002you just have to play with it yeah it is um yeah a good attitude though we like we love to see a good attitude um so is is there uh is there any like real like real issues you see uh being in the future for it or like or just like this in general or are you pretty confident I'm pretty confident I would say um I don't see any real issues coming up I mean obviously there's going to be minor stuff that just happens you know you have to deal with it as it comes but I'd say overall as a team we're pretty confident I'm pretty confident we we're gonna do well especially today I feel like today is going to be a good one um but I don't feel any um anxiousness towards the
003future we're gonna do well nice nice nice uh and and I'll have one more question for you um as a state champion uh two times back to back back to back which is crazy um two times back to back how from just looking at the maps feeling feeling the new team do you think that a state championship is on the horizon this season I would say yes I would say um with our new member um Lily she's learning she's doing really well she has great FPS background um you know and the rest of team is similar to what we ran when we had our first OverWatch state champ so I feel like if we play like we did and even improve we have a really good chance I mean we played well the first season

006it like in the first place he's a he's a really really good player and not not only that but they've got a really good like cast of DPS players yeah I personally like Bastion and Noah's Bastion really well who knows how to deal damage at that time having the Golden Gun and everything for Bastion he is the man he's with the kids called Drift out absolutely uh not not only that but we can't forget Mac Mac is really good um mostly playing symmetra a lot from uh what we've been seeing uh this season Sim in this meta is going to be absolutely detrimental and glad glad to see him play in it it's uh it's one of those situations where it's like you know if you can't beat him join them uh as one should
007yeah uh and clearly clearly we can't forget about the support players Lily and Caleb Caleb Daly actually being the captain of the East sports team and Lily being a newcomer not so much of a newcomer though as she does have experience playing FPS yeah FPS a lot of a lot of uh first person shooters and she actually had a lot of um time on Varsity last year for um valorant and she performed really really well then even getting up to state um so we got a lot of good like older and newer Talent as Daley said so I'm very excited to see these upcoming matches and we're gonna we're gonna have an absolute blast of a time it is it is it is going to go absolutely crazy and I I can't wait alrighty and
008for the folks at home the first map is going to be it is going to be Nepal it is it is going to be a control map um Nepal is is is really good to the players that are playing at the moment they they actually really like the map and have been going over strategies and um overall well like well-beings of the map and for the folks at home what is control exactly mean okay so control is a specific point set in the uh middle of the map and someone has to go capture the point and get it to 100 like that's like King of the Hill yeah yeah yeah yeah it would it would uh it's it's more considered like it is most well known for being like a king of the hilltop game
009mode so that that'll be that'll be their first match is actually Nepal their second match being escort and then uh khaleesio for being their uh third map for resp respectfully is control escort and push um [Laughter] okay okay so um seeing these seeing these maps and seeing in seeing um how these players and how um daily was in fact reacting to Dorado Dorado not being so much of a strong suit um for having a notorious represent uh representation or you know representing itself as not for for okay okay now we're back sorry for the uh technical difficulties um so like I like I was talking about before and we was just yapping on about uh escort uh Dorado not being a super strong suit for um Caleb Daly but the rest of his team could
010in fact get a hold of that and make it their own match they they have a lot of potential as an entire team and columns are looking great great communication and most the most of the time clear comps yeah I personally think the best thing they do which game are they play is escort because they usually have either a support which is usually a sniper sit back on escort and the rest of them rush and push them back so the thing is about escort escort matches are really fun to watch depending on the map because um escort could be a super long game and you know you gotta love longer games it's just showing more of the content of the players exactly so um however the players may not like a longer match uh but
011escort always brings a good amount of excitement and value uh that I appreciate uh that comes to the game we will see we will see them interact uh see them go up in a moment we got about seven-ish minutes until the match actually starts uh at the moment they're just conversating with the Enemy team uh having a good old time uh so how are you feeling about this match uh personally I'm not a big fan of a watch too I think it is a great game do not get me wrong uh it's just I think OverWatch one was a little bit better in my opinion uh 6v6 yes a huge conversation going around right now whether or not 66 or 5v5 is um good and for players who don't know uh in OverWatch one uh
012there used to be a 6v6 where you could uh have two tanks um two supports and two dbs's uh and and so uh haven't haven't said all of that in OverWatch 2 it actually moved down to one one one tank uh oh they're getting into the match let's load into leighton's POV shall we all right it looks like Noah is also playing Bastion one of my favorite characters like I said yeah an absolute Bastion Fanboy you gotta love it but go composition that is so iconic to date um with this map it it is you have to join it or you will lose and we're gonna we're gonna see that in action tonight we're gonna we're gonna see Leighton going crazy mac daily Noah Lily we're gonna see them all perform amazingly tonight and I
013can't wait to watch it looks like Leighton is taunting the enemy right now uh more so taunting his friends being in spawn and busting down a move obvious as one does and spawn yeah yes as as as one does Now isn't it not a map that has a basketball game minigame yeah yeah that is that is actually most of the control Maps if not all the good drone Maps so you could be saying we kind of had a match basketball position and there could have been a match of basketball there were two uh the TP on the enemy side oh wow they are actually making so much space at the moment they have Orion versus the orisa as we all know that Ryan is actually weak against the orisa they're going on to a point
014that TP onto point for the players who can't get across with their Mobility abilities oh they're they're pushing it Forward they are they are holding them back wow it's it's insane they're not I don't think they'll get any value here oh it looks like fashion is asleep wow dude Layton absolutely just pushing them back like no one is going in triple insane getting getting the trip he like I said a lot of these players will are gonna are gonna do amazing wow or Reese or like Leighton getting the protection off uh right there for Max so that he stays alive amazing teamwork coming in from Layton you're gonna hear us chemistry all around yeah you're just absolutely this team it's amazing no damage from strange though teamwork as a whole um let's see so let's
015see what happens as a result of the Reinhardt just peeking and fire striking our damage is so much better yeah speak push ability dude they don't know what to do if if there was a creatures holding them back so effectively Matt goes down on a point on a point down and puts a village and Mac both at spawn bash and also dies daily dies wow almost a team wipe but they're at 91 percent oh there's that cheesy kill I was talking about oh wow wow dude these 91 at the moment they're just gonna absolutely push this and for the speed popping the alt oh but everyone gets out he rolled the McCree rolled out of the alt um Layton's low late and slow ah Leighton going down don't get too discouraged because we still have
016mac and Noah oh the reaper all doesn't do nothing there I didn't no I didn't see it no two of them two of them went down oh Tragedy looks like they're trying to TP right side and take High Ground they are trying they are going to be ending up on the team right side uh trying to trying to take that uh enemy team um are they able to do that's the question yeah that is the question will will the will they be able to perform and get this they're pushing they the symmetra wall goes down uh let's get leighton's point of view in here all the uh leighton's pushing into the gunfight gets the javelin they're at 92. they get that they get this easy first tick wow they almost came back from that oh
017oh the jiggle on that Reinhardt denying denying that shatter that's that's so sick that's so cool first point goes to bhmsd good job Tigers good job Tigers indeed we should also mention the other players school it is Ben Davis University High School yeah Ben Davis University uh is facing Bluffton at the moment and so far the match is talking about yeah uh so far uh our team is currently in the lead uh one to zero control Maps will go from uh we'll go to actually two to zero uh if the other team doesn't gain a point all right they're they're instantly going in there with Lucio's speed uh Lucio has the ability to actually uh Grant more speed to people going going for the TP up top they're going behind them trying to go trying
018to go for a flank at the moment um so far it it it's just uh it's just shots being fired the ram the Rams uh Shield goes up oh but the but the RAM is gonna get melted here over extended oh the into the Bastion elim into the turrets being gone Sim is going down wow only 10 they only had gotten 10 from that whole engagement Mac Mack laying down his turns you do know that these are very promote committable uh turrets they are super super hard to go against uh and especially where uh in a meta where lasers are everything it's it's insane it looks like the tping on them TP on to the objective but Max stays alive the support's absolutely coming in and saving and saving his life oh wow triple triple
019on Mac Wow like I said Sim is absolutely crazy this season and if you want to win this current meta you gotta run this team as as uh me and Leighton were uh having a conversation once and he actually discussed this as it is this meta at the moment is a if you can't beat him join them like like really um it's it's it's so hard to face this meta as all of these characters are fairly strong but the tree goes down but the tree goes down and he gets the elim Noah popped us all which was amazing Noah Noah going for the 2K wow regaining point back so would you think about here best spot at the moment they aren't focusing him too hard so yeah I think currently at the moment this Bastion
020is in a very very good spot um 70 30 at the moment wow looks like balls coming in they are they are focusing that top he might have to drop down but they but they're not going to push it they're not going to push they they acknowledged it but they won't end up be pushed they won't end up pushing the uh the height that uh uh Noah has right now Sim is actively low turn goes down uh ball is gone uh Wrecking Ball wow dude these insane late and going absolutely ham but he's low dying dying to two non-deflectables wow 99 to 30. and and it looks like Bob may be able to stall here no ball goes down fairly quickly that ball was really putting in trouble for him well played all around yeah
021absolutely these guys they're they're insane like this this is such a strong meta that they are running at the moment and Noah gets play of the game so deserved oh yeah uh there's that Bastion I just love yeah you you know you you love to see it you love to see this gameplay you hate yeah you dislike and hate the receiving side but you gotta you gotta love the results that you gain as your moments of playing Bastion howdy it looks like they are standing up for their next map which is Dorado which is an escort map so they had to stay on the car I believe yeah the cart the payload payload that's what it was sorry however uh daily did mention before that this is not really a strong suit of theirs this
022map so we will end up we if you know if everything doesn't go exactly according to plan we may end up seeing a loss this round which isn't gonna be the end of the world yeah because we are a huge blow it'll be a a partially decent blow coming in to uh from us but in the end the Tigers got this I I have full belief that the that the Tigers definitely got this oh yeah and going in with uh with the with pretty much the exact same meta that they had before it looks like there is yep the exact same meta except no eraser this time we're gonna see Sigma we're gonna actually see Leighton going crazy on Sigma as he is a very good Sigma player I won Sigma first got released to
023this game and he would just blew up yeah uh we're we're gonna end up seeing a lot of good stuff coming from all these players this match I I may sound like a broken record but these are really really good players let's get leighton's point of view into this match all right setting setting up for the uh for the site they have about 20 seconds before this this next match starts you have anything to say no not really I've barely seen Layton's gameplay with this character and I know I could just say that it's very good it looks like rooftop is also Prime position for him yeah they they they're gonna be they're going to be playing rooftop here as as it's going to be one of the best play uh best places holding height
024in any video game is going to be really good yes Obi-Wan has all taught us The High Ground is the only ground that is just factual information but they are going in currently they're just taking pop shots at each other oh but oh wow there's bash oh wow and the and the flank cover front coming in from Layton wow that was insane what what a what a series of events that just played out there getting the absolute elim onto the tank and then getting the flank cover in for uh for Noah oh wow the uh Genji Genji going back in up top oh they they've got monkey and Genji up top uh quite a deadly combo if I do say so much but but Genji goes down um currently Mac is just taking pop shots
025over at the Hanzo interesting pick for um competitive um you don't regularly seeing Hanzo um getting getting played in this sort of uh division yeah but see that's another Pro that's a great thing at the same exact time because you don't really know how to counter the Hanzo if you don't see him a lot that is that is true oh oh monkey ends up pushing them oh wow and for those at home monkey means Winston he's a big monkey yeah yeah we we we've as as the community of uh as OverWatch has grown we've uh just call him monkey we just could we just call a monkey we love we love Winston we we we we love we love a bit of good Winston gameplay uh but yeah we'll see Leighton take uh taking pop
026shots here uh trying to get this some tick damage off on this Genji so that he can build up the alt charge uh however his shield ends up taking a lot of damage here he won't be ending up putting it up he doesn't see it as too much value oh but but they do drop down and they do they do go for the push on to the devil wow their whole team is right there the Hanzo gets the headshot onto Mac wow that was insane how quick he went down was a diva is also really pushing in that wow instantly getting melted wow 10 player kill streak on Leighton at the moment he they're they're they're all going insane as as a team they are all doing amazing at the moment Noah and Leighton especially
027at the moment uh feeling feeling like feeling like the MVPs of this match and you know you'll love to see this oh [Music] really targeting that Diva right now yeah no Noah Noah gets real low here uh we won't we won't end up seeing any uh we will we will see the supports healing him uh oh wow the Leighton is just at their spawn he he gets the double pick wow dude Layton is causing the Stagger of a lifetime and if you don't know what staggering is uh it is when the enemy team starts coming in in pairs or like one at a time uh causing like less teamwork uh but they won't get the Stagger off as they do regroup Diva pushing Diva pushing top in the Hanzo all actually gets popped uh late
028and chilling in the back Lane is solving the supports and Noah gets the double kill wow Noah's going absolutely insane at the moment Diva goes down and this is overtime over wow yeah and for those at home while they were sitting on the payload and not just leaving alone is if the opponent meaning them sit on the payload they push it back wow that was that was an insane match they didn't get any distance on that payload no like it is insane watching this gameplay unfold right before of us and we're gonna see the orisa you don't know how much you love to see it on the original yeah I love to see the Arisa really because it's just it's just Javelin does it for me oh dude and this they have guns and everything

036leaving them we have been leaving them in in the dust a little bit support appreciation you gotta love this like the support gameplay as a whole is actually going crazy multiple times in multiple games where any of these guys could have just instantly died and the supports absolutely come in clutch and you love to see you love to see the games that they play and you know see seeing see seeing uh Lucio getting played and the back getting played amazing and more it's amazing just Lucio being able to provide speed into the match and get the match started as quick as possible is an insane benefit for a team and it's why he has chosen constantly by the team's Captain Caleb Daly oh yeah what is your favorite support actually I'm going to ask you
037this uh my favorite support okay so if we're going based off of fun Lucio Lucio is so much fun and all in like a lot of the games I play um and like for like for real support like like heavy like gonna do the most support probably on a witch Caleb daily is gonna play Lucio and Anna two of the most just best supports you could play my in OverWatch one my favorite support was Mercy but yeah God personally does not get a much gameplay in this current season yep yep although some people there was a joke in the OverWatch Community called battle Mercy where you don't heal it all yeah you gotta love to see a good match with battle Mercy uh but let's get leighton's POV here so as a uh as a
038zarya player myself this character is so much fun and can provide so much utility for our team and it's actually going to be so much fun seeing Leighton playing him here these characters they aren't they like for example Leighton isn't playing a character I we haven't seen him play a lot here so um we will end up we will actually get to see the how he plays with different comps uh and like compositions for a team um uh Leighton I feel like is overall super adaptable but the maywall goes up blocking the bubble sad to see it oh but he just knows immediately where the turn is going back for the peak pops the bubble not a lot of damage gets dealt to it though and he's he's just he's going in with the second
039bubble oh the Bastion ends up pushing it wow Lily ending up going down here daily going down here too oh it's it's it's up it's it's up to the support or it's up to the DPS is at the moment and he gets pinned insane pain that is wild that that Ryan charge was an absolute snipe there Mack in the background getting as much chip damage as possible yeah gosh that Reinhardt charged earlier that was insane uh they're at the at the moment the urge is doing a lot of Chip damage oh oh but the right the Ryan goes for a misplay the AWOL goes down blocking the Reinhardt ooh but he doesn't go down though he doesn't go down but he but but he pushes back he gets the shatter off wow blizzard is actually
040up at the moment we might be able to see some gameplay coming in with the blizzard alt and maybe even the soldier alt which is coming up soon we do also have a few other uh alts going on and could be pop potentially such as Lily's alt and both Layton and calebs are pretty much even when their alts are going to be popped they're just they're they're pushing they're pushing the gunfight oh but Mac may die to this Soldier here or to this Reinhardt here the Sim portal does doesn't go down uh as it wasn't really useful to try uh to bring it down um now they're just going to get the push off wow in in in Crazy Matt so far they are actually going in for the Redemption Arc these guys are insane
041yeah oh they are just trying to push but they are really great at holding them back right now all those the the the gravel goes off crazy but oh wow two two three of them go down but the but the tree is still up so the mercy stays alive for not much longer why did I even say anything we all knew that that Mercy was gonna go down with this team unfortunate I personally wish blizzard would upgrade but sorry buff Mercy what do you want to give her and like a rocket launcher no I was thinking more of a semi-automatic rifle a fair something to like what uh uh make her a DPS oh this Reinhardt may go down and drop the shatter but actually Leighton ends up dying there wow no no tank at
042the no tank at the moment but it it does look like that they might end up being able to push us here if Matt can if if they can kill this Reinhardt here I can almost guarantee that they can get this push off at the end uh but the oh they are they are getting pushed back at the moment yeah it looks like Leighton got back with him now Leighton is finally back with them oh let's let's see Leighton immediately popping the bubble knowing almost exactly reading when he'll end up taking the damage visor visor and uh bath wall ends up going down we love to see a good alt combo ooh bashed in behind ah the they're focusing on Reinhardt right now Reinhardt Reinhardt being a really big concern and he's actually going to
043get life weavered away and fully healed Noah at the point at this point having very low HP oh but the Reinhardt goes to charge it but he fumbles oh but Noah still goes down wow leighton's also down at the moment so they kind of have to wait a second before they can recuperate and actually join back into the fight looks like mac is really just trying to do as much chip damage as possible against the enemy team trying to get the trying to get visor back up I am assuming because going for all combos like that paying off is really detrimental and oh my Lord grab gets placed and they out they all die wow oh my he's him he's him what it what an amazing what an amazing grab that is absolutely insane and
044staying at a high percentage the entire time if you don't know the percentage for zarya is the amount of uh damage she will do in output they get back into the next gun fight oh Bastion almost goes down he was he was like one he was one HP oh my Lord leighton's just gonna continue pushing that drops that drops the fight with the mercy but they but but they do but they do get the maywall up and the Bastion oh the Bastion doesn't go down oh the the Reinhardt the Reinhardt all kids pop Mack gets down though he's like Leighton goes down too unfortunately wow that is harsh especially after the uh especially after the grab that was just played they seem like they're on somewhat uh even footing now Mac just getting a lot
045of Chip damage in he does have alt we we will we will end up seeing um the Reinhardt play going down here oh misses the charge and hits the wall they they do end up pushing the Reinhardt back there the plan the plan is is that they are actually going to do the visor window as they did before at this point they're they're going to attempt it here and I do believe that they will definitely get this yeah it looks like Leighton switched up they are going they're they're go they're going for the Pfizer but they push them all back they push them all back so it doesn't even matter wow that that is insane Leighton actually getting some value there the the mercy the mercy does get the alt off oh but the charge
046goes in and he gets the Ryan heart the nuisance of this match and good and gets the Sim you gotta love seeing Reinhardt plays especially because he isn't popular or as popular as he was at OverWatch one you'll love to see a good amount of Reinhardt gameplay and it does look like that they will end up getting the uh that they do look like they will end up beginning to point here but the Reinhardt goes down into the tree all the mercy gets the res off wow Leighton still does have all any pops it to get the Reinhardt away and he gets the kill they do they do end up getting the lead here in the push oh yeah wow amazing gameplay with only a minute left in time um it's it's it's actually insane
047what is going on uh wow dude these these are some insane players at the moment Noah going in for the all not getting any kills with it uh we may see oh but the the counter charge going in from Layton and Leighton gets the gets the Reinhardt down but he's low but and you gotta you gotta love to see the game play it do you wanna know how Academy did 2-0 wow it's a double pinned uh pin to stop the pin oh he didn't know he had the alt and and they pop it they can't Point here they get point and that is 304 Bluffton wow insane this entire time the absolute gotta love it you love to see the zarya getting played here myself you love to see a good team wipe with the

050guy running Ryan so it's inspirational it very very inspirational you you love to see Reinhardt getting played competitively but uh from the characters that you've showed us this match um you showed orisa Sigma uh and in fact a little bit of zarya and uh Ryan out of all those characters who would you say that you played the most in Maine um overall I mean riding the most because he's got like double my hours in my second yeah but right now I've been playing a lot of like honestly Diva sigurisa just because they're like in The Meta yeah they're they're they're really good at the moment um loved loved loved seeing the erisa the javelins that you would hit were insane the the strats and com uh just compositions that you guys had set up it
051was like I was mentioning to uh Travis a lot it was a lot of um if you can't beat them join them uh as as as this uh as this method usually tends to seem uh trying to beat it with anything anything else other than it yeah is really difficult so like how like describe this meta a bit for me well so basically the main thing is you have Sigma and orisa and essentially they're almost the same character um they both have an e ability and both of their alts do the like just about the same purpose and then you would have your sim which is made to teleport in and out you're gonna teleport out if there's too much pressure you're gonna teleport in if you want to uh uh apply yeah and then
052Bastion is just he's just like you like you have to pick Bastion yeah we're the biggest CVS I'm not mistaken he deals the most uh DPS right now by far especially when you pair it up with Bap who is next with the window yeah right now if you watch OverWatch League or really any uh High ranked game it's usually Bap and Bastion are your constants like sometimes they'll throw in like like a junker Queen like a tracer but Bastion and Bap are always there and then our last character was Lucio which we ended up we ended up swapping a few times which I didn't really agree with because the point of the Lucio is whenever we need to get out fast if you notice our comp is kind of really slow yeah it's like sluggish
053but powerful because we're one unit so whenever Lucio is there if we don't have our TP to get in or out and we just need to go or get out that's a really good alternative and beat with our comp like you can just yeah like you can just imagine a five-man 1000 HP Powerhouse just running through your comp and and especially from a lot of the uh gameplay that uh that we are seeing from everybody you were so absolutely gassed up I just gotta mention like uh as long as I've seen throwing his hands up in the air chat was going absolutely crazy Jay was absolutely going in and you know as Jay being one of your closer friends right figured you should know that yeah they were watching and I popped in so shout
