All in favor? Aye. Motion so carried. Motion to approve the resolution adopting the proposed 2026-2027 budget and the 2026-2027 property tax report card. I motion. Second. All in favor? Aye. Motion so carried. Motion to approve the Orange-Ulster-BOCES 2026-2027 administrative budget. Motion. Second. All in favor? Aye. Motion so carried. Motion to cast one vote each for each vacancy to be filled for the two vacancies on the 2026-2027 Orange-Ulster-BOCES cooperative board and the board votes for Lawrence Larry Berger and Martha Bogart. Motion. Second. All in favor? Aye. Motion so carried. Motion to adjourn to the Motion to adjourn the public portion of the meeting and convene into executive session for the purposes of discussing the annual probationary staff review. I motion. Second. All in favor? Aye. Motion so carried. Meeting is adjourned.
