Joint Negotiation Subcommittee & APEA Meeting

001we are live seeing a quorum of the negotiation apa negotiation subcommittee i will now call this meeting to order we'll do a roll call vote miss kenny kenny um now pursuant to glc 30a section 21 you can conduct conduct collective bargaining sessions with the apea for units a b and c and to discuss strategy with respect to the collective bargaining resp ap apea units a b and c an opening meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining of the public body and so the chair will declare that we will meet in executive session and we will not be returning to open session this meeting thank you miss kenny um we'll take a roll call vote thank you thank you for seconding it next time i'll get it right um and lord i the eyes have it we will now be entering into executive session without returning thank you
