002add some we're gonna add some paint we're gonna add some some lettering that lights up just continue to enhance or finish and finish up um what was taken care of uh through the building project um itself one of the really neat things also the uh the connector of the ramp you walk up the ramp from the old high school uh towards macale is we're gonna have a historical timeline for Green Castle on the wall to show just some of the different periods of time and just some of the different people that have influenced our school district so kind of a a neat nice nice little thing um hopefully bring up break up a little bit of that institutional feel right because when you do things and make things fresh paint walls like now we have
003to to color and make it more kid and and staff friendly so we have a proposal from from them we've been working with them obviously on The Branding and and that General cleanup that they've been designing and I'd like to uh go ahead and give them the go ahead to uh get started on improving some of those spaces sounds like a lot of nice things like the idea of the timeline that's the window film yeah it'll be a similar purple to what we used in the other areas and that'll be in like the science hallway history hallway and then on the roll up garage door by the weight room just to add some color in those areas where just start yes a little update going to be nice okay can I get a motion don't
004move I have a second have a motion and a second any further discussion hearing none all those in favor any opposed motion will carry I have approval request for the 2024 2025 meal prices yep so as a discuss in this time of year obviously we have to work with the doe Food Service um to review Food Service pricing uh for the following school year as you remember last year we took a we did take a small increase um 10 remember was 10 cents um for we increase meal prices andet at all of our schools um obviously we know that um inflation has been rough and tough and we have to make sure that we are able to run sustain our food service program and and cover our costs and so I have a recommendation here
005for a 10cent increase in the cost of breakfast pricing that's across the board um for next school year and then a 25% um cost meal price increase uh for lunches at all of our schools so Elementary uh lunches consisting TZ rth de Meadow be $3 35 high school middle school $345 and then breakfast um at each of our buildings a do my recation that the board approve these M price increases um that way we're able to catch up we're still behind Trend uh Statewide what's that yes yep thank you and we do have updates to allart uh pricing increase we didn't necessarily increase uh every item but we do have some updates for high school and middle school and then we're going to give something a try next school year at our elementary schools on

007and 25 language special services contract with St Joseph Institute for the de y so what we've been doing the past couple of months is we have more or less considered kind of some specialty services and these are hard to fill positions for for all school school districts um and um certainly sometimes you don't have enough to support a full-time person in those areas U but we want to make sure that we're able to provide all the services um that our students need and I have a recommendation here from Mrs Sullivan to move forward with Procare um they'll be paid for through our federal 611 Grant and then in addition to that obviously the language specialist Services contract uh St Joseph St Joseph Institute this is not uh anything that is you know 180 de different
