002here um to speak um to the board Mr Spar real real quickly before minut I'll make it real quick okay okay I'm here to try and understand why my daughter and son-in-law was treated so bad by the ihsaa uh they made a decision back in December to remove their son from Jennings County and it was solely based on the verbal abuse he was receiving and I uh you know uh show me where this is wrong I mean you know he they made a decision to okay and then uh this is the only reason and then and they made this decision back in December in May of 23 Dustin and Cory met with boys team heard rumors that some of them was going to transfer well we will not sign waivers for you fine but why
003didn't somebody come to the parents or the boys say what's the problem guys I love this County I'm 70 years old I've raised all my kids here and my grandkids and uh it's just it's it's not right that he is going to be denied his senior year he's not D1 player he's got one year basketball left and I I just somebody should have asked the boys why why are you de wanting to leave Jennings County I I would I mean I care I coach out of Brush Creek my boys see me in a ball game they come up and give me a hug say hi coach how you doing that's what it's all about at the end of the day and the last thing I'm going to say in closing is that I'm asking the

009hearing no other questions we'll go down under new business we have under programs an in inclement weather days plan yes just an inform we will be following the same plan for inclement weather or snow days if you will um this year as we have last year the state allows the district three asynchronous learning days that's where students don't have to be logged into live lessons so we utilize those first we have used one of those days Friday so we have two for this year available and then we'll move to Virtual learning where students do have to be logged in at a certain time if we were to have a bad uh winter and need those that many days but to asynchronous followed by virtual if needed and we do have some built-in days just in
