very clearly mike's tonight call this meeting to order and start off okay [Music] raise uh hand if you're wrong board members well i'd like to thank uh ted miner and chris spencer for helping us out um [Music] building and department reports yeah brian um specialize with you do you have a do you have a powerpoint anything to put it out yes oh it's handed out okay [Music] yes that's it i'll go to board docs to get [Music] just gonna it one second okay i've got it give me a second um okay for that and start getting [Music] uh um okay [Music] um [Music] uh they found a lot of strength that was so impressive like how well they also huge aspects here um people were able to express what we do how to do it
[Music] to be able to [Music] uh [Music] uh is so they just take some priority recommendations on it work on those procedures they provided us some guidelines like how to work on that i also want the best responsibilities [Music] my social or social workers school counselors [Music] they wanted some cleaner how did someone start that process and when you were [Music] uh again the kind of thing that our conversations um that's kind of an overview some of the reasons that they worked on [Music] before um you asked those questions i just wanted to let the board know that this is kind of a ten thousand foot view of the report i would like to schedule on a separate study session where we'll go through the report with brian in more detail about the context of
a boardview so that we can go area by area and let you know where the initial charge to the evaluators was to help us formulate a three-year plan and um i think it'd be um advantageous if we schedule a separate time when we just focus right on this um this review all right observation [Music] there may be a set of [Music] one of the primary recommendations was the one to expand our social emotional capacity and uh as you know we've been kind of thinking about that in terms of adding an additional social worker or school psychologist and this was coincident to that and it just supported on our theory or that we needed additional help in that area so that was one place where the report aligned to our belief at that point one of
the things that ryan would like an opportunity to go over the report is um so your ability to offer the variety of programming is a function of your size and capacity so um there is a limit to you know how far we can differentiate our programs with the number of students that we currently have identified and where i think brian has taken a second look at this report without trying to go over the board with it is um we feel we're right-sized in terms of programming for the students we currently serve i think when you look at the report you can certainly um suggest that you can increase your continuum and there's some dispute in terms of the report and other state education officials who've interfaced with brian in terms of what they feel as
an appropriate program to have in place is that a fair that's fair so somebody who would recommend well you have a program which is very level i think that's somewhat of a software students be exact so i think it's somewhat nature of our small community we can open everything that's where it becomes imperative for programs like questar who have economy a scale to offer it regionally or other out of district placements that we use when we feel that we can't meet the students needs um internally i would like to do it within the next couple executive sessions we're going to be talking about some very specific personnel considerations so if not june 8th just a scheduling piece at this point or we can set aside a separate um time uh july perhaps after the organization
if that's sure but we [Music] i think um probably a half hour 45 minutes of some detailed discussion [Music] i think other aspects of it involved i think one of the encouraging factors that i i was pleased with is that we had a very strong participation in the interviews we had every special education teacher but um there was a strong desire to want to sit with the uh independent evaluators and be able to share their feelings and it was a confidential interview right so there was no fear that any of that information we wanted honest and um and objective from you know opinions of where they felt things that were working and where things weren't um and i think one of the things that came out clear and brian's um crowded unit a couple times
is our need to make sure that we have well-documented procedures um you saw exit entry and exit criteria and things like that that would better would best better serve our program um they also shared with us many of those frameworks and templates so that we don't have to do the work from scratch we can start with something that either someone else has done or a framework for which we can plug in our own specific information so i think that's that'll be helpful moving forward as well and as you heard last summer knowing this um parts of this the speech team actually accomplished that entire task for their department so we just have to replicate that for some of the other awareness um [Music] um does anybody else have any questions [Music] uh thank you brian
i'm trying to pay more attention to that is that is that okay with you yes absolutely so um we'll go back to an update um justin on some of the um follow up to your questions last week but before we do that um it's my pleasure to introduce two new members of our chat and family here um the first is gemma berry jen is our new lot library director um for the last few months going through the interview process but she finally uh started with this on may 10th and i think she's getting a food on the ground i know mr chetty's checked in with her a couple times and she's getting familiar with snapchat i don't know if you want to just um i'm not trying to put you on the spot but if
you want to just um i'm sure i'd just like to say hello thank you [Music] nice to meet you [Music] um [Music] um [Music] auto mechanics [Music] um next is our internal claims author editor christa [Music] and i don't know if you want to say hello and but we wanted to meet you in person they get to see your report every month and uh we're happy to have you here and happy to have some fresh eyes on on our books and we have a very active audit community a very active uh finance committee and they were very anxious to make sure that we could have somebody uh as well qualified as you to kind of continue the efforts here so welcome oh yes i'm sorry you guys don't have to thank you very much justin
back to you um [Music] um [Music] um [Music] um [Music] um [Music] um [Music] um [Music] um requirements um [Music] um [Music] um [Music] um [Music] um [Music] um [Music] um [Music] um lost yes [Music] so there's an option one of the doctoral students um [Music] in many cases [Music] uh they just disconnected a long time ago that was it [Music] we're prepared to provide everything and any support we can now in part it's up to them that you won't need to complete the problem the other just uh you know the end of the year is a little different than previous years typically we would have a larger number of regents exams this year the state was not successful in getting away from federal government so they still had to have minimum of four greetings
exams so on those days um traditional region schedule but all the other days that they've typically been in regents exam day um have now rewarded back to morgan [Music] um [Music] they came up with a plan that was communicated to staff and some students and what happened from roughly june 11 june [Music] for next year um [Music] so we can continue to research implication of this we've never been at this juncture before my understanding is in all the years um that we did a little research today 1994 this year the best that we can put this together the project started in one shape or form in 1994 although then it was external evaluators and then we migrated to teachers and stem since then we've all got one student map through the project and that student
um was also failing academically so it wasn't necessarily um to address the fact that the senior project wasn't finished because the crossroads that we're at now and i do have a call to our school attorney and it's part of what we had discussed as well and that is by the next meeting you may have to have a discussion in terms of what happens with those students who have failed to complete the senior budget which we believe at this point is a graduation requirement but we don't have documentation in terms of a board resolution that we can find and wouldn't have and will have completed the academic portion of their high school requirements so roughly right now that looks [Music] we are hopeful that every day we encourage them to [Music] additional support and if you
remember from our previous conversation we took what was um by all accounts a standard senior project and we created two tiers where the lowest tier is a pretty straightforward not time-consuming part and that's what's a little frustrating i think for the student team and others that you know we made concessions based on profit and all the other factors and we're still that's what we have everyone successfully completed [Music] i'd like to know how we this is a critical time period this is the last moment for uh a handful of people to get some education before they have dumped into the workforce um [Music] it's been reported to me that these students could complete the rest of the requirement in three hours they sat down and did it so you know we remain hopeful to have
them see that and work with them on of those days during um regions weeks where they're done with the academic portion of it but i agree with you i think you're saying what i want to say is their academic content needs to take part over finishing and [Music] um that that creation at this point it's probably very motivating in terms of um paying attention to these instructions right because they're not gonna pass anyway so [Music] but i mean many of our students this year are down that's that's a that's a it's tough teachers are reporting that it's getting tougher each day to communicate students to finish up the year [Music] congratulations i'm tempted to make a motion here but i don't want to if anyone else wants to comment i know you're thinking um 230
some report failures are just mostly required courses they're elected locations like scoring this or not are there more um [Music] um how much [Music] requirement that [Music] i think it is important to check the relevancy of uh a 94 incentive to see if that still has the same uh reach the same goals and maybe that's changed because we have never looked at it that i know so maybe a summer project like that curriculum being discussed of course a group may come out give us a little survey and say we don't feel this is relevant we still feel this is very relevant from from tonight's meeting but or we'll move forward and review this with lisa over the summer somehow to find out what the goal i remember what the goal of it was it was
important for college reports on career career readiness but um it may have been all stated out somewhere a number of college students [Music] uh [Music] for many years and many times but just this one in particular and this particular year you may have to make some exceptions and we'll talk about that right the challenge is that the door has performed a little bit we've made some concessions i think it's a structure we're going back [Music] in reference to those who did the work in the past and this was a highly regarded production and to those who did an audition um there's a little bit of in my mind a little bit of disservice to those who decide not to friendship um and they get up they get a total buy when we made it so
simple for them to do and go with yes but um i worry that if we don't if it doesn't have any room it shows it tells future classes to say well they have no leverage if i decide that i don't want to do it um it has an impact on um so we've got to figure that out i think as an essential component to moving forward i think and that's what you're [Music] you know moving along without an issue and you know the goals around and now we've got these circumstances that are um having us question the value and i think that [Music] uh own application here um [Music] um [Music] um [Music] um [Music] and so students are only eligible for the correct recovery [Music] so it's different than kind of an asynchronous or
synchronous online hospital she would get course credit um that that currently um this program so that's what that's so it's thinking this option right through all the content for the year your attendance is you know within 10 minutes but you didn't master the content of content from now through a review process using technology and um augmented by a large person that helped with [Music] that you can demonstrate competency with that content and thus recover you should pray for that course [Music] um themselves online programs [Music] topic [Music] uh [Music] right and obviously we don't want to they don't like the problem we can't make things um but i am curious with that what is that process what are the problems [Music] foreign [Music] self-motivated and organized and that's a component that we've left to their
own devices sometimes falls apart so by having creating a structure for them that will come here it's being treated like the class they're going to have to support [Music] think is thank you justin uh keep on keeping on two weeks introductions um i just have some general comments before i'm going to turn over to lisa for her presentation so where do i even start so we as you as you know some of the guidance has changed and we've communicated that to parents um probably one of the somewhat frustrating um things for for the public to understand is that you know we're opening up quite a bit on the outside but yet the guidance for pre-k through um 12 and schools has changed or has not changed very much as we all sit around um but
we are we are on what this is the current guidance um and unfortunately that guidance includes all exclusive properties so whether you're indoors or outdoors if you're a school event um these protocols at least um for the time being we um we again today uh began to have some culinary conversations with what the governor said um it was yesterday in terms of and some of the stuff coming out of new york city um we our thinking is somewhat aligned with that uh we are moving forward um [Music] um be some very isolated circumstances that relate to medical conditions where we would have to seek out an alternate um solution for a very very small handful of students but in terms of our approach to the rest of the students we fully expect to be back
in person for the opening and that's our predominantly a larger number of our plans are going to be focused on how we do that and a very intensive focus on and sensitivity towards the transition with students back into the school environment we're anticipating that that person is going to be and then we have to have good strategies and support in place to welcome those students who have been effectively out of um a school environment for you know a number of months over a year now so our building administrators and um distributable administrators are working on that and um more to come in the coming weeks as we formulate our plans and again i was somewhat surprised governor say that he's going to have an announcement regarding remote learning in schools for next year we thought
that that was going to come out from his education department but he seems to be claiming that there'll be some guidance coming from the governor's office the board knows through some emails and and through communications with the public that um here's the resource study has not been done for a body cam following the policy of the sheriff's department um please report that i didn't get any uh feedback uh maybe from our parents uh or our staff in terms of any concerns officers have gone through training to orientate them to the specific use of those cameras and uh that's my communications advancement the staff indicated the video content that we made at the sheriff's office and we would then request it related to a internal disciplinary question with a student and that's all i have for
tonight i took a peek at the positivity today pounds down to one percent so we'll continue to see very encouraging numbers and i think i'm going to turn it over and answer any questions you want to share it from your screen or you want me to share it i can i can whatever it's easy for you i was also thinking that you would turn your microphone on and i would use this one because i probably feel better from you they're still having problems yeah you're connected you're connected what i was going to do is i'm going to mute this here because the solution that we tried tonight all right i thought you wanted that muted all right so i'm not necessarily speaking into the microphone with the computer let me let me go back all
right so i'll just project a little bit then can you hear me okay from here okay so we're really looking about a balance um between the social emotional health of our students right now but to keep in mind on the flip side of this that um students are disconnected from their academics right now and in meeting with several i'm trying to meet with all the teacher leaders right now and um have conversations get feedback and you know one one teacher brought up i thought it was said really well that our students have forgotten to to know what it means to be a student and what the expectations are um that there's there's a lot of chaos in this year but how do we we have to balance the social emotional health with what it means
to be an extr student and to have high expectations for our students so this is i i think at the at the high school a particularly challenging time right now because this sets some precedence for how we enter next year um so we're we're in conversations about that so really looking at how do we connect students to work how can they relate to their work how do they have a voice but how are we raising the bar with rigor with what we're doing so that's i just wanted to let you know that that's in the back of my mind all right so we have a whole bunch of alphabet soup we have so many acronyms here in terms of what is are we still having issues with my audio okay there's there's a lot of
different acronyms for the funding so i just wanted to give you a sense of what it is we're looking at i did need the crib notes from mr mike chutty to make sure because they're split up in a lot of different ways so i laid them out for you the point is it's not straightforward the funding is coming from several spots and we do have um we have how we can spend the funds in certain areas and others it's not released what i can tell you is that 20 of our funds have to be allocated to learning loss okay so this gives you just an overview of the the two different um pockets of money and i know that that mike has mentioned these as well but we're looking at the funds that we have
available that we can apply for right now are the funds that are on the left so that's our sr2 and our and our gear too um the funds that are on the right which is over a million dollars that application is not out yet um but interestingly enough we have to post on the website how we intend to use those funds by july 1st we do not yet have criteria so we um so i want to give you i wanted to do this update so you had a sense because i'm a very transparent person of how as a team we're thinking about using uh these funds oh i'm sorry the other deadline that we had too is the for the first the 910 ish is on the 15th so right now i'm working with the
leadership team kate gerard's helping out with that too she's a tremendous grant writer and we're working to get that in i wanted to include this list the focus here is on non-reoccurring expenses right this is one-time funds it's really meant to get us through a gap and this is for the first pocket of money not the million dollars but the 910-ish that um some rough guidelines in terms of how we can spend the money that we can safely return students back to in-person instruction um maximize instructional time the basic operation of schools and meeting the needs of students purchasing educational technology um addressing the impacts of coven 19 which by the way that's the silver bullet right like that is how how we do that is is critical um implementing evidence-based strategies to meet the
social-emotional mental health and academic needs of students offering evidence-based summer after school extended learning enrichment and also supporting early childhood education so these are this is very broad criteria for us that we can we can frame our work so if as we start to look at what's happening at chatham you know the question is you know what comes first the chicken or egg does the data come first or does the problem come first so what we're doing is actually is both right so we're looking at what problems we're seeing and that we're seeing bubble up to the surface but then looking at what data points do we have to say that this is actually in fact a problem and the flip side of it is we're looking at data analysis we're looking at cohort data
and disaggregated data to look for patterns and trends for for problems to pop up that might be off of our radar so those are the two different methods that we're looking at to identify so i wanted to give you an idea of what the preliminary priorities are right now so this and this is something that speaks goes back to um our special ed review um that the tier one academic and social emotional learning is something that we need to focus on so what we're talking about if i for tier one is really looking at what types of interventions can happen by the teacher in the classroom to meet kids needs um in the same in terms of the academic setting and also the social emotional setting we're looking at um diversity equity and inclusion and
that's a this all of the funding is um associated with essa and this is a critical critical component of essa um is as well as just is what we need to do uh within our district um i know the board is echoing some of this work as well in terms of policy so that's awesome um we're looking at formative and summative assessments so in looking at some standardized ones um and really looking at k in terms of k12 how do we know where the gaps are um and last is curricular review um i'm trying to pick some targeted areas and we'll we'll spread them out so that each year we're doing a review of different curricula for the first year my recommendation is ela science and art are the areas of review and ela in
particular we're looking at literacy in the elementary in the middle schools and bringing together a continuum we are looking at a science-based approach to literacy i am working on a couple other districts in the area to build professional learning communities so that our teachers have cohorts across districts that are doing similar work because i mentioned data before i wanted to give you an idea of some of the type of the data that we're actually looking at um for this so we already uh distributed a staff survey in terms of the impact and this came from the university of albany um this is part of a research project with them um and that is on the impact of the cobit 19 pandemic it's it's based basically on a sense of connectedness and workforce burnout if you
will of our staff we're looking at which still needs to go out but a capacity survey for all of our staff here at chatham we've got some conversations going right now with our council on an sel screener social emotional learning some of uh we're mindful of this is uh some of the questions that are asked can be sensitive so we're just we're just checking um it's our intent to put together several focus groups that are both of students and teachers to solicit their their feedback um as i mentioned the formative and summative assessments um we're looking at local disaggregated data and also anecdotal data right so that every day conversations um kind of got level intuition of what you know all these are pieces that come together to determine what our priorities are for the
year so i wanted to give a mention to um our compass teams we are working with the um the university of albany to help us with this work and we're developing uh we have a leadership team uh to help develop our our district level goals but we're also having building level teams and this is essentially what we're working with the university of albany to do is to assess our needs and priorities and again this is based on the data metrics that i showed you in the previous screen we're looking to identify high leverage improvement drivers so what where are the areas that we can really hone in on to try to get better we're crafting smart goals and near-term aims and we're also designing an action and measurement plan this work will continue throughout the
year but we're setting our goals over the summer so i know you can you're probably super excited because your board goals um it will be right in line with this work i can i can see your excitement in terms of moving forward in august um goes to coincide with the timing of all these teams [Music] feedback full disclosure me because my doctoral studies was involved with new york the with the university of albany so i have a very good connection there yeah um so to get some specifics of some of the things that we are looking at actually spending money on we're looking at um some of the the money to expand the summer school offerings um so if we need extra personnel if we any anything like that over the summer to provide extra
supports academic um enrichment all of that over the summer we're looking at extensive literacy training um specifically we're looking at letters um and this is and it's that's how it's spelled that's the acronym it's not spelled wrong it's it bugs all of us um and i mentioned that we're putting together um professional learning community partnership with several schools in the area we're looking at a revitalized book room at med additional academic intervention services so this could this could take the form of some additional ais teachers but on a temporary basis and this is to provide again that intensive academic support to our kids um with those formative and summative benchmark assessments we have a couple platforms now um but we also need some that are quicker uh pulse points that we can look at um
my goal is to work with grade level teams and to look at data and we need some quicker ways to collect it so as an example fastbridge is one of them looking at science kits um contin funding some of the compass work that's with the university um we're looking at some active learning space and the design of that in terms of flexible movable furniture within our spaces and as well as enrichment opportunities this is really just the start because we've identified priorities before we have all of our data metrics in we have to have our priorities identified in order to get the grant work in on time once we do our work over the summer we can amend if there's something that is very different from what i've mentioned up into this point and the
last piece to add to this is that there is a component to this that is operational that um is i am i'm really trying to take as much from academics from my chat as possible but um the reality is is that kobe did place a financial strain on our district for operational um items and to make sure that we're whole we have a balance of what we're doing so mike and i will work hand in hand um to make sure that we are moving forward in the appropriate way it's as brief as i can questions for me or comments uh first of all is our audio [Music] [Applause] [Music] um [Music] we have to say how we're using the funds and uh give general figures and categories but again one of the grants does not
yet have them out so i this is more about giving you an at a moment glance of our collective thinking so as it evolves i can certainly let you know as we as we populate categories exercises for the state right yeah i mean the thing about it just [Music] this is a great opportunity see an amount of money but it's going to be over a couple of years so there will be changes they want one application right and then we're going to make amendments they don't want to do it everybody wants to do it every year this sprint here i don't think we can afford to do anything other though yeah so um just going back to the 20 allocator for learning loss learning off to find the state like uh state stated or is
that by federal government or just us it's it's not defined i don't want to say that it's not defined because i could be wrong in that but they're not they're not saying you have to meet specific criteria they're based they're saying that 20 and they gave us a 20 allocation to say you you have it needs to be within like a reasonable descriptor that it applies to learning loss okay thank you mm-hmm just a couple commentaries right um without any metrics and the fact that there was no city testing last year and a modified plan this year i don't think you can make any valid uh statistical comparison and use [Music] but i also think that it's like the literacy the letters literacy program is extremely expensive so for us to do that outside of
this is i don't know how financially responsible that is um it's it's a an excellent excellent program but you have to seek funding for it um in order to make it realistic to train every single staff member costs it's well in terms of startup costs it the the training is extensive and the materials um the materials for teachers are expensive too in terms of the the resources that they each have theories well funny you should ask um so i'm working with lucas christensen who i think you know um and we're we're working with terry burdell uh to um bring this into a an aidable project so um that's why that's part of the reason why we're working with a couple districts in consortia because the idea is that say that over two years we train
all of our teachers and after that we have a couple of retirements we have a couple teachers that join and we we have just a couple teachers to train we want to make sure that we have a constant cohort with other districts to get them trained quickly and to have an aidable way to do that so yes so that's when you think about a strategy around one-time money coming up with that upfront uh investment which we wouldn't be able [Music] um [Music] we have a couple districts that are a year ahead of this project so putting the plc's together is really important so say we have a kindergarten teacher like we have our kindergarten teachers they get to work with kindergarten teachers at other districts who are either at the same level or a year
ahead of them so that there's a there's a good share [Music] portion yes no that was me telling people that we recognize that we have audio difficulties again tonight we do have one handout um and we'll acknowledge that during the college comment reports many reports policy [Music] um [Music] um make some changes to the policy [Music] um [Music] um [Music] um any questions for that uh uh second reading would be to just do a motion to adopt the student attendance point are 63. well i'm worried i'm sorry no no that's that's that's that's craig's job yeah but so so the next part of business so nobody has any questions for that on the uh we're going to roll into old business policy second reason student tests anybody have any questions or concerns with the way
that policy is written all right everybody's familiar with it and especially the second reasons now we go to our 63. he resolved the board of education about policy 7110 as read at the may 11 2021 may 25th 2021 board meetings can i get a motion version second second questions or concerns in favor first policy reading i'll see 3460 diversity equity and inclusion that you have some comments that you made very short is a starting point for us to transform um that's really that's what we would think um short amount of time uh i'm curious if you compare this with the non-discrimination purpose overlapping [Music] because i i remember when we went through that last year i felt it maybe was not as complete as it could have done but we did go through some iterations
there in any case we are currently working out the second thing on this [Music] this is like a startup exercise um and that the task force is probably not a permanent uh standing uh district right but this is a permanent policy so i'm guessing the content would be to take that feedback from the district and um incorporate policy changes and cycle but i think it's gonna be a long one [Music] policy forth and to pass point um at this current juncture task force seems to be most appropriate we get it off the ground and then we can go from there whether you know there needs to be uh whether this is a charge of an existing committee or some committee of an existing committee or maybe sometime down the road it warrants um you know
committee on its own but i think we at least need to get it off the ground to your point and go from there yeah at this point i feel pretty good [Music] down the road is um only i'm thinking you know basically our list of board reviews and district level on an annual basis is right now the list is last year's agenda which is maybe not sticky enough but do you think that there needs to be more organized way of just got many just yeah i'm not not clear on i just had noticed it a bunch and i was under impression that most of these were statements the ones that come to my nervous if we're mind to start writing them ourselves and you know and we have not gotten yet um you know finally
i'm expecting whatever comes down more if it stays [Music] a later date we might want to change it but it can't be changed i don't think we need to do college necessary it doesn't need to be done in depth but that's not a subcommittee thing when the board has to take responsibility for monitoring alignment with the policy you know that's that's policy that makes sense but i'm happy once a year touching on this for now well so i'm going to do this exercise this year we'll probably have a longer discussion this year than follow-up losers but um hopefully we're going to get some metrics out of this once a year other questions or comments um uh a good practice that we're doing is very similar to a policy that we already have but we've done
that a couple of yeah i think the non-discrimination policy was a reporting process mostly um there was no um okay annual budget vote and election held on may 18th 2021 as reported by denver pottberg mr clerk and chairperson of the annual meeting as well [Music] student rep we're gonna have one budget pass thank you mike everybody else that helped out on and we have chris spencer death coming back thank you denise gonna get a motion on 64. questions or comments all in favor anybody opposed [Music] parents okay thank you for the part of your yes thank you all right r65 be it resolve the board of education accept the consensus before you finish that one i just wanted to uh i think he's on the call um just wanted to uh acknowledge steve um our
supervisor of transportation who's going to be retiring um i can't tell you how much um steve has done to us over the years but in the last year coded the flexibility uh and the challenges with um drivers who were quarantined or we're injured and it's gonna really talk to you with their transportation and so a shout out to steve and the entire department um like all of our staff who've stepped up this year um to really try to make a difference but steve we wish you the best in your retirement yeah i would uh speaks on the call uh i was going to congratulate it but i'm not talking to him right now thanks steve uh great job um i know where you live so i'm not gonna get away from this real easy yet
but thanks a lot for everything you did right [Music] handle itself okay uh the special ed you want to work out your own time so it may or may not need to be in future agenda items unless it's a good place to park that for a reminder then the second thing is i think that uh we should try to get some uh feedback maybe justin can help us out maybe some of the teachers that work on this project maybe a quick little bump into the hall and get their feelings and how far how deep we should go into that capstone project and i'll reach out to everybody i'll work we can always well we may not have any decisions made that we justin may already have thoughts in his head and some of the uh
teachers and you know sort of like what sal said i kind of feel that way too everybody had a great opportunity they were home this year um so there's plenty to think about here but you can't make it just tonight oh yeah i think we should look into the future of it to see its relevance [Music] um okay so those are a couple of future data items that i think i wanted to hear mark anyways i think we're going to react to them relatively quick but yeah i'll work with you and pat in terms of finding a meeting independent just just in respect to your time and balance out the different executive sessions for the rest of the year any other uh board members have your gender or concerns question matt uh can someone remind
me where the parking [Music] is it friday friday um friday reports and at the bottom of friday reports oh it's very okay thank you and so during covet i kind of gotten out of the habit of doing the friday report in the board docs but diane just so you know goes in and puts them in there so if you want to go back and don't want to look for any of my emails to you then all the friday reports or friday endnotes are in there so it could very well be that you haven't been in there in a while and haven't seen that second public comment i do believe uh chris spencer so i'm promoting chris to the floor hopefully he didn't leave it up the whole time chris guys how are you nice to
nice to speak um i i just i have to say uh just as a as a member of the public here uh it was extremely hard to to um to hear the meeting and i know there was comment about that last meeting so um so so i hope we i hope we work on that uh because it was it was nearly impossible to hear you know a good 75 of the the meeting so um i just wanted to to say that in this opportunity uh and that's that's the extent of my comment thank you chris we um we're very frustrated as well we thought we had a solution in place that was going to work tonight and we'll revisit with our department something that's frustrating raise your hand everyone was having difficulty again with the
audio the solution we put in place um to come off of the uh larger system didn't appear to be working as it was tested so okay get a second favorite i do not anticipate good night everybody
