This is uh our bond sale resolution. The election results of
002our bond election were certified last week. And so we need to adopt this resolution in order to move on to bond sale which will occur in August. So were there any questions about the bond sale resolution after you had a chance to review it? >> No. No questions for me, Mr. Chair. >> So just from because this is the first time I'm doing this. Uh this is just authorizing the sale bonds. It does not initiate a sale immediately. We will sell them at a later date. Correct. >> Correct. Correct. >> Okay. >> We're working through the is it the proposal of >> the POS they call it? >> Yeah. >> Um where we present information to investors about the district and our project etc. We're working with Piper Sandler and Hawkins through that process now

004hiring Tracy Anderson as our lead custodian. We had talked a couple board meetings before about adding that position to the classified contract. Tracy has been working in the Corvalis area for quite a number of years. Uh really in the position of lead custodian. She oversees um maintenance one people in her current position and her son is from Helix. She's moving to the area, moving to Helix, and is delighted to work in our district. And all of her experience is in school-based custodial work. So, we are delighted to hire Tracy, and she will begin July 1. >> Perfect.
