I pledge algiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the stands one nation under God, indivisible, liberty and justice for all. This meeting is being recorded and it will be posted on our YouTube channel. I want to do um take roll call. There we go. Julie here. >> Um Terry here. Justin >> here. >> Gary >> here. >> Amanda and Bridget are out today. So, all right. Moving on. Um, we have an adjustment to the agenda to add action item 10.5 to approve resolution 24251. Just now public comment on non-aggenda items one. Um, I'm just here asking for clarification on the personal electronic device policies. Um, my grandson got admonished a couple of times last week in regards to it. The first was after school while he was waiting would have

been waiting for the bus and was trying to get a hold of his mom to find out what he was supposed to do. um and was told he couldn't have his phone out. So he asked and she asked what are the parameters and was told during school educational time. She looked up the policy. I looked up the policy. That's what it says. During educational hours, phones are to be off and in their backpacks or in their lockers. It was after educational hours. Um the next day he was again trying to get a hold of his mom to find out what he's supposed to be doing for sure. And he got told again he could not have his phone out on the school records while waiting to find out what it is he's supposed to do.

The educational time was open. The policy says from start of school to end of school. Um, so I don't know if there's something in there that we're missing that we need extra that there needs to be clarification on. Um, because that doesn't seem fair for him to be given a warning for something, especially when he was told after the first time, no, it's during educational time. Um the other thing I just on reading the policy was curious about is it says that the students are not allowed to have access to their personal electronic devices and social media apps at school sponsored functions and I'm wondering how we're going to police that. >> That's no that's not that's not correct. So anytime so it is instructional time. Um so and clarification for that is if if

there is licensed staff at that juncture in the afternoon um then you can forget they use their cell phones um I will I will talk to we do that until they get on the bus once they're on the bus and they're they're they're out and uh once they enter onto the building then instructional time actually starts at 8 for us for the district um whether we're eating breakfast or not we're supposed to have instruction during breakfast. So 8 a.m. to here it's 3:10 over there I think 3:25ish. Um but I can I will address that and and it really depends on that's that's perfect. Uh but this but the other one um the we can't prohibit outside. I mean if if there is a student using their cell phone during a football game um that's

not what that's not in our um so if if that that being the case if that is the case um then I will address the um it it does say license staff but it definitely says incremental time [clears throat] so that's um I don't know I wouldn't want to be the supervisor at a football games and tomorrow night, Monday, um, Friday night, uh, supervising kids and meeting in being a cell phone, right? >> And that's not that's not what we're at. So unless they are using it inappropriately in social media, um, then there there should be no we should not be prohibiting students from using cell phones to add extra picture. So, I I won't address that and because it it does not state anywhere in in the um actual policy that that we that

we do. >> You're reading it again tonight. So, I noticed it's one of the policies that's uh to be read. >> Right. Um, and that's what it says in the handlet, both at the middle school and the high school, that they're not to be accessing social media on their personal electronic device during school times or at school sponsored activities. >> Well, okay, social media. Um, and again, >> I just don't know how you could possibly place, >> right? Well, we can't. >> Yeah, >> we can't. Um, and and there's no way. Um, you know, we can we can prohibit phones from being in here during um in at a dance, for example. Um, we can prohibit phones from being from being here at a dance. Um, but prohibiting phones at a football game um is

not is not number one, it's just not reasonable. Um, so but >> well, it was the it probably was the intent. Um, but any change of of the peed had it just had to be in the law, right? Um, so it but it can be amended at any time. So that that would be one that that we would definitely that we would definitely look at that. I mean I I don't I don't see us wanting to be cell phone placement at proposals or or >> Yeah. Yeah. But but yes because like I said because that that you're in a confined spot um etc. And I think when it says social media, I would say inappropriate social media. U and that's and again we wouldn't know that until someone reported it. U so that would that

would be whether that's but whether we have a personal u whether we have a an actual policy against that that I mean like I said I I think that that would need to be tweaked. That's so that still there. Yeah. >> Yeah. That was that was just my concern >> trying to concern him off to a good start and encourage him to do what he's supposed to do when he's supposed to do it. >> We're getting conflicting. >> I appreciate that. >> Okay. Thank you. >> I have a question. Um so for school dance, do we have policy? I mean, how how are is there a plan for >> it's for it's a it's part of the student student handbook. Now I it doesn't have to be part of the high school student. So if

it's not then you know that that would be part it's part of this student >> but for a school for a dance how do you you round everybody's phone up >> if if they were to bring it if they would bring put in our lock we just put in our lock boxes or they can go right to their lockers same thing. Um but and then of course when if one asks can I use my phone to call mom and dad mom or dad absolutely >> okay it's a bus absolutely busy >> yeah exactly so I don't think that it's not it's prohibited here um and and again high schoolers are that's a completely different thing Um and and I don't but but you can't you know like if if a kid there's exceptions to the

policy obviously that would be one you you have if you have a playlist on your phone um that would make sense if you would have that's how we do it. Um so yeah but yeah wouldn't work through that and there's going to be we knew there's going to be glitches and and all sorts of um and then we would have to we'd have to amend the policy at pretty much as it was. So to tell a a student here the correct way at the end of school we need to get a hold of your parents is it to approach the supervisor. >> Yes. every one of us are in if I'm here I mean and you know but every employee or every staff member is in this gym right um during that time and I

had three kids asked to go use their cell you know but you got to go to the office right go to the office you know call on our phone you know them getting your cell phone out but again not make an excuse call yeah but we are not letting them do something in the community area >> okay so >> so is What he needs to do is go and ask whoever is supervising them and they're going to tell him. >> Yes, that's what that's exactly what I >> So you tell him to go to the office which >> they might that's what I that's what we do. >> That's what we do here and it should be universal and I think that's and I think that is what we need what we need to instruct.

Uh and because honestly that's the best process and it it the kid knows what they're supposed to do. Um, and I and and I think that that clarifies it and and I and I will help clarify that. Um, but I do think that just generally speaking, this five days we've had school, we have not had an issue. I have not seen a cell phone made, which is absolutely amazing. Um, and I it's going to happen, right? But, um, it's been awesome. Um, and there has been no rebuttal. Um, kids are doing what they're asked to do, which I I'm I'm pleased. And I think for the most part, the high school has been has been successfully like I guess there's going to have to be some tweaks because they're older kids. So, >> thank you.

>> Go watch the girls. [clears throat] I make a motion to briefly consent the present second. >> Any discussion? All in favor say I. >> I. All say nay. Done. Blessing comments. >> Fiscal overview at least here. So, so um you guys probably read the only thing that you guys have in front of you is a little highlighted um resolution adoption. um OD and had sent it back and they wanted us to make one correction and that's on the instruction piece. They want us to remove we took $1,000 off and put it under support services. So it rate support services from 4459428 to 455928 and minus the amount. So we just have to do on a resolution 252401 so that we can send this back to but it did not change the adopted budget that

we had already has been approved and she just wanted to tell you that we they're all done and then and our auditors been here and we did fantastic like they were really they were really proud of the work that Lacy and I put in after last year having things that we had to fix and things we did all so they were very happy to get that All right, any questions on superintendent report see? So CCS will be there next month um to review timelines uh scope of work um and and then opening up the bids for contractors um all that so that they can have any kind of information which he will do monthly uh kind of just to keep us updated um [clears throat] on how we're doing it and where we are. Uh

I can say that with the help of Dawn the 2425 audit is almost complete. I mean we're we're there. So and the 23 24 audit was actually completed last April. So we're we're ner months ahead of where we're shooting. I mean, we're way way ahead of uh because they have to be basically it's it's it's 731st to get them in. Uh which we did last year, but but it was it was not a actually completed audit. They never they auditors never got finished the job. So, we got that done, but um things are in great hands fortunately because I think Lacy might be out for a while. Um so but that that part is done so that's great. Uh lastly it it um it's been a good start of the year including solo usage um

or non not usage. Uh enrollment is up slightly which is great. Um we are currently over 550. Uh if you look at the books it shows 565 which is too high because we don't we don't have 10 we don't have 10day dropouts yet. So 10day dropouts we we've kind of counted probably 10ish which would put us at 555 but over 550. Uh the budget is projected at 535. So um as you all if you don't know on the the first actual ADM number comes out October 1st. So if we were to hopefully have 550 at on October 1st we very very good shape. So really happy to work with that and up to 39 km as of today which projected you know we we didn't know what it were going to be um could be

as low as 36 30 and never I don't think 39 39's number which replaces the kids that graduated because I was afraid they were going to go negative you got to go positive and negative so they so it is positive so positive six so and that doesn't mean that we still might not might not get it so and we've And it's here in Maple four or five in the last three days. Um so we're we are Maple's at 47 46 46 I believe 45. We have got another eight today. So So good numbers across the board. >> That carries reported. >> No, somebody just jumped on scared me. Uh oh. [laughter] >> Yes. >> Yeah. I mean, we're tight. We're tight. And and and I think, you know, down the road, um and and we're

going to have to consider it this spring. Um because we do have an over 50 number coming up. Um they are fourth graders now. Is that right? Fourth grade. Um and and um fifth grade is decently sized. I the the 150 plus number um is not it's doable, but I think I think it would be one of those where we would need to look we're going to need to look into getting a portable I think I think a portable is is the way to go. It will sit right there very easily as a spot for it. Uh it could become a room one. I mean it could be a multi it could be the board room. It could be the choir room. Uh right now we have 42 in here choir. Um which that's doable.

I mean if you get if you get to 50 it's not doing um and and Jen is pushing very hard. Um you're trying to recruit recruit recruit because ideally she wants it split and ideally it wouldn't split. Ideally, it wouldn't be a seventh grade choir and a sixth grade choir uh to if we're going to continue the growth in the music program, which is great. Uh and because you know, while she's in there, Megan Hunter's in here with with 33. Um so, you know, it's it's tight. Yeah. But but another another if we you know, if Carrie and I are going to start kind of looking just to see where they are. The good thing about the modular here just already paid, >> right? >> You don't have to do much with the prep work.

Um, and it's close to the building, >> right? Close to the building. So, you move it in, move it out. You have electricity, you have water. Um, it wouldn't I said it would probably be a very cheap um floor. I don't really ever want to move to sixth graders, but I don't I just, you know, I really don't I would I really don't think that's good for this this setting is perfect. um and and they have they those little sixth graders have very quickly become you know part of of this um school and and enjoy and what a great group it is. So you know that's so that's I I hate to uh ever go back to where we were go back to moving the eighth graders to the high school or you know whatever

whatever whatever it is just it's just not ideal. This is ideal for for for this district. Do you foresee um needing to split the in the future the teacher grade into three classes at all? Because right now >> to go to >> Yeah. >> You know, in the sixth grade, unless you're pushed, you know, 25 is is normal. Um 25 is normal. 26 you get to the 27, 28, 29. Uh so now you're at 58. But then you divide that down, it's hard to it's hard to say, "Okay, we're going to go down to 19." >> Yeah. >> Right. I mean, it it really it's it's better for for me, it's better to put a pair professional in there uh supporting the classroom than it is to open up another classroom and and put and

have and going back down to 19. I mean, that that that's hard to justify honestly. um you know rather than having you know an I you could put an EA or IA in there um to support these are pretty good size classrooms that that's the good thing these are pretty pretty good size classrooms so you know if you went over that you were ever go to 60 and you had to start thinking about it because that's a type that's that's a tight hopefully that has making those kind of decisions is is those are good ones It's a not a bad problem. >> No. >> All right. Equity committee. >> So the law states that we must have an equity committee in every district in the state. The ESD was supposed to collect together um a

program in the last year and a half to help out. Well, their first meeting was is Thursday. Um which is really not time to do much. Uh so and and they're having night meetings which I try to talk them into not doing that because you just can't. It's hard. You know people don't want to go to 6:30 stay there till 8 come home. I I don't so make it either make it zoom opportunity or don't have or or or go back to having during the day. One way or the other I put together a an equity committee that basically the idea is inclusive. Right? That's the whole point of of committing is included and ensuring that we are educating the underserved. Okay. In Myrtle point, we do not have a lot of equity or I

mean we don't have a lot of different mix of people uh that are affecting life. We have social economic issues. So our our equity is a problem and you know how what can we do to ensure that they have that we are properly serving our under you know underprivileged kids which I think we but we have to have ways to do it and meet a couple times a year saying what are we missing what what can you know what can we do to help those those people um do we have racial issues those kind of situations not necessarily but I think we do have nearly 100% inclusion. But again, you have you have to make sure that that you have that you cannot have a board member on it, which is sad because I really

thought um Bridget would be great coming from you know private. Okay. So, right now and we and I will add as as as we go. Um myself, the administrators, Kaylee because she does all of our McKinley Mento um that works with the homeless kids. Uh Dan Whitaker, Carl Hart's patient population, Alyssa Stoddard who's a classified employee at the high school. um Ellington uh well breast cash miller student and ham lawyer from the so that that kind of represents and and I and I need to find a business person uh that would be willing to serve you know as as that as that part of the population. Um, so I'll continue we'll continue to add um and kind of go where the state tells us to go um and what and what we need to do.

Right now it's meet a couple times a year and just kind of brainstorm what are we doing you know what are we doing to make sure that we're that we're serving under the underprivileged population. So that's the whole point of it. Um you know when you talk about for the public or some of those they got issues right that we don't have. So but but that's not saying that we don't that we shouldn't be prepared. uh and and do the things that we need to do. So, I know in my here's a good example. Uh we have a um preschool child who doesn't speak English. We don't really don't have a ELLL teacher. Um, so we're going to have to figure out how um to get some bilingual somebody bilingual, try to hire, you know,

um, have someone come in, a parent or something, maybe maybe our valictorian last year, somebody, you know, some some person that we can that we can hire for a couple hour, you know, a couple hours a week to because right now it's just they're they're in there hopefully learning something. Um, but but you know, their first language is not is not English. So you know that but that's a first for us. We haven't had that. So we'll have we'll go through that process but it's going to happen right and we just need to prepare that and how we're going to and how we're going to prepare it's important. So that those are the people that I have contacted that will serve uh and if anybody has an issue with that standing people on the equity

>> what's that? >> Are there any standing people? >> No but I but I'm I'm in the process of reaching out. >> Okay. And when I add when I add I will come back to the board and and you know ensuring that they they are part of that. So yeah I I'm trying to find getting that population that's bilingual. Uh so someone that's willing. Um I think Alyssa speaks some Spanish but she know >> um and is it just um current students or can it be community members? >> Community member. >> No community. Yeah absolutely. So Julie, if you have a name or know of somebody, send it my way. >> Okay. >> That'd be great. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yes. An actual just a citizen would be perfect. >> Yeah. Any questions about the equity

committee? Right. Let's move on to board and district. Those are just to peruse. Look at all right. So goals are in packet. Um is there any questions or any discussion about the rules? I was wondering if uh or how they're evaluated if there's like something like you know a report card for the objectives that we can look at from a year to year basis. So we do do an evaluation of the superintendent and normally what we've done in the past is we pick one or two goals for him to focus on >> and then he will report back to us with those goals in mind. He will go usually all because he's and artifacts that show that you know the data that shows what we've done. >> Okay. >> And and from the current year

and previous years see the >> Yeah. What you're going to see in the would be when we review them, you know, I kind of go and and highlight the things that we've done to to reach those objectives. So with that, if there are any of these board rules that you would like to put top priority or would you rather have just all of them? Does anyone remember which were the focuses from last year? >> Um we did it different last year. Yeah, >> we used the OSBA's book which was like there's state standards in it and then they just picked two this would be more like what your guys goals for the district are about. this is what you guys want to see happen over the year. The evaluation then when we get to that

like which would be next month and I just gave you guys a copy. This would be what we are going to write down but these are just specifically the goals that you guys want to see happen in the district or change that's for all of you. It's not just Steve, but it's for paperwork. >> Yeah. >> What's our biggest >> Is there any of these that we're having a particular problem with that we should focus on more? >> I think I think I think almost communicate better with family engagement. I I think we can always communicate better. I mean, not saying we're doing a bad job. I'm saying much better than we have in years past. But that's that's most people I talk to is they're asking question because they don't know they can't find

information. They don't know where to find it. >> I agree. I agree. And and I think but this is more on the activity side of it. You know Jamie's doing a great job putting stuff out on Facebook but I don't know that we are uh getting things out like for academic reasons. >> Right. Right. that that kind of situation uh you know whether and then I think we could add that >> to the play I mean add that to the you know the activities are great >> but but we need to but we need to put some things in there that we're doing academically you know so some people and on the website I I'm going to tell you from a person that had my 25th anniversary high school anniversary only five of them showed

up because it's only on Facebook people don't use Facebook I mean we do but but it's it's better to have and we we have been doing duplicating everything. Okay, that's but obviously communication is Yeah, >> I first would like to see uh more focus on under the first goal the middle bullet those achievement gaps for underperforming students um combined with kind of that bottom quarter up. I noticed they report that our public school district has dropped below the 15% poverty which I think is great and health and and currently we don't segregate those as much as we could. Uh so and that would be something that you know isolating that the actual data of that southern um and you know and and putting that information out it it that but that's sometimes scary uh putting

you know this this is but this is our poverty group right and this is how they this is how they're perform and and and honestly it's um but I think >> in most situations definitely here at Maple um testing all three grades, right? And we've already tested for reading, we tested for math now, and we have those we have those data points. It's hard to get those data points in high school because they don't have they don't have all, you know, they don't have those particular data points in the reading and then so it's a little bit harder for them to have an assessment or data whereas the grade school KA does have all of that information. It's very very important. But but closing the achievement gap is huge. And like I said, I think

um and defin make ensuring that they're getting what they need and maybe getting more. >> Yeah. So, and we're trying Super incident evaluation time. questions about that. [clears throat] Hearing no questions about superintendent by just thinking how nice it is to have OSA after somebody simply thought you did not have information. >> Yeah. And then and honestly Carrie and I went through this uh and we deleted some things um that I my first eight years I never had a work because I didn't have any um and and honestly I don't have any um but because it's like you know been super just for the separation of course two weeks notice that that's just how that's just how this business works. Um but it is nice to have a little protection. Um and and not necessarily

protection but being able to to u talk to each other similarly um having and I think all of you know you have an ability calling any time if we really have questions occurring um and that that I will tell you whether you like it or not um the answer. Um, so I I think that but but that's work for me. That's the working agreement. We we agree. We agree that that's the way it's going, you know, that's the way it works. And that that's how things really do work. It's when they start undermining and and and becoming, you know, it's it's hard to deal with someone that you don't know when they're going to come, right? and and and I said this is a very these jobs um a lot of them and and and

some and a lot of them have problems with their boards. I' I've never had that issue. Um and but the agreement like I said it it is nice and it does give it it says you know pretty good stuff and it affects us but we deleted we edited and deleted some things that I just didn't feel necessary for this group of people. That also you know you talk about working agreement that you're told to be respectful each other. >> Absolutely. >> But nothing ever separate. >> That is correct. >> All right. Any questions session about the superintendent working? First reading of OSBA policy DBDA IGBA R I K M J M C E B J O NHB AB- A R N J O When do they go in or like when do they go? So

this is your first this will be your first reading. Um the ARS you guys don't vote on those asual administrative rules. So if it like a pure regulation that is just providing those to you with for you to review and then um he could actually make those go into like tomorrow and then I send them back to SBA. But you guys be able to do a first reading and then if you have any questions or discussions you can bring them back at the second reading and then at that time you guys can take action on and then they can go into a second. >> Okay. >> So the administrative recommendation administrative recognition are to the community. >> Yeah. If they if they're required yeah Steve makes all those decisions on us. But we've always in

the three years I've been here, we've just we don't take action on it because then if he changes something, he has to bring it back every time. >> Any questions or discussion regarding the first reading of the OSU policies? And the only thing I want I want to ask because I learned at one of my meetings just recently a lot of the board secretaries you'll take it after the first reading because if nobody had any questions or anything and I'll actually prepare it to look like it's going to look when it goes to OSVA. So when you have the second reading, you're seeing them have the actual clear document. Okay? And I just I just want to know if that's kind of what you guys want to do because if you do, just identify if

you take the know the next three weeks be get these all cleaned up so that you guys will see the actual a copy of what it was supposed to look like and then you'll have a copy of what it should >> I got to do it anyways. Yep. >> Um I have a question about do I take it? I J A D or SLJ- AR um the education records of students with disabilities management. Is this all students or just students with disabilities? I think it says all student all students and sorry I had to read the top for myself. It is all students, but most of the changes that were in there, I think, had to do with disability, something to do with like the 10 business days and because there's a lot of regulations

that we have to have records out of there, right, within 10 days, but sometimes that's not always it is, but um it was pretty great. There wasn't really a whole bunch of changes in here. >> No, I just saw a few where it's like the place is deleted and so Yep. because that's a wanted to make sure that was for all the students. Yeah, it would be for everybody. >> Any other questions? >> One hang one thing just for those who've never done it before. So on this very front page, the one that's got the has a direction like these the overview. If you look at those and you go in and you'll see where they have them, they'll kind of tell you a little bit about what the difference the changes were. But in

this packet, I only gave you guys the ones that were required um first because it would take you forever to get them up. just if you ever need to just kind of refer to this update and and find that specific one and don't be around any questions. Okay. Any public comment regarding agenda items? Let's move on to action items. Uh equity committee member nominations. So on that if you just want to approve the ones that see provided to you I thought we put the form number on it. >> Well >> so I don't even know did they have to take action on it. No, no, I'm just I'm just telling them what No, it is now that originally it was that board had to uh actual u okay approved the names and when we met

got but now is now >> okay so we get the strike >> all right 10.2 to adoption of boards. >> A motion to adopt the approvals. >> Second. >> Any discussion? All in favor say I. >> I. Hearing everyone say yes. All right. 10.3 adoption of superintendent evaluation timeline. >> Make a motion to adopt super evaluation. >> Second. >> Any discussion? All in favor say I. I >> agrees. 10.4 adopt the superintendent board working agreements to >> discussion. All in favor say I. >> I motion passes. Moving forward 10.5 approve resolution 24-25- >> I make a motion to approve resolution second >> discussion. All in favor say I. I. Motion passes. All right. So coming meeting is review of valuation template which is what gave us our packet today. We'll do that at the next

meeting. >> I just thought it was a little bit less cumbersome to go through than that the OSBA one. And if you guys want to change things or add take something out of this other eight and put in here, we can kind of tweak it a little bit, but I guess this is way simpler than what we were. Yeah. Strength of maneuver. Yes. Yeah. >> All right. down. I have a question about the evaluation. Okay. It's not so much about um do we have an evaluation process for the board and the goals versus just like Steve's actions. That's what I was walk [laughter] >> I mean we could probably >> some districts they I just know from this last meeting too some districts have each board evaluate themselves and then they it gets renewed, you

know, and but it gets reviewed in the public. So, and then who's going to evaluate that? Like that's so there was a lot of like a lot of people were just like as long as you're because ultimately if Katie thinks somebody's doing something that's not correct, it's kind of her job as the board chair to come to that person or to the group and say, "Hey, we're not doing this correctly." And then there's processes to go through. So it's kind of your board chair and vice chair that kind of are evaluating the board to keep everybody okay better give us all time. >> I guess I was just going to speak of the board goals and that like I don't feel like it's fair that if the school doesn't meet those goals that it's only

reflected on the superintendent evaluation, you know, and it's I I it would be nice to have a uh kind of a mindset in terms of this evaluation than just specific would be teachers to do probably a survey and maybe put a survey out to like public that early how we evaluation >> and then and then that's one of the things that you guys have brought up last year is going back to having staff reevaluated um for the superintendent which is what I mean did in the past week um take especially the people like leadership and um and it just random did some randomness and I just threw that out to them and then you guys made that feedback. Okay. And so that that comes back that we could put something in there as far as

getting the board. I mean, we could put a board in there. >> Put a couple board questions in there. >> Can we also put our boards in there so that they have more >> and these will get sent out and I usually send these out. Um, I try to get them. We'll get them posted on our website and then everybody on there too. >> Yep. one of those work sessions too maybe um when we get together to actually start the evaluation process you guys will participate on some of the questions that get asked to get to those >> so be thinking about those things now >> all right bit of the order let's start with Jerry >> um back school's charting good to see enrollment numbers um up as always sports get back from school.

My daughter struggled to go to all day. I might text her she doesn't respond like why didn't you get back to this and then you know it's like oh that's a good thing everywhere. So it's good but I think we're in a good spot. Justin hasn't played any good. Yeah, hopefully keeps going for the rest of the year, but it's going good. Uh, good to hear. Everything's going good. I don't see our district having any major problems, which compared to a lot of them, that's a wonderful thing. Uh, I don't know. Our little school district went well. The new ham rails on the stadium things old parks trying to get up and down those stairs, you know. Um, I'm glad to see all the kids back in school. All kids are very happy to be

there. to friends. Um, and I really like the that we have four goals and objectives. I think that's um the path for the school district and through that we're continuing by education and I agree with all of that. Um, definitely glad to see the kids back in school and getting into a routine and things have been going pretty well. So with that I will address B. Thank you.
