Two patrons were heard during the public testimony. Also um reviewing board policy 6250 required ADM counts for the purpose of state funding and verification of residency and membership. Uh this is a board policy that lists different items that our our students are required to provide or their parents to the corporation to prove their residency and different items. And it
003was the last approved uh January 27th of 2025 within this calendar year. And we appreciate Ryan Rusk, officer Ryan Rusk, our SRO in the evening being here and he's been going around. We met with our principles last week and it was a good meeting and Ryan makes sure to uh goes to Wheatfield and Deont after school programs and then he visited visits the other schools. 007we'll start with curriculum with staffing with Mr. Spana. Um stepping we seem to be doing really well with that. Um curriculum wise our teachers have been busy with training with the smacks writing which we've done the last couple years. Uh readable English which is new for some remediation exact path which is also new. Um that's to based on the island checkpoints. that'll match up that data and then help kids with areas that they need some assistance with. And then uh we just got uh title two and title four the amount that we will be getting from federal government on that. So I'm in the process of writing the grants to to fill that. 008at our next meeting on October 13th, there'll be a number of things happening with the upcoming lease and bond issue. We'll be holding a hearing on the lease. Uh there'll be an additional appropriation hearing. Also there'll be a resolution authorizing the execution of the the lease and the additional appropriation. There'll be a resolution approvement and formation of the building corporation. There'll be a resolution to assign construction bids to the building corporation once it's approved. There'll be a resolution approving a supplement to our continuing disclosures for the new bond issue. There'll be a resolution approving the order of the lease and a resolution approving issuance of bonds and supplemental trust. Those things will be coming next meeting probably the most that goes on.
