Hey, and I don't we don't have anybody that's in the public, so there are no public comments pertaining to the agenda. And I don't believe that there's any additions or corrections. Okay. So, the consent agenda, is there a motion to accept as presented? I'll make a motion to accept the consent agenda as presented. I will second that motion. Any discussion? 002saying aye. Aye. >> Aye. Opposed? Motion passes. Dr. Brooks, the agenda. New business. Yeah, new business. Sorry. Yep. Uh before we get to new business, we have personnel report. I'd like to make mention that um Nicole Ruby, who is our secretary in our elementary school, has taken a position uh at East Porter County School Corporation in their central office. Um and, you know, Nicole has done a great job in our elementary office, and I would just like to thank her for the years of service that she put in uh in a very chaotic environment as the elementary can be. So, um just like to publicly thank Nicole for all the work she's done there. Um new business, we have an overnight couple overnight field trips. We've got our BPA or Business Professionals Association going to

the state leadership conference in Indianapolis. And then also our high school cheerleaders uh going to Elkhart, Indiana for a national competition. Both of these are in March. Okay. I'll entertain a motion to accept the overnight field trips. I'll make a motion to for the overnight field trips. I'll second. Okay. Any further discussion? All those in favor signify by saying I. I. >> I. Opposed? Motion passes. All right. Last item of new business are are some donations. We've got donations to the Hebron High School baseball team from the Porter County Chaos 10U baseball team, uh Porter County Chaos 12U baseball team, and then Cole and Debra Stracka. Uh those donations are in the amount of $1,200. And actually 1350 is the total amount of um the donations for the high school baseball team. Okay. Is there

a motion to accept the donations for the high school baseball team? Make that motion. I'll second it. Okay. Any further discussion? All those in favor signify by saying I. I. Opposed? Motion passes. All right. We don't have any admin, so there's no admin. No admin. I have a few comments to make in public. One is the Hebron Schools Education Foundation held the Daddy-Daughter Dance, the Winter Ball um a little over a week ago. And it was a a rousing success. They made the most money that they have ever made. Uh last I heard it was a little over $13,000. And as you know, that the education foundation, they give grants away for teachers. And uh they also do scholarships as well. But um you know, the grant the grants are due April 2nd, so teachers

have those in their hands. And typically in May we like to recognize all of the grant recipients. So um foundation grants are due April 2nd, and hopefully we get some some great uh applications there. Talk a little bit about the the field house update. We have kind of a a groundbreaking ceremony, which is going to be Friday. Um March 20th at 10:00 a.m. right outside the high school uh in the area where the field house is going to go. Um sent several invitations to people. I still have some more to send out. But the guys from Verity will be there along with some of the contractors. And um they'll have the golden shovels and everything. So we don't want to make it too long of a ceremony, but we definitely want to make it special.

So um being told that on the timeline, the field house will be done at this time next year. So maybe next year at this time we'll be having a ribbon cutting ceremony. But um getting excited to start to see some work being done. There was a little bit of work done over there today. But um just some surveying and and some geotech items. So, just going to be excited. And a lot of that digging is supposed to start over spring break. Probably dependent on the weather at this point. And then finally, spring break's coming up. I hope that if people go away, they are safe and uh and they're able to have a good time with family. So, that's all I have. Okay. Anybody from the board got any comments? Okay. I'll With that being

said, I'll entertain a motion to close. I make a motion to close. I'll second. All right. So moved. Meeting is adjourned at 7:06. 7:06.
