001for good evening we'll begin with the Pledge of Allegiance I alance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for it stands one nation God indivisible with liy and justice for all like to welcome everyone and U remind everyone that this meeting is being live streamed and also recorded um I'll be presiding until the board president is elected since this is our organizational meeting so um beginning with oath of office Earl tager Chelsea Morrison and Pat Sullivan have already taken the oath of office um that was provided by Philip Marsh who's a notary public and that occurred earlier today conflict of interest form approval is the first item on our agenda then for a vote um asking for approval for conflict of interest for Travis and Lorie sheeper sove second

012lot of efforts of a lot of people that planning work that is school improvement work that is Staff kids and parents and a lot of school Improvement team efforts and they have really knocked it out of the park and we're excited about that so congratulations to that entire team and everyone um PK all the way to 12 who makes that difference so congratulations to the high school in the 93.6% well done here I wish they were here we could ask them to take a walk typically they are here um and um we will the board I would encourage everyone to reach out um again to the administrative staff at the high school um the um all of the staff not just Administration right all of them um who play an impact in making sure that
