There we are. Now we're on. I'm happy to call the May 11th schoolboard meeting to order. Mrs. Shootz >> here, >> Mrs. Sandri >> here, Dr. Daniels >> here, >> and the chair is here. Now, in for our moment of silence, let me tell you what I'd like to do with a moment of silence. With yesterday having been having been Mother's Day, with yesterday having been Mother's Day, I want to simply say this. M is for the million things she gave me. O means only that she's grown old. T is for the tears she shed to save me. H is for her heart of pure gold. E is for her eyes with love like shining. Army is real and real she'll always be. Put them all together, they spell mother. A word that means the
world to me. Let's have a moment of silence. Thank you so much. And now I'm honored to bring to the stage Miss Olivia Vley. She's going to do a pledge for us. Let's give her some encouragement. Give us some encouragement. >> Hi Olivia, how are you? >> I'm good. >> You're good? Well, we we're going to have you want you tell us just a little bit about yourself. Okay. >> My family is here. >> Tell us who they are. Who are they seated? >> My mom. My dad and my sister. >> Okay. Where's mom and dad? I don't see mom and dad. >> Oh, mom and dad. They're in the back. Hi, Mom. Hi, Dad. Hi, sister. Okay. Who else is here? >> My counselor. >> Your counselor. Where's your counselor? I don't see her.
>> Okay. Who else is here? >> My principal. >> Your principal. And what is her name? >> Miss Kirk. Yeah. Well, we're so glad to have Do you have any brothers and sisters? >> No. Okay. And tell me about tell me about Eperly. What do you do at Eperly? >> What do you enjoy doing? >> Spending time with my friends? >> With your friends. Good. I I I like that. What else do you like doing? >> Learning. >> Learn. Oh my l. She said learning. Let me tell you this. She's in third grade, right? But she's on a fifth grade reading level. Give her a hand. That's huge. That's amazing. Do you have any favorite hobbies? >> I like drawing. >> You do? Good. Good. Good. I like to draw, too, but I'm not very
good at it. Well, listen. I'm going to let you go lead us in the pledge, and then after that, I have some goodies for you. Okay. So, I'm going to switch on the mic. It's on already. Hold the mic and tell us when to stand and we'll stand. >> Stand. >> That's right. She's in charge. I love it. >> I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. >> You are awesome. You are awesome. Well, let me tell you what I have for you. I have some goodies here for you. There's a calendar and then there's something from Popeye. And then this envelope here, I have a special treat for you from me.
You can spend it. Okay, let's give her a big hand again, guys. Thank you. >> She's awesome. >> Bye, Olivia. Okay, we're ready for the consent agenda. I will entertain a motion. >> I have I have some items I'd like to pull from the consent agenda for discussion. Um 2 I, 2 J, 2 K, 2 L, 2 M, 2 N, 2 O, 2 P, and 2 Q. >> Okay, we need a motion to approve what we're not going to pull from discussion. >> Motion to approve what's left on the agenda. >> That makes it easy. We do you need more specificity? Okay. Okay, then >> I second. >> Okay, we move and properly second. Let's pull those items. >> Do we want to vote on the other ones? >> Well, since we're coming on a
discussion. >> Okay. All right. So, come on up, Tresa. You're prepared. So, we're not This is just a a question. So, a lot of these items have redundancy for speech pathologists, psychologists, um, school nursing, language pathologists. Can you just explain why we have so many different contracts? >> Yeah, thank you. >> Yeah. So, our goal always is to employ our own related service providers. Um, with that, we have difficulty getting our own employees. So, we have to reach out to separate companies to contract with to get those services provided for our students. Um, what we usually do this time of year is we cast big blanket contracts out because some of these companies won't even be able to provide us with the related services that we need. For example, you'll see item agenda uh 2
with supplemental. Supplemental has always been able to get us contractors in the years past. However, this past year, they couldn't find anybody for us as well. But they also already starting to give us some applicants for us to look at. So, we wanted to be able to put all of our different contract companies on the board agenda that we've contracted with in the past to again cast that net out there to try to find and vet good related service providers for our students. So, we will not ever reach the high amounts that we have for each of these contracts. Some of these contract companies again may not even be able to provide us with people, but it's in the hopes that we'll find good people in one of them. >> And they're providing services for
um special education evaluations and other items that we are required to do by law. >> Okay. Speech. Yes. Yeah. Our biggest contracts are speech and then OT. We were lucky this year to be able to find our own employees for school psychologists. So this year we weren't needing any school psychologist except for one which is a bilingual school psychologist that we had to contract with this year. >> Now which one were you speaking to? That was >> by all of them in general. >> All of them in general. >> That's why there's so many because it's all the same. >> It's just repetitive. It was repetitive and when you see that big number next to it, it's like >> yeah, >> this is a repeat service. Do we need to provide this? And so, thank
you for the explanation. You're welcome. >> Good. >> Are you good? >> Yep. >> Okay. So, can we proceed with voting for these items? Items A through AB, consent agenda. >> Should we redo the motion for all of them? >> Because we made the motion for the remaining ones. We didn't vote on them, >> but for the discussion, but we didn't pull them out. She just he pulled them up for discussion. >> They weren't pulled from the agenda. She just discussed them. That's the only discussion we have. So now we just need to go and vote on it because we didn't pull them. >> I thought we did pull them. >> We pulled them because >> So we what we could do is we could approve. >> We can we can redo the motion. >>
I can withdraw my motion. We can redo the motion. >> Okay. But my point I'm making is that we can that's fine. But whenever you when you vote to approve then you have discussion after that. She discussed these items and now that we're satisfied with the discussion we can vote on everything or we can redo the motion. >> Yeah specifically say but the wrong lang. So the language is what went through. Okay. Okay. Let's go. Why don't you resend that and we'll go back. >> Okay. I'd like to withdraw my motion to approve all remaining items. Is there a second? >> I second it. >> I'll get to move and properly second to resend that. Let's vote on it. Mrs. Schulz. >> I. >> Mrs. Stan. I >> Dr. Daniels. >> I. >> And the
chair votes I. Now, let's redo the motion. Okay. I'd like to make a motion for the consent agenda with all items as written. >> Second. >> Any discussion? Been moved and properly second. Let's vote. Dr. Daniels. >> I. >> Mrs. Schulz. >> I. >> Mrs. Stand >> I >> and the chair votes I. Thank you so much. Next item on the agenda, we're going to go with our recognitions. >> Mrs. Best, >> Mrs. Gogggins, Collab High School. >> She looks good in that black and white. Move to approve. >> Second move and proper approve. Any discussion at all? That's a unique program that
we've not used before, have we? >> We have not. I attended um Central Technology Center was hosting it and because I really wanted to see it for myself before I brought it in. Um they do training nationwide. They do training for schools, churches, corporations. Um and so I will also invite I do have open seats. So if anyone wants to um sit in and see what it's about, I told them that um we are a technology center and so we these are industry folks um and so we I have not used them before. So I'm really excited for the opportunity. I have heard feedback from others who have used them. >> I know um at least three technology centers do use them. Um and like I said, I sat in one session and I was
pretty impressed. >> Good job. Okay, let's vote. Mrs. Stan, >> hi. >> Dr. Daniels, hi. >> Mrs. Schulz, >> hi. >> And the chair votes I. >> Thank you so much. Yes, we did account today and um we we'll get there. >> Okay. Do I have a motion? >> Move to approve. >> Second. How many retireies do we have? >> Oh, I didn't count.
I didn't count. >> You don't count, but we have >> Oh, look at Candy being 32. 32. >> There's like three or four certified retirees. >> There's probably Yeah, probably quite a few. Probably more than that. Yeah. Okay. So, I know we have >> Oh, a lot of our adjunks coming back also. >> So, we've been holding off on that to see if we could find certified staff first. That was that's our priority every time. >> We're to the point now where even when we look at all of our applicants, we're running low on certified. So, now we're looking at at opening back up to rehire our top-notch adjuncts that we had this year and any others who possibly they have an associates or they're getting close to that bachelor's degree, but they're just not
quite there yet. That's that's what we're where we looked at today. I believe we have 72 certified openings still for the upcoming school year. So, um definitely a big hill to climb, but but we've done it before. So, >> do you anticipate any of those retirees coming back? >> Oh, I hope so. With the law >> packages, a new war with them where it gives them >> they have to be out for six months. They have to but still get >> but hey six months is six months. >> Yeah I know that hold a job for >> right you can't volunteer or do anything with the district for six substitute or my understanding is substitute or anything. Yeah. >> How many do we have in that in our pipeline program to get non-certified >> like
in the roots program or total? So we accepted 10. We wanted to start small. We accepted 10 and they're still going strong. if you get a chance. Stacy, we all try to make social media posts. Drew does a great job teaching those first that first group. So 10, some of them are a little bit further along than the others, but we needed to start somewhere. And so 10 10 was a small a manageable number I felt like. But we do have a lot of adjuncts. I say a lot. I'll get you a solid number next month, but that of people who have come to us as adjunct instructors and they completed their bachelor's degree, which made them eligible for emergency certification. >> And um a couple I believe we've already they're like, "Hey, I just
need to pass that test and do a few other things." So, we're getting them there slow and steady. But, um praise to the team and to the site administrators. They're working really hard pushing them on what we need them to do. So, >> No, that's great news. That's Good to hear. Now, let me ask you that based on the numbers now, is that comparable to last year about this time? >> I haven't compared them one for one. I I sort of feel like we have more openings right now than we did at this time last year, but I'm happy to get that for you as well. >> Thank you. I appreciate that. >> Okay, that's ready to vote. Hey, you know that, you know, getting adjunk to or non-certified to certified. I mean, that program
is excellent. So, hopefully it catches fire >> and more people want to engage in that program. >> Well, when I first heard about it, I was very excited, but but a little bit nervous because anytime you jump out there, you do you're taking a risk. And but like I said, 10 and it's been fantastic. They've the OPSRC and WGU and Edwell have all worked really well. Like I said, Drew is doing a fantastic job and we'll have a few growing pains, but I'm looking to hopefully we can add to it as as we go on. It's been really It's been fun to kind of watch them. >> Sure. >> Yeah. Okay, we're ready to vote. >> Mrs. Schultz, >> hi. >> Dr. Daniels, I >> Mrs. Stan. >> Hi. >> And the chair I Let's
go to letter B. Those to approve and not approve a purchase order incre increments of $40,000 to cover expenses associated with unemployment claims for certified personnel for 2026 2027. Miss Houston President Kirk, this first item I have to beg your forgiveness and ask if you would be willing to modify it just a little bit. There were two letters that were um together, but the only one that got listed is certified personnel. We need to add non non-certified personnel as well. So, we would be doing increments of $40,000 to cover the certified personnel and another one of $40,000 to cover the non-certified. And both letters should be in your packet. They just didn't get listed on the the line item. Yes. >> Well, do you have any any concerns about that at all? >> I don't
know that we can do that because it wasn't posted. That's my only concern. >> The issue was that it wasn't posted with the agenda. >> Okay. We can do it then. I'm listening to Candy. >> I think because both letters were in there. >> The letters were there because I read them both. The letters were there. It just >> it wasn't on the agenda, >> per se. Yes. >> Sure. We're being clear on that. >> I'm going to go and say we can't. >> Initials. If you want me to bring it back next month, there's no rush. That's why we do these in advance. So, if everyone feels better about just making it separate and doing it next month, >> we're fine. We're fine. If any heat, I'll take the heat. make a motion that
we uh we add >> notify $40,000,000 >> because the letter was posted. >> The letter was there. It's just it wasn't written spelled out here is what we're saying. >> So, it's a motion. We're going to make a motion to approve certified for 40,000 and non-certified 40,000. >> Exactly. Exactly. >> All right. >> We need a second. >> Second. >> They move and properly second. Any discussion? We just had that. Let's vote. Dr. Daniels. >> Hi, >> Mrs. Stanidge. >> Hi, >> Mrs. Schulz. >> I >> and the chair votes I. >> Okay. Item C, both vote to approve and not approve district administrators recommendations of 2026 2027 from the technology center. >> This is just an addition from Miss Foster to add rehire a administrator at the tech center. >> I have a motion.
Second >> move and properly second. Any discussion? If not, let's vote. Mrs. Stan, >> I >> Mrs. Schulz, >> I. >> Dr. Daniels, and the chair votes I. Letter D, vote to approve and not approve the school site administrators for the 202627 school year. Mrs. Houston. >> Yes, Dr. Kirk. This is just rehiring all of our site administrators. >> Move to approve. >> Second. >> Move properly to second any discussion. Let's vote. Dr. Daniels. >> Hi, >> Mrs. Schultz. >> Hi, >> Mrs. Stan. >> Hi. and the chair votes I. Letter E, vote to approve or not approve the reemployment support staff personnel. >> Again, these are just like we do our certified staff, we bring back the list. These are our support staff employees. >> Move to approve. Second. >> Move and prompt a
second. Any discussion? Dr. Daniels, >> I. >> Mrs. Stan, >> I. >> Mrs. Schulz, >> I. >> And the chair votes I. Let's go to letter F. both to approve and not approve the tenative agreement of MDEA certified for the negotiated agreement. Mrs. Houston. >> Yes, Dr. Kirk, members of the board and Dr. Broyals, we bring to you the recommendation to agree to our tentative agreement with the Midell Education Educators Association. >> Excellent. >> Yeah. >> Second proper second. Any discussion? >> until you vote. Yes. >> Now, will they sign that? You've already signed that everything. I saw that inside the packet. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Let's vote. >> Mrs. Stan, >> I >> Mrs. Schulz. >> Hi, >> Dr. Daniels. And the chair votes I. >> Okay. >> Thank you so much. >>
Miss Craig, do you want to bring your team up? come up here on stage conver big deal. I want a picture. >> Got a smile. >> Congratulations. >> Thank you. Good job. Thank you so so much. It was amicable. Good. Number 16. Discuss, consider, and vote to approve or not approve the following items related relative to 23,965 general negotiating combine purpose bond series 2026. Mr. Robinson, thank you so much. >> Thank you very much and good evening. It's great to see you all. Um when I was here last month, we authorized the sale of our bonds. And so this morning, I accepted bids on your behalf. And so we'll take these separately here. We'll start with 26A. Um the first sheet that you have is the bid tab for the 23,695,000 geo combined purpose bonds.
Um I always say that we want at least three bids. So we got three bids, which is great. And you know, a month ago, three months ago, I was thinking closer to three and a half or 4% on this series of bonds were generally pretty conservative, but also there was some some turmoil in the world and a lot of that was having impacts on the financial markets. Some of that has calmed down a little bit and so um you know it helps that your credit rating is very good. It was affirmed um with Moody's your superintendent and your CFO do a really good job of working through that process. It's not adversarial. It's just thorough and very detailed. And so, um, they do a really good job of providing the information that Moody's needs and
wants to be able to let the marketplace know how you're doing. And so, they do a great job there. And I want to highlight that. That allows us to attract investors from all over the country. And there are investors all over the country who regularly want to buy your bonds primarily because of the size of the bond issue. large enough that they all get interested and excited because of just um more bonds is more opportunity for their investors. >> Yeah. Yeah. Sure. >> Exactly. Um so DA Davidson has been a longtime supporter of your bonds um at both the school district geo bonds but also um some of the financings that you have completed through the the authority with with the county. They've been very supportive of you there as well. So, um I was
thrilled that they bid and that they won. Um RW Baird and and and um Huntington have been frequent um either either they they've bid or they've won in the past. So, um a lot of the kind of the same names who are familiar with Midell schools, what's going on, like the credit rating, and kind of like what your financials have looked like for a long long time. So um the first one here is for 26A would be to award the bonds to the low bidder. And so on this sheet we are looking at the far two right columns. And so the net interest cost which is the total net >> amount of interest owed on the bonds. So we want the lowest amount obviously right because that's the best outcome for you and your taxpayers.
And then that translates to the average rate >> of interest. So a pretty close sale you know 3.08 3.13. Um, you know, RW Bar is very competitive and active in Oklahoma. And so, um, I'm I'm happy with all three of these firms who bid who bid and I'm happy with the rate. I think with our credit rating, our size of bonds, um, fiveyear maturity, which is relatively short in bond world. Yeah. Um, you know, >> five years, >> what we were expecting as far as the rate on these bonds just a few months ago when we kind of started the bond sale process. Um, I think this is a really good outcome for you guys and your taxpayers. And so for 26A, it would be awarding the bonds to the low bidder at an average
rate of 3.080617. Happy to answer any questions on the rating process, the bond sale. Anything on this sheet or anything else related to the bond sale? >> Move to approve. >> Second. Move to the segmented discussion. Any questions? >> No, I just say an excellent job getting our name out there and getting good bids and Kudos to our team. >> They do all the hard work. >> I want to give kudos to you also, Zack. I thought Mr. Robson, you do an awesome job representing this district and this district. So, I really do appreciate you. So, thank you. >> Ready to vote? >> Thank you. >> Mrs. Stan, >> I >> Mrs. Schultz, >> I. >> Dr. Daniels, >> hi. >> And the chair votes I. B to adopt the resolution providing for the issuance
of the district 23,695 GO bond. Mr. Robinson. >> Yes, ma'am. Thank you. So, this is your final action item as a board to authorize the issuance of this series of bonds. So, the resolution your packet is virtually identical to prior series. It finalizes the bond sale um information which we did not have until this morning. It actually shows the form of the bond itself. It allows for the tax to repay the bonds. It affirms your intention to provide the marketplace with annual financials which you do already on your outstanding issuances and I help you with that. Um and it um just fixes and finalizes the remaining details of the bond issue which we did not have until this morning. It's your final required action as a board to formally authorize the issuance of this series
of bonds. >> Second move to proper second to discussion. Let's vote. Dr. Daniels >> I stand. Hi. >> Mrs. I >> and the chair votes I. Let's go to item 17. >> Thank you. >> Vote. >> I'll just be quiet because I should >> You're fine. Go ahead. >> Go ahead. >> I can't keep my mouth shut. Um, >> thank you very much. This item will be um the second sheet of the bid tab that I just handed out. So, these bonds are fedally taxable. So the interest is a tax item for the investors because of the timing and use of the proceeds on on your end. And so um these bonds in the amount of 5,785,000. Um we had those bids due this morning at 11:30 a.m. and we got four bids. A lot
of the same firms that you see on on on these sheets year after year after year. So RW Bar and I want to I want to make sure that I have this and I have the asterisk, but they actually bid in association with FNB. So, I want to make sure that you know that they can. So, then that's not uncommon when when um a bond firm who bids in these bonds all the time will actually um form a syndicate or will have a bid in connection with a bid with with a bank in the area. And I know your relationship with FNB has been strong for a long time. So, not only uh they asked me to put that on here and I would have anyway, but I wanted to make sure that I highlighted
it here that the bank in your backyard wanted to join up with RW Baron and be a part of that bid. So, that's great and we love to see that. Um they were the low bid at 4.28536 followed by Cruz Northland and then the the bid from Piper Sandler. So again, um, >> a month ago, I would have thought 4.5 to 4.75 here. Um, you know, there is kind of that that natural spread of about one and a quarter points from the tax exempt to the taxable bonds. That's about right right now in the marketplace because because again, the interest has, you know, some of the interest that they earn has to go back to the IRS on their taxes. So they ask for a higher yield to start with, right? That makes sense. So
um but again for this series of bonds you know looking at the taxable series compared to the tax exempt series again interest from firms all over the country including your backyard which we love to see um RW Barrett a frequent buyer of your bonds you know here again supporting you along with your local bank um we're looking at the far right to columns again so for this item uh item 17a would be to award the bonds to Robert and um at an average rate of interest of 4.28536 move to approve. >> Second. >> Okay. Move the proper second into discussion. >> And what's the the premium column? >> My favorite question. Okay. So, how much time do we have? >> Yeah, it takes takes so long. >> I was promised an hour anyway. So, um
Okay, so when bonds are sold, the coupon rate will determine the interest that that that you get every six months. Some investors will will pay more for a higher coupon rate to get more cash flow. while the bonds are outstanding. So, if the coupon rate is 3% and let's say that's the par bond cost, you might say, I want a higher coupon and I'll pay more for it. I'll pay up for it. I'll pay a premium to get that more interest while I own the bond and then I'll and then I'll get the par amount of the bond back when it matures. Investors do that all the time. In fact, institutional or the, you know, um, the more sophisticated investors who buy bonds all the time will want higher coupon bonds because they're constantly reinvesting
and buying and reinvesting and buying every day, right? Someone like us who just wants to buy and hold, we're not as concerned about the cash flow that's coming in every six months from the interest. So, when they do that, they say, "Hey, we want a higher coupon rate." Well, who has to pay that back? >> We do. >> So, what they say is they say, "Hey, I'll pay up for it and the underwriter saying I'm going to give you some of that back. I'm going to give you some of that back up front to offset the cost that you owe on the bonds. And so when they do that, it's more common on the tax exempt series. So if you go back to that first sheet, significant amount of premium being sent back to you
from all three because the investors wanted to have higher coupons on the bonds even though the stated or the nominal yield was much lower than the coupon rate because they're willing to pay up a premium to get more cash flow. The the underwriters know that and they know that you have to pay that. So that's why we look at net interest costs because the underwriters are saying, "Hey, I need a lot of this. I'm going to get a lot of this premium from the sale of your bonds because my investors want more interest while they own them, but I'm going to give you a lot of that back so you don't have to pay it all, which just raises your taxes. And so we offset what you actually owe on the bonds. We offset by
subtracting out the amount of premium that the underwriters are willing to send back. And oftentimes a bid is determined by how much of that premium they are willing to part with up front. And that can be the difference in who wins the bid. And so um if you look at like RWB and Northland Securities, so they don't have any premium. So those bonds are going to be sold and investors >> are going to hold those bonds close to par. So 100 cents on the dollar, not looking for that higher cash flow from the coupon payments. It's more common on taxable bonds. Um, so we take that off upfront and we are selling the bonds based on the net interest cost and all the biders know that upfront. It it's in the instructions and the what
we send out says, hey, it is going to be a net interest cost award. >> And so I make sure that you see what the gross interest cost is because oftentimes the gross now in in this case here, right, the gross is the lowest and so is the net. But um sometimes that's not always in fact on the first series of bonds if you look at that the gross was actually higher than the other two biders but they gave more of the premium back to offset that interest cost and so the net interest cost was lower and these firms oftentimes I know this is like way over time but >> they bid all the time against each other so they're seeing what everyone's and so they kind of know what the market is and so
it's kind of like how sharp can they get their pencil and how much of that premium or their underwriter fee are they willing to give up front so that they can get the bonds. So that's what the premium is. It offsets so for our for for for our calculations it offsets what you truly owe on the bonds and we use that as a credit to get to the net interest cost >> at the end of the day is all about the bottom dollar for them now. >> It is >> at the end of the day >> it is and so they have to have investors who will hold the exact so when they so some firms this is fun isn't it? This is fun. Is this fun? I can tell you're getting excited. Come on,
let's go. >> Are you guys taking notes? >> At least I'm enjoying it. I know. >> When they submit a bid and they win, they probably have most or all of the bonds sold to their like account holders. >> And a lot of times firms will sign up to bid >> and then they won't. And I say, "Hey, you signed up to bid on this, you know, online system where I just kind of see them coming. I say, you know, what happened?" I say, "We didn't have the pre-sale that we needed to follow through and bid." So they might have had the bonds actually sold. So now if they bid and they win, they have to hold on to them themselves and that's risk for them. And so now their capital is at risk because
they're holding on to the bonds trying to sell them out of their inventory. And if the market moves against them that same day, they can be underwater quickly. So these firms typically have accounts who know or are comfortable with your credit and your security and want to own the bonds. And so it's kind of like which firm can get their investors to want the lowest yield possible on the bonds. That's going to get them I forgot what agenda item on. No, >> good job. Excellent. >> All of them. >> Are we ready to vote after that? We have prepared our lesson. We understand. Are you ready for a test? >> Okay. >> Was that 17a article? >> I think it was. Okay. >> Okay. >> Nice. >> Mrs. Schultz. >> Hi, >> Mrs. Stan. Hi,
>> Dr. Daniels. Hi. >> And the chair votes I. Now, we're going to go to adopt the resolution >> 17. >> Yes, ma'am. This is the same action item that you took on the first series is just a separate action. It's a separate series of bonds and so it codifies the same things for this series of bonds. Shows the form of the bond allows for the annual tax. We just have to have a separate action item from you for this series of bonds. >> Second move to prompt a second discussion. >> Can I hang out in your head one day? >> I just want to hang out in your head one day. >> Let me tell you something. You may not come out. I don't know if you get out. It's like >> my head
would be swimming. I just appreciate this. So I go home and say tell my wife how much you guys enjoy this. >> Thank you. >> Well, you know I do. So >> she's a bomber by the way. >> Are we ready to vote? >> Yes. >> Okay, >> Mrs. Schultz. >> Hi, >> Mrs. Stan. Hi, >> Dr. Daniels. >> Hi. >> And the chair of votes. I thank you so much. We appreciate it. >> I really appreciate you guys. You guys are great to work with your team's wonderful um top notch. Really appreciate this. >> Thank you, Zack. Item 18. That's been cancelled. There's no executive session. We cancelled that. Let's go on to item 19. Note it 20. I'm sorry. And no new business. Let's go now to item 21. I will entertain a
motion to adjurnn. >> Move to adjourn. >> To adjourn. Second. >> Move the proper second. Let's vote. Miss Stan. Mrs. Schulz. I >> Dr. Daniels. I chair votes I. Thank you so much. Let me tell you about
