I'm now going to hand the meeting over to Doctor Mauricio for Pisco Pride. Yeah, yeah. Thank you. Know, our presentation tonight, and I appreciate, uh, the board coming out on this, uh, uh, second day of, uh, snow we've had. Uh, just wanted to take, um, a moment to say a very big thank you to the city. Uh, city manager, uh, mayor, um, Police Chief Renwick, um, and all of the crew who worked diligently to clear out the streets. Um, and really make sure that we're ready to open tomorrow. And, uh, so I first want to say thank you to them. And, uh, equally important, want to say thank you to Coleman Christie and his crew. Uh, they were working all throughout the day yesterday. Uh, came out the night before today. They've been working diligently

as well to make sure that our schools are ready and open, clearing parking lots, pathways, uh, that are, um, adjoining our properties so kids can walk safely to schools. And we've asked, uh, all of our families through a phone call and email to make sure that they shovel in front of their homes and then the homes next to them. Uh, if the individuals are unable to do so. Uh, if they could do that, that helps all of our children get to school safely with their parents, um, and many of whom, uh, walk on their own as well. And then lastly, um, to our transportation crew who will be transporting our students tomorrow and want to just say thank you to all of them for their work. Uh, we really needed to make sure that our

roadways were cleared enough. Um, some of the side streets are two ways. Uh, but there's a single pathway when that happens. Uh, that's why most of the districts in, in Westchester and, and Dutchess as well ended up closing today just to allow for, for that, uh, clearing of those roadways to be safe passages for all residents. But also equally important, our children who are on busses and parents who are bringing children tomorrow morning. Uh, 4:30 a.m., we have another superintendent called, just as we thought the snow was going to end. Uh, there's, uh, about an inch, uh, predicted, uh, .2.02 per hour from about 4 a.m. And so we'll keep an eye on that as well. Uh, Christy and I spoke, so we'll be chatting early in the morning. Hopefully there's no, uh, delay tomorrow,

but, uh, I don't foresee a closure. Uh, at worst, I believe it would be a delay, if anything. Uh, but we'll certainly be talking and looking at the weather, and then, um, more weather is coming, uh, later the week and, uh, Sunday to Monday. But we are hopeful that that is going to, uh, dissipate and head, uh, out to the ocean or wherever it needs to go to not impact schools and, and communities. So thank you to everyone who, uh, banded together to make our schools, uh, and community safe. And we appreciate all the efforts. Uh, but would like to say thank you to Carmine, and [INAUDIBLE] take this to his crew. So if we can give him a round of applause. And to Ramone and all of our crew members, uh, for all that

they do. Thank you. And I'll turn it back over. Hey, Brad, when we turn it back over to you, Julie. Um, we also want to thank families just for giving us that extra day. Just making sure that everyone safe is so important. So I know how hard childcare can be for so many. So, um, as a board, we just want to thank you all for for joining with us and making sure that we were able to open safely, hopefully tomorrow. Um, moving on. We have President Villa and I did forget, uh, to say that we sent out some information to families today. Uh, on we resurrected those videos. They were well done by our teachers during the pandemic. And so we had them. Uh, Ileana was not happy about me resurrecting the videos, but, uh,

she was able to do a math lesson with, uh, Mrs. Dennis and Mrs. had, uh. And so she was able to see her teacher, um, and engage in Spanish and English and math lessons and, uh, some other activities. She did the virtual tour to the Monterey Bay um, Museum as well known about sharks. And so just anything we could do to help out our families and moving forward will be able to add to that resource and share that out. Um, as I know it's been a long break, so thank you. And thank you for putting that together. I know having additional resources is always helpful. Um, moving on the consent agenda, does anyone have any cost, uh, questions, comments or thoughts? If not, can I please have a motion to approve consent agenda items two

a through five a ten. Moved by Berman. Second. Second by Allen. All in favor? I. Any names? Any abstentions? If there are no further actions, may I please have a motion to adjourn the meeting? By Fran with second. Second by Allen. All in favor? Uh, good night everyone.
