Heat. Hey, hey, hey. Hey. >> [music] >> kicking straight off onto Mario Kart. But any welcome to another exciting night of esports competition is Rocky League and Mario Kart competition. Tonight Mario Kart team is going through the Triforce Cup. Our starting match is Wario's Gold Mine followed by Rainbow Road, then Ice Ice Outpost, and finally Hyrule Circuit. Looks like we are currently holding sixth and seventh. A little funny joke there. third and by the looks of it dropped down to eighth. So, we got one high spot and a couple lows. jumping up to first and second. That's pretty good. And I believe we actually have third as well. Unfortunately, I can't see that we have third, but off the little mini map in the right side of the player screens, it looks like we are
holding first three and looks like fifth as well. Think we're about to take top four though. Crossing my fingers, hoping we do. Our lineup for tonight is EMTT aka Lego Master, who we see playing the green Yoshi right now. Lane aka Turtle Lover who's playing Luigi. Asher aka Library Boy who's playing White Yoshi. And Sebastian aka Dingis Man who's playing Link. So now looks like we are holding top four by a pretty decent lead. EMTT leading our team with first place and a quite a big lead. Wario's Gold Mine used to be one of my favorite maps. I just kind of don't really like it anymore, which is really weird. It's a really fun map. And looks like we finished top four team is like I can't believe we're starting off strong with that. That
is pretty nuts that we are going strong right off the bat. 29 to 10 with a 19point lead. Now we move on to Rainbow Road. One of the all-time favorites from the entire franchise. A yes, a very wide variety of the selection there. Pretty peanuts. Starting off strong with first, second, and third. It looks like we had someone drop down into fifth. I love Mario Kart. It's so fun. I love getting like the full value dress. Such a nice boost. Perfect ramp from lane, but go straight into a banana and off the map. I would have held the drift out just a little longer to get past that turn. We are now on to the last lap with Lane. He is slowly but surely catching up to the pack of our team, the opponent team
I should say. Top three in sixth place. Not bad. Not bad. That keeps us in the lead. 56 to 22. We doubled with two extra. Pretty solid turnout. Well, actually, it was more than two extra. It's 22 * 2 is 44. Math is not mathing apparently. Looks like two people uh have the wrong map selected, but it's fine. We move on to ice outpost. It has been a hot minute since I've seen anyone play Ice Ice Outpost. Good starts from the entire team. Fighting for top four. It looks like Lane just missing the shortcut. Fell behind a couple placements. It looks like he's going to use these shells to hopefully take them back. Someone stole his boxes from them. hits the shortcut this time. Buys himself a placement. EMTT's holding first place. Good job to
him. Lane's catching up in third. Just now having to pass this Peach in order to take second. Just misses the second half of the shortcut, though. That's a little unfortunate. That would have been really cool. Pulls into third. Still chasing that peach. Looks like we have Sebastian who just dropped down to looks eth. Nope. Oh, he's catching up. Never mind. EMTT holding this strong lead. Lane's catching up. Is he going to hit it? Just misses that shortcut again. He's going to use one of four mushrooms that he just pulled to pass this upcoming peach. He can land this shell. Oh, just barely right behind the peach. Almost gets second place though, but he holds third. So, we have first, third, fourth, and seventh place. EMTT holding strong with two first places back to back. Oh
yeah, three now. Now we move on to Hyrule. Hopefully everyone from the opposing team chooses the right map. And they did. I hope we play Hyrule. Also looking at the uh what you want to call it, the little Wii characters. little me characters. We have a Peter Griffin. We love the Peter Griffin. going to leave off while we have three up in high positions. We're going to jump over to Rocket League. Oh my. >> Okay. Looks like we are in the lead with four and O. Pretty strong lead. Oh, wait. We're red. Oh. Oh, that actually does kind of make sense because tonight our Rocky League team is currently number two in the league with eight wins and one loss. And tonight we're facing state champions and currently number one in the league, Hobart High
School. I was wondering what was happening. Carter with the epic save. getting some pretty crazy uh aerials going on. So tonight we're running our big three, which is Bartalo aka X Dark Ninja, Carter aka 97 Nova 65, and Jordan aka Stari Strixie, however you want to say it. Lots of different ways to say it. Even he says it a lot of different ways. Just pretty crazy. It's his username. Jordan coming in with the save. We have lots of Finex. Looks like Hobart's running all Finnick. I think we're actually running a couple Octane. Yes, it looks like Valulla is actually the only Finnick on our team. Carter and Jordan are both on Octane, which is the second best car in the game. Hobart just missing that last goal. >> The team's just like, we don't know
what just happened. >> Also, all of Hobart's running 16 ping. Holy amazing ping. We're only running 64, but 16. Oh my god, that's like some insane internet connection, too. Speaking of internet connection. A huge shout out to our local internet provider, Adams Wells Internet Telecom. They are directly responsible for our esports players being able to compete because of their incredibly fast and reliable fiber internet service. If you're in the market for internet or phone service, check out adamswwells.com. That's adams with an swells.com. Looks like the team is making a strategy for how they're going to run next match. Going into Champions Field. Well, they get a standoff kickoff. We're going to jump over to Mario Kart over immediately within just a couple seconds getting that goal. 13 seconds exactly. So, now we are on to
round two of the Triforce Cup. There we go. Had to think of it for a second. And if you didn't know, for Mario Kart, the team with the highest score at the end of those courses win the match and we play best two out of three for the circuits. So this is round two. If we win this, then that is game. If we don't, then we move on to game three. Looks like we're holding first, second, looks like third, and eighth. [snorts] Looks like we end off Rainbow Road with top three and fifth. Pretty good stats, I must say. We're just under about six points, I believe, from doubling them. Now we're on to Ice Ice Outpost. Hopefully, everyone selects it this time cuz someone put Wario's Gold Mine instead of Rainbow Road, which is
a very common occurrence. Why we choose the wrong map on a circuit that only has four? Who knows? People do people, I guess. Strong starts from everyone. Looks like we're taking off in fourth and third from EMTT and Lane. Bald closely behind with Asher in fifth who just now dropped to seventh. Lane missing that shortcut yet again. Come on Lane, you got it. Start drifting a little sooner. Don't hit your own teammate. Also, are we Oh, that's a name tag. I saw Caramel and I was like, are we fighting Caramel High School again? I thought we did that previously. Song Kunk. That's a interesting username. Cart shove into the wall. That's a little nasty move, especially on your own teammate. Lane just missing the connect onto the track. Just missing it again by matter of
frames. A couple wall hits on to last lap. Looks like the peach from earlier that Lane was trying to overpass to get second is now holding first, who's right in front of Sebastian holding second, getting followed closely by Baby Mario. But Emma and Asher both following them very closely at that. EMTT passing the baby Mario to take second. I believe Sebastian actually took third final race. Let's see if we can round this off for the win. EMTT just barely going into the grass but getting that speed penalty. mushrooms through the grass. That's a pretty smart shortcut, especially if you have mushrooms to spare. That way you don't have to deal with the uh the speed. Lane snagged the the little gift box from Son Gunk on the opposing team. Looks like Asher has a pretty
big lead in first. Moving on to our last lap. This Peach and Baby Mario are pretty dang good. holding first, third, fourth, fifth, and uh sixth. There we go. Fourth is not what you want to call it. I think baby Mario is forest. Looks like Lane couldn't catch first in time, but he did get second. And it looks like we held not first, but second through fifth, which is pretty good. And that makes a win. Thank you for joining us tonight on an amazing day of a bunch of Mario Kart. Unfortunately, we had to reschedu our uh Rocky League due to some technical difficulties and poor Wi-Fi, unfortunately. So, we will be back with that sometime within the next weekish, two weeks. >> But yeah, [snorts] we'll be back with that. So, thank you for
joining us again. We'll see you not Monday, but tomorrow for another stream at 5:00 p. p.m. >> Not tomorrow. Never mind. >> Monday. >> Guess we don't have a game tomorrow. Peter.
