001Live streaming this, is that correct? Yeah. We are good. So this is a public meeting regarding the proposed new superintendent's contract. This was advertised in the Goshen News as well as on our website prior to this meeting greater than 7 days before this. This is an opportunity for members of the public to step forward and speak regarding the the terms of the contract. So with that um I will look to the audience to see if any members of the public would like to please step forward and if so, please state your name and you will be given 3 minutes of time to make your statements. Okay, I do not see anyone in attendance today. So that will officially close the opportunity for the public to speak. I guess I will look to the board members

002that are here in attendance to see if there are any comments or questions regarding what has been proposed and I will say that the intention is for the board to take a actual vote on this new contract at our next regular meeting which would be April the 13th. But I will at least give the board members an opportunity if there's any comments or questions regarding the proposed contract that has been published. I'm seeing shaking of Yeah, go ahead. I don't have any specific questions. I'm glad that we can get something that will establish our school system in a better stability for the next 3 years. I think that is something that's highly valuable and you know, every time you change leadership it's not a free activity. So to be able to establish this for a

0033-year contract I think is a wise move. Thank you. Anything else from board members? Okay. So with that I will look for a motion and a second for adjournment of our public meeting regarding the superintendent contract. So moved. Second. It has been moved by Mr. Goodman, board members in attendance, all those in favor please say aye. Aye. Opposed? We are adjourned. I thank you all for your time this morning.
