Negotiations Subcommittee Meeting

001thank you seeing a quorum of the subcommittee for negotiations of the amherst regional school district i'd like to call the meeting to order i will do a roll call attendance miss kenny kenny present lord miss lord lord present hey um pursuant to glc 30a section 21a2 to conduct conduct collective bargaining sessions with the apea for units a b and c and three to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining with respect to the apea for units a b and c if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining of the public body and the chair so decline clears the chair so declares we will be moving into executive session not to return to open meeting um uh could do i have a motion to move into executive session i i think you made the motion and i make the second okay i just made the motion is there a second second thank you um miss kenny uh kenny i lord i the eyes have it and we will now be moving into executive session thank you okay i'm ending the broadcast zero view
