The board of education for the Cani Valley School Corporation hereby holds a public ratification meeting on the tenative collective bargaining agreement in accordance to NDI code. The required notices have been posted by the on the school corporation website. U so a few a few highlights. It's
003a two-year contract. health insurance. Um, a premium contribution for the month of February will be paid by the self- insurance fund and not uh individuals. There's a retirement incentive uh for this school year only for those that retire at the end of the year. And then the compensation model is $1,000 across. Someone was here last year with the sufficient evaluation, they moved down $1,200 uh for a total of $2,200. And then uh per Indiana law, the early literacy endorsement was added for an indust an additional $400. Those are just the highlights. So at this time, I recommend it uh that the floor be open for public comment regarding the collective bargaining agreement. Okay.
