001[Music] a [Music] a [Music] a [Music] no no probably [Music] how people Shack has before it should be fine hello everyone hello I am Jordan I am Aiden and welcome to uh week six of the ihcn uh 2425 regular season ENT today the bluff and cyber Tigers will be facing off against Hobart High School Davis yeah yeah I my bad Ben Davis yeah JV will be going against Ben Davis I would assume hobar is for Varsity yeah Hobart is for Varsity so some of our uh JV members tonight is Adriana also known as Galaxy cat we also have Kaden also known as megaphone 671 we also have Ash who is known as ashy pool 01 and we also have Robbie also known as Robert Jurg 56 we have Scott also known as Electro one and

002Corbin also known as Onyx Vib 28 all right and how the scoring works is that each person eliminated is one point first person to Four Points wins and we'll just see how this goes mhm uh so something different for this year is that we are now competing in a best of three format so basically what that means is there are no ties anymore as was possible last year and I'm actually a big fan of that cuz I didn't like getting on a tie it's much more cut and dry you know like this team won this team lost it's not maybe this team is better than the other but we're out of time you know yeahoo okay um and this should make for more satisfying matches all right so check it out the the match is

003going on right over there yep so I'm excited about this and I see they're playing hero so hero is a really good character for me to play against I usually play as him actually more often and it looks like they're sending out H oh uh are they going are they oh oh okay and they're going again and Kaden will be going up first playing as Kirby so he appears to be using his up special and his Dash attack it's really good hero wasting his turn um the thing about hero is he is a lot of RNG you're going to you're going to be seeing okay so let's explain this first Hero's down be is called the command selection and when he uses his command selection it allows him to select a command it's it basically

004has like 20 different commands that he can possibly select and I'll be explaining them as we go through yeah because it's kind of hard to remember them all now Kirby is known for using his down smash which is basically just sends him down flying to the ground in like whatever shape he uses and a lot of Kirby players use that so that could be a major downfall of this matchup it could be him like reading what he's going to do and whatnot so two projectiles have been used Kaboom which is just a giant a giant projectile that explodes after a certain amount of time or when it hits an enemy um psyche up Powers up his next move crackle slash is just a really strong ice attack all right down throw with psyche up so

005that's a really good down ooh he almost hit him with that forward smash but he does hit him with the flame slash which is basically just crackle slash but with a fiery effect instead of a nice one the two kind of cancel each other out all right a dash attack getting up some good damage but the hero also get some damage as well this looking pretty this looking pretty crazy for snooze Kaden's talking to himself in the little face cam which is pretty cool I tend to do that myself actually yeah he he might be hyping himself up oh dang Heroes really giving Kirby the Juke he was for tilting all over the place oh and heroes forward smash sends Kirby out will Kirby take a stock before his character dies before he like it

006it's looking like it's looking like it those Dash attacks are pretty good psyche up again so he better watch out yep and this hero should better watch out for this Kirby yeah oh and a psyched up Dash attack oh that's not that's never good down be just a little too early oh powering up his side be oh he almost fell off the ledge in a in an icicle I guess it's like the the opposite of a blaze of glory Kirby now does have a okay recovery when it comes to this game but he also has about five to six jumps MH so that could be useful in helping him getting off of the like getting away from the ledge yeah oh oh oh that's a great hit from the hero dang Kaden does not look

007too pleased but hey good round one good round one good round one this hero is showing to be a Worthy compe oh yeah I'm I'm very excited for where this match is going to go uh but like I said before hero is a lot of RNG so what could potentially happen is he just gets gets lucky and gets a critical hit so so that didn't happen this round but Hero's smash attacks have a have a kind of low chance to be a critical hit which basically increases how much damage and knockback they do um it's all the smash attacks up smash forward Smash down smash all of them yeah and back smash which is basically forward smash yeah is yeah all right so it looks like our next player is going to be Scott yep

008he's playing pyro mythra so I'm very excited for how this is going to go we used to have a pyro mythra on our JV team in uh courtesy of Izzy uh but now she's on Varsity so we'll probably get to see her later oh yeah for sure yeah so pyro mythra versus hero I'm excited to see how this match will turn out all right so are they going to TA no oh bounce okay that basic reflects projectiles and yeah yeah pyus side be is a projectile so yeah can't use her side be now I want to be careful when it comes to that yeah lots of Dashing around the um board I don't know why they're using the roll so much cuz yeah cuz a certain thing with rolls is they can become stale when

009used too much and it lowers their invincibility and also makes them slower like hero is nowhere near him stop stop rolling you're making it worse oh looks like you psych up there we go that's pretty good oh oh almost killing the hero oh down smash oh will he get a stock it's looking like it mhm I feel like this oh wow I just realized he's got pyup and one thing pyup also does is it does extra damage on Shields leading to really easy Shield breaks and if your Shield breaks in this game it's basic your opponent basically gets a free hit they get to do what they cuz you're dazed oh not punishing off of the off of daing hero over there though he instead rolls away all right all right changing the changing the

010pyra all right mhm for those of you who don't know pyra and Mithra are two of the same are two characters in one body I guess I don't know you could switch between them anytime you want pyra is more for like heavy damage dealing while oh oh that's Klang so basically Okay so clang basically turns hero into a metal statue and he can't do anything so what you should do when hero cangs is run up to him wait a little bit and start holding forward smash so that way when he gets out of it he can't hold shield in time now it is all about timing though and if you don't get that time off like the Split Second he's done he could punish you and you could probably get a lot of percentage off

011but yeah all right but it would that's not a bad idea mhm kind of an interesting name for this other school mad Jax I wish I knew the lore behind that who is Jax and why is he so mad exactly he might need to he might need to take a chill pill like is he angry or insane oh wa o oh she's going for oh wow all right oh and a Dash attack wow all right and this oh but hero does lose a stock so good job to oh kamakazi that is exactly what it sounds like that's detrimental right there it's exploding yourself that's that gives us a good Edge right there yeah clap for Scott he got that kill heck yeah good job good job Scott good job Scott you forced him to kamakazi

012you're doing amazing so now he can't use that anymore well I mean he could but it wouldn't do anything yeah if it if the kamakazi ends the match then obviously your opponent wins yeah unless you're unless you're in like a thre person deal yeah in which case the game would still go on oh hitting him with the side special oh and the up special knocking him over to the right side I'm excited for what's going to happen here H shielding shielding that's good oh oh and a down air Hero's Aerials aren't really that good oh yeah we we've been so caught up in this match we haven't talked about how MP works so all of Hero's special attacks use a certain amount of MP and he can only have 100 at a time so yeah

013you might be seeing there home thinking this character is extremely broken but the thing about hero is he can't always use his magic he actually has to use his sword and like physical attacks like grabs and and forward smashes and Aerials and stuff in order to build up his MP which basically gives which basically Nerfs hero and why he isn't used more in competitive play but let me wow what a play fives all around in a fist bump too wow good job what a play that is so good to see I'm very happy about that good job Scott good job Scott I tip my hat to you but I don't have a hat same same and now we got the match down here oh yeah oh yeah it's like it's like right down there I

017here yeah I usually go for the shirt off variants personally but that's just me all right now I believe incinerar does have a pretty good grab attack if I remember he has one of the strongest back throws in the game probably also beating Nest but just barely though like it's really good ooh nice hit nice hit nice punish oh shoot o oh oh side to the nice recovery that's good that was scary okay he's definitely learned a thing or two so what you just saw o was that Robbie absorbed a hit from Seth broth and now he's glowing with fire on him so what that basically means is his next move is powered up it's kind of like hero pyup in a way oh but it looks like he lost it yes you can lose

018it if you um oh shoot oo you can lose it if you either die or get hit too many times it's quite it's quite detrimental if you lose it so this SEO is currently taking out quite a few members look at that and now incinerar has purple orbs around him almost breaking nice punish nice punish good punish right there yeah but those purple those purple orbs um basically what they do is they fly around you and you can have up to five at a time oh nice Spike nice Spike oh sorry I'm just trying to find words you're fine I'm not even saying a tongue twister why am I legit trying struggling to find words anyways when those orbs are around you you have a limited amount of time before the orbs go in for

019the attack and they hurt you so it's basically like a time bomb strap to you oh upy on stage almost killing ooh oh oh that's not how you should punish a shield dude you should for Tilt The Shield but you should up the sepo on stage when he's in that specific St good job taking that stock good job taking that stock you're doing amazing oh shoot so far he is robbing them of their St oh no oh oh I thought he had a chance to recover maybe he did maybe maybe he would have if he teched it I'm not sure all right all right that's a grab and a forward smash oh there you go punishing him for that that's really good all right so incin so seph's trying to keep his distance use some

020projectiles which incinerar doesn't have yeah but seph Ro does also seem to be going in for the hits a lot oh wow there's a for smash yeah SEO really has an advantage with that long sword of his it means incin can't really get in and punish him for it you know unless he counters but that can only do so much cuz he does take damage when he does counter oh an up smash nice up smash yeah seph's sword is super long it's gives him gives him the range it gives him the range which is very scary how good he's doing all right using his neutral special Robbie trying to counter it but it didn't actually confirm all right trying to use his up be on stage which I don't know if that's a good idea

021cuz it's a lot of hey good good job Rob good job you took a stock yeah that looked painful though I know zro put his sword in through his forehead and out his foot o that oh he skewered that in C that is a shame and now we're on to our last player and our opponents are on their second so let's see if Adriana I'm assuming I might yeah it could be Adriana I mean oh y Adriana the team captain is stepping up she's like I believe I believe she plays Lucario she does she does she plays it really well and she's played it for a very long time if you watched us last year you would you would know how much she played that Lucario oh my gosh and I believe Lucario does have

022a really good counter it's sort of good you know like it teleports Lucario across the stage so they can come in for another hit but sometimes Lucario teleports like in a bad position so instead of hitting the opponent they have to recover and get back on stage which ultimately defeats the point of the counter yeah but let's just see how good this counter will do against the SE separo and that's assuming she uses it she may not she may use like her AOS spheres you know to to keep uh Sethro at Bay you know oh yeah for sure cuz oras Spears take less time than uh than seph's neutral special to charge up so she can fire them in really quickly oh yeah for sure so seph has to jump off the stage because he

023lost a stock and we need things to be fair if you lost your stock it's gone you can't get it back by the next round sorry not sorry Downer yes oh let's go I called it he's he's he's uh predictable all right all right so they both taunted and they do that to basically say hey we're ready let's do this it's like fist bump Perfect all right grabbing that's good zro countered the wrong way he's using his his own he's using the uh purple orbs quite a b kind of it's kind of a a similar situation here about the range yeah that cuz Lucario is in like close up and that long sword of SEO can really deal some damage yeah and I've also noticed like how how sepharad sword is on platforms cuz platforms

024are pretty wide but uh seph's sword up smashed like pretty much covers the entirety wow extending all the way behind him kind of like ne's up smash but with like way more range oh he missed the grab oh oh and he pared that okay so basically a Parry is just a perfect Shield if you let go of the shield button right before something hits your character will Parry it and you won't take any Shield damage and you can really easily punish right after the Parry when if you're the person parrying with like a grab or something especially if you parry like like um I don't know you can Parry a grab like a forward smash or something that would be easy to Parry yeah but something like a projectile would be kind of hard okay

025Dash attack Adrian's on her last stock and she has uh eight to take but I believe in her she can take eight stocks before losing one she's got this oh yeah for sure for sure besides this seat's probably the best player they have oh yeah for sure it definitely seems like it yeah it definitely does counter there ooh counter dashed right into the counter quite scary oh for smash oh next game she going to recover good try try good try wi are we able to do interviews are we able to do interviews yet like we might we might um if it's oh jeez in did you see that zro start walking in the fire you can't do that that would hurt that would hurt yeah walking in fire is dangerous you can't do that I

028percentages are very even and despite how he looks Terry is actually kind of a heavyweight too if fact he's heavier than Ridley that's wild I know I cannot believe it Ridley is really skinny though yeah Terry's probably got those Rock lead training weights oh no now he's got go meter and basically what go meter does is if you do correct what oh sorry we got an intruder in the room a mouse came in the room real big one really big one it's a reference you can't get mad at that okay really are you okay would you rather me call you little okay skinny mouse came in the room oh Ash took the first stock Ash took the first stock um anyways uh Terry when he has that goal meter you could do very specific inputs

029to do really freaking powerful moves really powerful moves oh okay okay and we'll be a and we might see those later we might see Ash take um his first St oh he foot nice grab takes him over there that's good didn't punish him cuz Terry didn't Tech but I don't think that matters like Terry oh come on oh but he gets back close oh man Ash got shocked there put his hand to his mouth and everything oh oo I'm shocked too look at that you can't see it but my hand is to my mouth too golly okay Terry using the only projectile he has Power Wave nice pretty oh dang that down tilt is really being annoying it's really quick ni Parry that was a good Parry yeah down tilt into Power dunk wow oh

030and a forward smash too kicked him right in the nostrils oh but Bowser does grab the ledge and doesn't punish that forward smash one thing I haven't seen Bowser do too much is use his fire breath you know yeah it's a way it's a good way to pack on damage quite a bit oh there it is oh I spoke it into existence but Terry punishes the fire breath oh and a and a forward smash along too he punishes the down be as well actually yeah it's a down a down til and the power dunk he just loves those down tilts man I can just tell he picked up this character used the down til he's like I love this character oh yeah for sure but there tend to be moves like that I mean it

031was me for me it was ness's PK Fire I'm like I love this oh yeah oh yeah there's certain moves that certain people do that can just win you the game yeah oh and that was a nice grab the Terry okay now he punishes the down be as well oh so one thing I nice try one thing Ash tended to do a lot was jump high above ter and then come down really quickly but that's that's pretty I wouldn't recommend it is because it's kind of like the same situation with like a Kirby they go pretty high in the air and then they just do their down Smash and it takes him a while to get back on his feet and back in the action you know for sure and it just led to crazy

032punishes every single time um anyways so next up is Adriana again next up is Adriana again so let's see maybe she can take more stocks I wonder what the thought process is here I don't really know the Terry versus Lucario matchup so yeah it could it could I could see it going either way mhm now they are down one stock so that does give Adriana the slight Edge yeah so that's pretty good but we are but the whole team is down two stock so let's hope Adriana can clear it up you know but yeah Adriana does feel very confident against Terry so maybe that's that's pretty good that's pretty good that's pretty good I'm excited and as you saw down there Terry's special moves don't have to just be pressed with the special button you

033can actually you can actually use uh specific control sticks control stick movements and the a button which is pretty cool oh yeah oh yeah and they're off and and they're off and Terry taking First Blood down til into down til into Power dunk wow Shield seemed to be good and Adriana trying to counter but Terry doesn't budge oh man she hasn't even got a single hit in oh There She Goes the side the side gets the hit in all right oh and a forward smash so one thing we have yet to mention about Lucario is the more damage Lucario takes the higher the uh the higher the higher her damage output is I guess yeah a four smash when oh dud oh wow nice stock taken yeah nice punish from Terry let's see if Adriana

034can punish him just the same anyways um when a when uh golly when when Lucario is at high enough damage no depending on how high Lucario's damage taken is that's how much damage she'll do I guess the more damage she takes the more damage she deals yeah and it's not just damage stocks can also be effective if she's at one stock but her opponent's at three the aura will also activate there oh a forward smash that's pretty good A Dash attack oh but Terry grabs in a forward smash oh he's using the down air Terry spike is nasty absolutely nasty I bet oh oh she went super high in the air have been that might have been a might have been a little mistake oh all right that's good all right she gets back on

039actually has five special attacks While most characters have four you know like oh yeah most characters have four up smash wait up special neutral special down special and side special Terry actually has five cuz instead of just having a side special that turns around depending on the side you push he has a forwards facing special and a backwards facing special move which is pretty weird when you play him yeah but it also leads to plenty of mixups cuz his back special move is really good I just noticed incin keeps flexing after every single every single one of those I'm pretty sure oh and there he goes he just turns bicep to the to the carry has his go oh and he does it in the wrong direction which way should he go oh he didn't

040pun he didn't punish chry for going above the stage you know that would be a good opportunity to use like a down Smasher sign to hit his feet oh trying to get him oh ooh that's good that's good Terry was going to go for a buster wolf Terry was going to go for a buster wolf oh boy right what's he going to do oh neutral special Terry tries to go in from above and it sort of works like Robbie got knocked back oh oh and a Dash attack Terry's Dash attack is extremely powerful I think oh oh on the platform clap for yourself good job you did it you did it Robbie good job good job robbing him of that last stock oh bro fist that camera dude bro oh yeah you deserve it oh
