning there's quite a bit of front loing that has to happen. Uh it's about the way that we educate our families and our students. Um, and then as this becomes a procedure, part of the routine every single day, we're still going to have students that forget. Um, but the number of those students that continue to forget on a daily basis is going to decrease. Um, so there's a significant amount of effort that has to go into this in the very beginning, but the trade-off then is later on we're going to have much more success. Um, and with students, the same thing as when they used to forget their IDs, they

would go into the welcome center, notify someone, okay, mistakes happen at the beginning, we extend grace. Um, but we also have to be able to communicate that with parents that we're not following what's expected. We're giving them chances to figure it out, but eventually then we have to look at um, do we have a pouch? Did we lose the pouch? Did we break the pouch? What can we do to fix this so that this this isn't happening daily. Um, but students will be able to turn their phone into the office if they forget at the beginning. >> Talk about IDs. [clears throat] A lot of the kids were using their phones for That's how they'll >> Yep. It's going away. Yep. Um they'll have they'll receive a temporary ID at the very beginning, the very

first day. Um and that is what will go in their pouch and then when we get their IDs printed, they'll have that additional ID that they can use to scan in um at lunch to get their food. Um but uh that's that is another thing that we anticipate at least at the beginning that will be a little bit of a transition. Um, but I do think that there's a tradeoff and I think that some of the rewards are going to be we're going to reap the benefit of those. >> In terms of when families want to get contact the kids, their their kids, their children, teenagers, um, I'm assuming they're going to be calling the school now. Do you anticipate more calls coming into the schools? >> What are you Yeah, we talked about that,

too. Um, right now our offices are fully staffed with secretaries um to be able to help with some of that volume. And then we also talked about um utilizing a student aid to kind of help with the customer service tree to connect them with specific obviously they couldn't answer um specific student questions, but they could be able to connect that um parent to whatever line they might need. So, we've talked about a couple of ways to help with the volume and the uptick in parent calls, but um I think uh these are like hypotheticals that we prepare ourselves for and until we're really in it every single day um we'll have a better idea once we get there. Um but really right now uh for the most part parents are calling the school anyway to

get their kids signed out for things. Um that's a necessary part in the process. So that won't necess that won't change >> what now that we've brought this to you. Um education will begin right away. You'll see um from the go community schools um from Andrew our communications PR person. He'll start sending out information to parents just making them aware. Um and then we'll be sending out um we'll be sending out the policy. We'll make sure the policy is part of the handbook. Um we does have some lessons that you know um talk about going going community device free for a while and just why you know what are what are some of the benefits of it what are some of the the downsides how we'll work with that so it will it will definitely

be a an education process um but I really appreciate the way the junior high um and the high school has has worked together on this >> are we charging ing a fee, additional fee or is this the school absorbing the cost or financial? >> We will we will be charging a fee to some extent. You know these these bags can last we've had talking to yonder bags can last as long as a student takes care of them to some extent. So they anticipate most bags usually last about four years. Um um lost bags, damaged bags of course happen and and so they will continue they will parents will be will be charged for that. Um if we do it we we tal we talked about a couple different ways. How do we how do we

do it? Do we just let those who want it and those who say you know what I'm not going to bring a phone to school do it? Uh once you get into that it's hard to hard to monitor. So we feel the easiest way and most effective way is just to say the expectation is everyone will be build a fee of $30 for your bag. So, everybody will be given a bag. Um because not only do your phones have to go in there, any wire any wireless communication device um defined in in Senate Bill 78 such as smartwatches, um Bluetooth head Bluetooth headphones, those all are considered smart devices and as such are supposed to be placed within the bag. And just a reminder, >> yes, this is this is us following the this is

us following the um the Senate bill um the purpose of Senate Bill 78 or Senate enacted bill 78. Um junior high, we talked about that the part that really brought the junior high, we had to bring the junior high on board is it be inaccessible. Junior high does a great job of storing them in their lockers, but they are accessible and sometimes students do students are students. They sometimes, you know, might want to check their phone, check their text, do things. And so, how do we als how do we um really make that an accessible piece? And so, we felt like the junior high needs >> exciting. >> Oh, yeah. And then finally, and Mr. Lor is here. Um he's here and he's got a little we I gave you an update at the last

board meeting that the weekend um the practice best disc golf um course was going to be set up for the intermediate school. Uh so Mr. Lancor has some follow-ups and there I believe there's a PowerPoint that follow that goes along with this. >> Oh yes, there is. >> Okay. I brought three gentlemen with me who are going to hand out um it's called a mini marker in tournament play. It's used to mark your lie wherever it falls. I had played around with the design and kind of had it out um over the weekend and then a parent saw it and said, "Will you please give me the file?" And then he showed up the next day with about 75 more. Um what you have are all that are left. There aren't any left. So, I'm

going to let these guys talk and then I will follow up. But these are the three that I kind of tasked with in the beginning of what could this look like. >> My name is Phineas Nicely. I'm a sixth grader at GIS. Um, as far as the disc golf course goes, I thought it was really fulfilling to have something that I contributed toward really come together and happen in real life. My name is Eli Gerber. I was here earlier in the year. I [clears throat] thought it was pretty cool to have something that we created just in real life and it was like way way more fun than I was expecting it to be. >> My name is Michael We. I'm a sixth grader at GIS and it was really cool to be able to

design something using Google Maps and then be able to actually play it in real life. Yeah, it was pretty cool when they all came through. Um, about 300 people came through over the weekend and the weather was roughly this and a little bit worse and it was still roughly 300 people. Those are the ones that I tallied as I saw them come through because there was times I wasn't there and so it could have been even more. um over 80 left feedback um and were eligible for prizes that were donated from my own um collection, but then also the Michigan Pro Shop also donated, which those were two of the kids um that won discs that also played it. So that was pretty cool. Um some of the feedback given was very um varied. Uh,

we had some Camp Amigo staff that came down and was very impressed with how accessible it was for kids because they teach fifth and sixth grade at Camp Amigo how to play. Um, and then some of the other um feedback was very overwhelming for um, what do you need? How can I help? Let me know what you need. Um, that type of thing. So, overall feedback was very positive and uh, the biggest question was is is this a reality? like can can this happen? Like this would be so cool to be able to come and play with my kids, which I watched quite a few kids almost ace off the first throw. So, it was it was pretty cool. Um the on the screen the red T's are like the more experienced or better and

then the white T's were the more we call them the short T's but they were where kids were throwing from and it was really neat seeing kids have relative success and it was quite a variety of people that I met over those two days. Um, one of a side effect that I didn't know was going to happen from this was um, I had talked to or applied for a little mini grant for the PDGA, which is the disc golfer version of the PGA for we call it ball golf, but you know, golf and um, I took a phone call last Thursday from a guy named Justin and he said, "Hey, tell me more about what you're doing." So, I explained kind of what we're doing. and he said, "Well, I can't give you any details

yet, but you are free to share that we have picked your group to not only do this grant, but we're going to do more." And I said, "What does that mean?" He said, "I don't know yet because we vote on Tuesday." I said, "Do you have like a number?" And he goes, "We can help with at least a thousand." um because it caught the eye of some professionals that were impressed and want to keep it going out into the community and getting more kids involved and they said the longevity of what's proposed is really good in their eyes. So he said if I call you Tuesday night it's really really good news and if I call you Wednesday it's still good news but it's not as you know good as it could have been Tuesday

night. So, that's kind of where we are and with your uh blessing, we'd like to kind of keep going and see what it looks like going forward, including working with the city. And I've had many people ask about donations and all of that. So, that was the finding of a two-day rainfilled play at GIS. >> Also, I drove past and it was seemed very busy. Sunday was extremely busy. >> I wasn't sure on Saturday, but at 10:00 a.m. on the dot, a family with two little kids in rain boots and rain coats got out of the van and it's like, "Okay, here we go. Guess we're doing this. Here they come." And yeah, it was it was some people came back mult both days and played multiple rounds. >> So, Mr. Lancor uh after this

was over met with myself and Mr. Ritter um to kind of talk through some of the pro some of the pros and cons of not only placement of the of the baskets, but also um what our next steps are. And so we've kind of uh given Daniel what you know where we need to go with just city permission um just to make sure everything's on good um and then move forward from there. So we are we are we are looking at our next steps. >> Seems very exciting. I would say boys, you did a very nice job coming up and speaking to us tonight. Very proud of what you're able to do and represent your your fellow classmates. So, thank you for coming today. >> Thanks, H. >> Thank you. >> I can't leave classes

over that brings us to the people commitments. So, First up is gonna be Lori and then we'll if Jim Picker shows up last week our external evaluators said I found out that they were so excited about what they saw when they were here for that day they could not wait to get home to write up their report. So that felt very good. Um so just very grateful to our parents, to our teachers, to our principles who took the time out of their day um to visit with those external evaluators. And then we have our last family and community district meeting this coming Tuesday evening and looking forward to that. >> Dr. M, do you want to do an introduction? >> Yes. Um I don't see Erin or Jordan. Uh our we do have uh you

will be um approving tonight hopefully two uh cross country coaches, a boys and a girls. Um Jordan and Aaron Smeltzer. Uh Aaron and Jordan have been teachers with us for quite a while. Um and in college and throughout high school, we're very active in in cross country and and track. And so we're very excited to have them as our as our um new coaches. Uh we will now have, you know, the Mike and and Mike was always the head coach and he did both boys and girls. Um Jordan and Aaron are going to split them. So Aaron will take the girls and Jordan will take the boys. And we're very excited about uh continuing uh you know cross country is one of our one of our athletic activities that um has always produced some very

good runners and so we can look forward to them continuing that tradition. Thank you all for that. Uh we'll move on on to board committee reports. So members we sit on anything to share tonight. And just a reminder that this is this year's house 50th house things for board members. redevelopment did meet um there was discussions about road projects because why not they like road projects but nothing new that will be impacting us this year so we don't have to worry about any transportation issues so outside of that kind of quiet foundation next get a pickle ball tournament. Um, I think that was successful at donations and just a fun I think first effort at that. Um, I think we meet next week. I wasn't at the last meeting so they may have stopped inviting

me but I will email Michelle but I'm sure we meet next week. All right. Okay. So, with that we will now move on to the consent agenda items. We'll start with item 5.1 which is approval of accounts payable dated April 27th 2026 and payable dated April 1726. Item 5.2 out of state field trip 2026 go junior high school Cedar Point trip and 5.3 personnel items to highlight or questions. >> I have uh two retirements I'd like to announce and uh we have both our retirees are here tonight. So Mary with has been public agency representative for 25 years. Please stand up. And Jean Bigler, uh, XX secretary for 27 years service. And I I offered them before. If there's anything you'd like to say, you can, but Brad and I want to get a picture

with you, too. So, we'll But please come up to the podium or stand there and say something. We'll meet you up there for picture. It's just been a privilege and an honor to serve Gan Community Schools. It's been um a just a a great ride. I've enjoyed the privilege of serving this community and um it's been wonderful to have so many great colleagues over the years. And uh I don't live in this community, but I've chosen to work in this community because of the people here. So, thank you. >> I too appreciate being able to serve the children of this community. Um, I am a High School graduate many, many years ago. >> That's okay. You're right. >> 1978. Um, I started out as a substitute teacher, then went to a par professional and then

moved to EXAC as a secretary. So, I've gotten to work directly with the children, which I loved, but I also love being able to help the frontline people who, you know, try and make their jobs a little bit easier. So, so thank you so much for the opportunities I've had. The board appeal. All right. Moving on to item six, action items, and we will begin with item 6.1, approval of parkside chiller removal and installation 2026. Dr. Evans, >> thank you. Before you is a quote. We had three quotes. Uh the quote before you is from Johnson Controls and who that's who we'll be recommending. Core Mechanical and A Hatterley. I'm not sure I say that name right. Two others that did uh did respond. Um so the Chiller at Park Site is going out. We

actually had to put in a repair on it uh over the last week because it went out a little quicker than we thought. So, but even our patch that we put on is not protected to last a full season. So, we're recommending a complete replacement of the chiller uh and all of the things that go with that from Johnson Controls at $124,466. >> Thank you, sir. Board members, uh with what's in front of us, I will ask for a motion in a second to open up for discussion and voting. moved by Mr. Goodman, seconded by Mr. Discussion about uh proposal that is in front of us. >> They would start on it. uh within the next two weeks. Yes. After probably after school's out, but it doesn't have to be. They could start process quickly.

How long did chillers last a long time? It's like anything used to It's pretty much a guarantee that every year I'll be bringing HVAC work to you guys and >> roofs HVAC refreshing carpeting. >> Chamberlain parking lot is Thanks for for the segue into that. Chamberlain parking lots should be coming up pretty soon. >> Any other questions? We have a motion and a second on the floor. All in favor, please say I. I. Same side. That passes 6. Item 6.2 is approval of letter of engagement with Barton Co for Go High School campus. Dr. >> Thank you. uh this letter of engagement that actually has quite a bit in it. But uh the important part is that we're asking to assign Barton Coilma as our architects and engineering processes with it for the soccer stadium

renovations uh the boulevard and uh and parking traffic for here at the high school as well as uh work on high school entrance and possibly an addition that would create a more safe environment over there. We wouldn't proceed with any of these without board approval, but we'd like to go ahead and get the plans drawn up. The cost for the plans are on the second page there with the soccer stadium at $247,000 estimated. Uh for the soccer field for architectural engineering fees for the high school boulevard traffic and parking, it would be 253,000. And for the high school entrance and canopies, it would be 146,256. As I said, none of those projects would would be brought to you. They would go through a bid process and we would um bring those to you individually as

we decided as excuse me as you decided to move forward with each project. >> Thank you, sir. Board members, I will ask a motion and a second 6.2 discussion of item 6.2 by Mr. Second by Mr. Garver questions as we're reviewing this. I will at least say one thing that Mr. and I have talked about is attempting to get more projects. We'll call them shovel ready which is at least having the things developed. So that gives us options if we have funding available we can move forward quicker this would give that flexibility even if it takes five years to get the funding necessary to do one of these projects at least front end design which often times very time consuming at least. That's a positive one we can look at. This gives us a little

more flexibility. >> I was going to ask with the charge we looked at was the last time where it was kind of laid out over a couple years was this entire amount or you think this is like the first project. that we're probably going to recommend bring to you to for a vote would be the soccer complex. >> So like for that one they'll need soil borings and they'll need permits from the city and start working with them. So the cost for that like that's kind of what going forward but we need that work done. The other two we don't necessarily need done right away but as we're ready to Maybe within the next six months or year we would want toward that. We wouldn't get build all of it up front. You can >>

No, they would they would bill us uh as they worked on it. So, the calls for the [clears throat] soccer stadium, I would imagine that there would be an amount that would start right away as they started putting their drawings together and probably it would all be paid out um by the end of the project with the majority of it paid out this year sometime, but I couldn't speak to >> Yeah, they got exactly how much that 75% would be paid through getting the construction documents done, >> right? 25% would held until they bid it out and then would actually build. >> Thank you. >> It allows us to engage them get so yeah think it's a good idea and then we just keep going on with the project. They're going to be very busy

with this first project assuming that's what we go forward. give us and I'll I'll say because I know they weren't able to get everything printed. So I mean there's already a rough plan for what the soccer stadium could look like with you know bleachers that would seat about 1600 you know more robust dugouts and press box and turf and like the new kind of entrance for the high school gives them much needed space that was never planned for for a welcome center. So they've got preliminary stuff that they had included with this. So there's already been some forethought with discussions between what we've wanted and what the high school needs. So at least it makes sense we're going in the right direction. Other questions, comments from board members? Okay. All right. So, we have a

proposal in front of us and with a motion and a second to board members. All those in favor, please say I. >> I. Same sign. That passes 6. All right. That concludes our action items tonight. We will now move on to discussion items and we will start with 7.1 Gan Junior High School English language arts curriculum. >> Last board meeting I told you that we narrowed down our selections to two SAS and arts and letters and next month we will bring a recommendation. Bring a recommendation and in the meantime we now have in the office to the boardroom. We now have the Savasurricular materials out there if you'd like to look through them. And by the end of the day tomorrow, we'll have arts and letters. Um, and so if you come in the side

entrance, we'll have an administrative assistant there and she knows that you might be coming in if you would like to take a look at those resources. So, just wanted to make them available to you before we make that. >> And that would be anybody in the community, >> anyone in the community as well. Any questions? >> Appreciate it. >> Okay, that's our last discussion item tonight. So, we will go on to closing items. We'll start with you, sir. >> Monday, May 11th is our next board meeting here at 6 PM in this room. One meeting in May is the second Monday or the fourth Monday. >> It's a holiday. And board members, anything from us this evening that was not on the agenda? I say this last weekend we had the 83rd ocean relays at

the high school for the boys and I think it was the 33rd or 36th for the girls. So actually a beautiful day which is quite rare for the ocean rain or snow. So it was sunny and I believe our girls won which is fantastic. Our girls team is pretty. So with that I will ask for a motion and a second for adjournment. Good. All those in favor please say I. I. We are. Thank you all very much. >> Thank you guys.
