002like 12 weeks but yeah this season seven of our players have made it into the top 32 for the regular season and have the chance to compete for one of the four spots at state finals on April 28th this is a single elimination bracket that you should be able to see pop up on the screen eventually so once you lose you are out for the season no losers we want no losers from blufton no losers here we are so yes top four moves on to the next round and yeah let's uh introduce our players we got high stakes coming up for these players first up finishing uh the regular season in ninth place with a 16 and 20 record EMT AKA Lego Master there's the intros next up finishing 25th overall with a record of

006pretty high up on the board setting up for some big moves there we go a double quad quads are clearing four lines uh in one move got done with that line block the cyan one and they are one of the most damaging moves in the game the most damaging moves that you're going to see come out are the quad just a as you saw okay t- spins which we will probably see later on most likely not with this match and it's not a t-pin kind of guy but we will see that later all right and the most damaging is all clears where you don't have a single block on the board okay they take a complicated amount of setup that I do not know and probably never will because I don't want to learn it
007all right so at least uh the Lego Master got win number one then I take it yeah that is uh round one first to three wins the match all right and I can see that uh I can see that little format up at the top I believe uh going off of that I think this is first two three full game wins which means if you make it to three round wins before your opponent does that gets you a game first to three of those wins yeah we really trying to weed out and get the best of the best in this playoff tournament it looks like blon's got a pretty good chance of sending quite a few guys on yeah looking at those records so yeah we do have a great Squad a very impressive Squad
008there are of course those big players from the other schools mainly uh the big players that you will see mentioned in this league stalo and Opie okay those are the two other uh Titans of the league oh tented cargo get him pretty high up on his board emit got to figure out some sort of move to finish him off he's not really in the greatest position to do that though double coming through yeah that's big damage coming through from temped cargo let's see he's got a triple coming up oh okay that might might have been a Mis drop but yes M drops are mistakes that's just we to say mistake yeah tented cargo can get some finishing move oh uhoh there go that was saw that warning sign I know that doesn't good yeah the

012okay tell me about this next part over on there like right beside so they get to choose which one of those they want to go down next is that what it is that little next area oh yeah that that next area is just showing you what the next block okay so it does it goes up and you got to take whatever you get you don't get to choose that yeah you just have to take whatever is next gotcha but you do get to take whatever is in your hold column it starts each round empty but the first time you press uh left shift it will put the block that's currently out into your hold and you can swap out kind of save it yeah you can save it and then you can swap out the

014yeah way more complicated gam playay here there's there's the t- spin that I was talking about from earlier okay you make a t-shaped hole with your blocks and then you spin the T block into it and it is worth just as much as a full quad clear so they are pretty damaging that's what we see a lot in Quad clear is like all four then like a box is that what yeah a quad clear is clearing four lines okay all in one move and the t- spin only clears two lines but because it's a t-pin it does the same amount of damage as a quad it's more complicated gotcha that was quick wow Clay is on it Firestorm yes oh yeah that's kind of that's kind of confusing or Firestorm yeah his his tag in
015Tetris is nightwalk but it's we got him registered as firestorm in the league I don't know it's like it's like with Hunter having two gamertags lazy soul and sugar Lords gotcha gotcha oh the te- spin triple I didn't even bring up the te- spin triples well whatever mating seem to work a little bit there's a lot of gray on that side yep t-pin triples are t-pins that clear three lines instead of just two and they do even more damage than the t-pin doubles and the quads yes that's one of the many ways to get damage in this game there's another round for clay Clay's on it yes and yeah the method that you'll be seeing for a lot of our players it's either going to be a bunch of t- spins or the occasional quad
016and a lot of players on our team like the small combos because the more uh like the bigger your combo is by just clearing as many lines as you can like each time a piece is dropped down good win for clay there uh that multiplies your damage more and more okay okay wow well that didn't take long nice job clay yes clay gonna move on in this tournament now I have Clay in class so I'm going to say some of these visual art skills that I learning in my class is helping you with this game what do you think Jaden I mean you got to be good with your eyes I agree I knew have taken my class A couple of times and look at where you're at so a good point I think there's

024regular season tied for fourth but I guess because they needed you know uh one person to occupy each seed they put them at seed five gotcha wow oh there we go that was quick nice job dark ninja yep these high level competitors you're going to be seeing uh quick games with the higher levels yeah way quicker games even when a higher level faces higher level that's why usually in uh in ranked in like random match ranked the higher level you are uh it will start turning into first to fives instead of first to threes gotcha but this league no matter what your level is just sticks the first of Threes so how do you send that garbage over to try to explain that to me so it's whatever block is going down that's wow that
025was just so quick there we go can you explain that garbage to me because I'm I mean I know it's the gray part over there well kind of you got to send it over to get to the gray but how do you decide what to send for garbage um well I guess you don't really decide it just does it so oh it does it yeah so it's depending on like what kind of clear you did like just three single Line clears in a row will send like one or two lines of but the more complicated the more setup you require for a clear like a t- spin requires more setup so it'll send more garbage a quad requires a good amount of setups so it's how your setup is down on your side how many
